Shimon
Peres called David Rutstein a "psycho that should be institutionalized".
David was hurt by the comment and he filed a lawsuit against
Shimon Peres for slander.
The court date for round one is set at the Tel Aviv Court of
Peace,
March 3, 2006 at 9:00 AM. Judge Dalia
Mark will be presiding.
Shimon Peres' attorney requested to Judge Dalia Mark that Shimon
Peres should not to have to attend the hearing in person, as
this is below his dignity.
David's Attorney, Dov, filed a counter request to the judge
demanding that Shimon Peres be in attendance.
