New Video Revealed

Miriam Oren, resident of Ramat Gan, tells Channel One TV immediately after the shots were fired that Yitzhak Rabin walked into the Cadillac limousine unhurt.

 

This is the video that I was looking searching for over a year and a half for. This video really put the conspiracy out of the realm of theory. Now it is, "you just know what happened."

To get this video was not easy. I knew that this video was the key. Miriam Oren told channel one in a very persuasive manner that Yitzhak Rabin was unhurt when he went it to the limo. Israeli TV, (there were only two channels in 1995) was showing Crocodile Dundee, the movie was interrupted with a written announcement. I imagine that reporters were rushing to the scene to interview people. The cameras come across a very charismatic lady, Miriam Oren, who tell the camera in a very persuasive manner that Yitzhak Rabin was uninjured. He was OK. This video was shown repeatedly till Yitzhak Rabin was declared dead.

Israelis are not the dumbest people in the world. There actually are people who are more dumb. Many of the citizenry did not believe the official version of the murder when they remember Miriam Oren saying what she said. Therefore, the Killers of Rabin where forced to show on TV the Yitzhak Rabin "Kempler film" a month and a half later. Which even revealed more of the fraud if you take a good look at the video.

Here is why it took so long to get the video. Of course, the one person that I knew who had the goods on the Rabin stuff was Barry Chamish. So I kept on asking Barry Chamish where the video is. Barry tells me that it is with Peter Goldman in Florida. I knew Peter so I call him, and he tells me that a box of material is with someone else but he'll try to get the box of evidence and send it to me. But he has no idea of what is inside the box.

After a while passes by, I tell Barry that I still don't have the Miriam Oren video and if he could tell me where I could get it. I visited Barry every so often in his apartment in Modiin and was always talking about how I wanted to break the case and "go over the top." Barry was always talking about his financial problems. That was the thing that was most on Barry's mind. Regardless, still a decent guy, but he just was worried about money.

Finally, I get to the point where Barry tells me that "I know who has the Miriam Oren video but I don't want to give it to you." I try explain to Barry that I am not making money on this but just want to publicize the case and "let the chips fall where they may." Apparently, Barry Chamish did not want to tell me where he originally got the video.

I ask Natan Geffen, and he tells me that Nachum Shachaf has a copy. I met Nachum once at his apartment in Ramat Gan accompanied by Natan in September 05. Nachum explains that he was asked by Dalia Rabin, Yitzhak's daughter, to investigate the murder and has allot of evidence on his computer. Nachum was kind enough to show me the evidence on his computer, and Nachum Shachaf tells me that he has the Miriam Oren video that he will give me which is also on his computer.

Nachum Shachaf is a physicist and criminologist. He was the one who took the picture of the Shir haShalom in the state archives that was inadvertently shown on Israeli TV, but Nachum's picture shows that they erased the bullet hole in the Song of Peace as well.

In addition to the Kempler video Natan also gave me the clean copy of the Maariv newspaper headline of the song of Peace which shows the folded song of peace with one bullet hole. This was huge evidence as well.

When Natan gave me the Maariv newspaper picture of the song of peace, I immediately put it online and it got on Rotter.net. It was out there and you can't take it back. As well as the high quality version of the Kempler film originally came from Nachum Shachaf. Natan made a promise to Nachum not to give over any of the evidence to anybody else without Nachum's permission. Natan justified breaking the promise about the Kempler film in that he had recorded it from the TV anyway, and he just gave me a higher quality version. But Natan did not have the Miriam Oren film and Nachum said that he would give it to me. So what is the big deal to wait a week or so till he gives it.

Nachum's also shows us, me and Natan, the shot that is from the Kempler video which shows that they inserted the gunshot in the frame. If you look closely you'll notice that the light from the gunshot was inserted. The light does not slowly fade away on Yigal's hand or Rabin's jacket. Nachum checked the clothes, the ballistics, everything. He told Dalia Rabin in 2000 that he Dad's killers were free. Nachum was also in contact with the Amir family just like I was and told Geula that her kid did not kill. Nachum told me that Geula was crying when she heard this from Nachum also in the year 2000.

Barry Chamish was very upset that I was in contact with Nachum Shachaf, Barry was convinced that Nachum was a government agent whose job was to mess up revealing the Rabin fraud. I told Barry, fine, if he gives me the Miriam Oren video then we know that he is not a secret agent. Not a big deal

So I am in contact with Nachum and I am expecting him to fulfill his promise to give me the Miriam Oren video. For weeks I am calling Nachum, and he just has to fix his computer. For months Nachum has to fix his computer. But every time I call Nachum, he picks up the phone and wants to be my friend. A real nice guy, he just wants to be my friend. I come over his house a second time by myself, to see what is happening with his computer. I offer to pay to get it fixed. In the meantime, Nachum just seems to have computer problems, but he seems to want to give me the video.

After a few months pass, I sort of start believing Barry Chamish when he is telling me that Nachum will never willingly give over any evidence for me to publicize.
Natan Geffen is telling me the same thing. But the weird thing is that Nachum is very nice to me on the phone and wants to be my friend. Go figure.

In April, 2006 already I begin to realize that Nachum is not going to give over the video ever. So I go back to Barry and ask him if there is a place in Israel where I could get the video. Negative. I call everyone and anyone who was ever involved and make the same request. Negatives.

During my frequent conversations with politicians and activists, there was a gentleman named David Wilder of Hevron who I was in contact with and became friendly. David Wilder, seemed to agree with my theory that the people of Hevron are more likely to be evicted if the Rabin fraud does not get exposed. So in June, 2006, David Wilder gave me the phone number of Yechiel Mann, who he said may be a willing activist to help me expose the fraud.

I call Yechiel Mann, he ends up being an American born guy in his 20s whose parents moved to Northern Israel, in the city of Carmiel, when he was a little boy. As a 15 year old, Yechiel was Barry Chamish's research assistant to help Barry gather evidence for his book. Yechiel tells me that he paid with his own money, a few hundred shekels, to the channel one archive department to get the complete broadcast from the night of the murder. There were allot of interesting stuff that night on TV, but the one piece of evidence that my web sites were missing was the "Miriam Oren Video." Yechiel had the video, told me that he had distributed several copies to friends years ago, and of course, was the original source for Barry Chamish having the video.

I ask Yechiel for the video to put on my web site, and he answers. "Yea, sure." Yechiel shows up in my office a week later, and was a real nice guy. He was all chasidic looking, with a beard and long side curls. He was fluent, with no accent, in both hebrew and english. He was doing odd- jobs, including a ca merman for weddings.

Yechiel does not come from a religious jewish family, his parents moved to Israel when he was a kid as just American secular Jews. When Barry and he were in contact 7-8 years ago, he was not observant as well.. Apparently knowing the true history of the state of history actually caused him to start observing the Jewish religion.

So Yechiel actually cared about Judaism and the future of the Jewish people and apparently that is what got him involved with working as Barry's volunteer research assistant years ago. Yechiel told me that all his friends, the newly religious, have known about Rabin for years. Yechiel was sort of surprised when I informed his that if you go to a bar in Tel Aviv that the vast majority would have no idea that the Rabin murder official version is a fraud. I told him that at this stage the Miriam Oren is key and there is a possibility that completely exposing the Rabin fraud could save the country.

It is sort of conventional wisdom in the state of Israel that the country is going down the tubes. Israel is a country in transition. The country is sort of in the "post zionism"
period for its nonreligious Jewish population. But someone forgot to tell the surrounding Muslims that many of the Israeli population are not so interested in continuing the state as the "state of israel." So, in essence, it is a pretty dangerous and unstable place.

So Yechiel and I are chatting and he tells me that he is a professional video cameraman, and I explain that I just need a short clip of Miriam Oren saying what she said. Yechiel insists that he can make a beautiful longer clip of the highlights of the night's events on one clip. The video is in his possession, what ever he wants, that is what he gets.

Weeks go by, finally Yechiel stops by with video and brings it to me to make into a CD video that I could put online. We run around looking for a VCR, am about to rent one, but the store never opened that afternoon. Yechiel tells me, no big deal. He has one at his parents house in Carmiel ... and will get it done before you know it.

So a week goes by and another week then a month or two... I am constantly calling Yechiel trying to explain to him the importance of this video .. it is actually the key. miriam Oren video was the reason that the siraeli government showed the Kempler video a month and a half later. My lawyer mentioned the Miriam Oren video in my lawsuit even though it was no where on my web site, since I have not seen it, I could not put it on the web site. Apparently my lawyer, was convinced of the Rabin murder being a fraud from the start simply by seeing Miriam Oren right after the shooting. It must have been a powerful video.... and I am trying to explain to yechiel that this is the key. people really like video .. and now with youtube and the israeli equivelent www.flix.co.il we can post videos and if it is a hit .. .. everything changes very quickly.

On one of our conversations, Yechiel tells me that he does not feel comfortable giving me the video and wants to give the video to a particular web site, in which the owner is famous for exposing corruption. Yechiel tells me that because of my outlandish ways in which I blamed Peres for the murder.. it would not be civil or good to have the elegant miriam oren video posted on my site...I say ok.. give it to the anti-corruption guy.. and I will take it from there and post to my various sites.. and get the video to the public via rotter.net and other web sites. I have to be nice to Yechiel simply because he is holding the video and I am not...

But the more like scenerio is that the supposedly anti-corruption web site will not post anyting that would endanger the official government story. .. The previous year when I got the kempler video ,, only rotter.net in hebrew publicized the video...till this day.. no other news web site in hebrew has publicized the kempler vidoe finally being online on my sites.

I tell Yechiel good luck in getting others to post the Oren video.. but in the end this could be the video that ends all questions and speculation. After months of going back and forth... and back and forth, me calling Yechiel and he being a really nice guy.. but still not giving me the video to put online.. I am beginning to lose hope... Yechiel is a religous, patriotic, regular guy.. From the first meeting with him, and he being so "ah shucks, yea I have the video and I'll give it to you." I just thought that this would not be a big deal to get the video and put it online. The months are passing by and still nothing is happening. As the weeks go by, I am pleading with Yechiel to get the darn thing to me by the 11th year anniversary.. . the one day .. where media is looking for stories.. on this subject.

Finally, during the last week for October, Yechiel calls me on my cell phone and tells me that he has the video for me to put online.. Hip hip horray.
We meet in the center of Jerusalem, and he hands me the video and as promised I reimburse Yechiel for his time and effort, for his expertise as a video guy... I give him 200 sheckels(40 dollars).

I get back to my apartment and realizing that time is running short before the 11th year anniversay.. Run back to put the updates on all of my web sites and host the video on Youtube.com and Flix.co.il .... I actually don't host the vido on my sites. but just make the link to Flix.co.il (the israeli version of youtube).

When stuff is ready, I post the video as a headline on Rotter.net immediately with the link to flix.co.il. It was a huge headline on Rotter.net and thousands enter the article and click over to flix.co.il... As soon as Rotter.net stuff is done, I call up my friend Baruch Gordon, or IsraelNationalNews.com and tell him that I finally got the Miriam Oren video.. and that I want him to make a direct link to Flix.co.il so I can get the video as the most watched for the week, month and all time for that secular oriented Israeli web site. In Israel, many of the religous new the complete facts about the Rabin murder. but the irreligous public was still for the most part in the dark.... This Flix.co.il web site was really catering to the secular israeli teenage crowd. When a web site is amonth the most watched for the week and month, then the video pops up first and everyone on the site simjply goes in to see it .. especially if it has a catchy headline and title.

I really wanted this to succeed.. may be because I was getting sick of thinking and talking and worrying about the rabin murder .. enough is enough.. how long can this continue.... So I had the opportunity to play the Miriam Oren video well .. and end this already...

I sort of came to the realization that the Israeli establishment could care less if everyone knew the entire court case... It still would not be exposed by the government media. But at least , it should be so obvious that I cannot be blamed for not doing a good job of trying. If the Miriam Oren video is online and gets a respectable boom.. then I know that everyone who sees the stuff is 100% convinced as to what happened.. so you get to the point, "mission started, mission accomplished,,, there is nothing left to do." Just wait for the search engines, videos and web sites do their stuff... as more and more people see the evidence everyday.

Baby, this thing is over..

Baruch Gordon, writes a beutiful article that was was seen by 50-60,000 on his site and posted at various other sites over the internet, as well as emailed to IsraelNationalNews email list of 15,000(which includes every non-hebrew speaking journalist in the world who is interested in what is happening in Israel). Baruch Gordon's article had the video as part of the article but also a place to click(which linked to the Flix.co.il video).

In addition, I contacted Reuvan Koret of Israelinsider.com to write an article about the story. Reuvan wrote 5 classic articles on his site in November of last year. He has not done anything since, but Miriam Oren is definately a decent excellent excuse for anybody who wants to report the news to report the news. Reuvan seemed to have an animosity towards me and after speaking with him for a few minutes on the telephone requested that I never call him again. Lo and behold Reuvan did write a story on the Miriam Oren video that was based on Baruch's take on the video,(with a link to Baruch's article) but Reuvan did take my advice of linking to the Flix.co.il hosted video, but linked to the youtube.com video in the same manner that Baruch's article did. ..

The next step was to get the hebrew department of Israelnationalnews.com to report on the story.

I ask Baruch to speak with Shimon Wolf, who is the chief editor of Arutz 7 (inn.co.il in hebrew). A few days go by and nothing happens. I call Baruch and Baruch tells me that Shimon says that the Miriam Oren video is really not news. It was shown on TV before, and Shimon does not really believe "the conspiracy." I tell Baruch that David Bedien, an Israel based, American reporter, tells me that he beleives that Shimon Wolf has been threatened and is afraid. Both Baruch and I disagree with that theory.. and he just does not want to run the story. He tells Baruch that it is not news.

 

So, of course I call Shimon Wolf, again and again.... finally, we are on the phone for a good 45 minutes having a back and forth... .. I finally came up with the golden line that the video is the #1 video of the month for Flix.co.il .. (the Israeli equilivent of Youtube) for the month of November.. with 60,000 hits already... Shimon suddenly realizes that he is now permitted to write a story on the video... We hang up the phone and the next day ... I see a beutiful article on the Miriam Oren video that was written in a convincing manner.. Shimon Wolf is a good guy after all, but why did I have to spend 45 mintues on the phone with him...... Shimon never did make the link to Flix .. because he said that the site is not religously modest.. oh well..

A few weeks later Baruch Gordon tells me that the article was by far the most viewed article on the inn.co.il web site for the month of November.. here is the email.

but Baruch tells me that the article had 34% more visiters than the second article..
as well, in www.alexa.com .. inn.co.il actually caught up to rotter.net for the first time in a while on the day that they printed the miriam oren story.. ..I would imagine that over 50,000 people saw the video just on the inn.co.il ,, and if we add up the various other sites and stuff.. we get close to 200,000 during the first month...

With the search engines doing the work.. having the web site #1 in google for keywords like Yigal amir (in hebrew),, rabin murder, etc.. this thing really is over..

Here is another reason that this thing is over..I got a call by NRG Maariv web site .. Israeli's second largest newspaper.. and web site.. with an incredibly favorable.. take(my take) on the whole subject.. on the 11th anniversary.. I was in contact with a writer, Shai Obovitz ,, of the labor party newspaper.. a few weeks previous and Shai agreed with me that it is better to publicize the Rabin fraud now.. instead of waiting till the right wing does right before Peres runs for president... As well,if Peres is president when the story breaks it could actually do big damage to the country... Peres, of course ,, does not care,, he feels that the story is less likely to break if he is high up in a governement position..;.. but Peres could care less about anybody else..

So Shai agreed that it is best to cause Peres not to run for President... So Shai saw the NRG article and just reprinted in the Labor party internet newspaper.. As well I posted the article in the hebrew version of Wikipedia .. rabin mjurder conspiracy..
between, wiki, labor party, NRG, INN, Rotter, Flix.co.il.. Israel insider.. . taking this whole story .. and publishing very convincing stuff. what else am I supposed to do.. Just go back to regular life.. and that is it.. רצח רבין

As well, my web sites are sitting at the top of the search engines and multitudes are entering daily.. and the information is out there.. I cannot be blamed for not putting the information before the public.. Mission started.. mission accomplished..


back to concentrating on work .. and just making money.. because the rabin murder conspiracy is over ....

Rabin Assassination Eye-Witness Video Emerges After 11 Years

Footage of Miriam Oren's eye-witness account of the Yitzhak Rabin assassination was shown numerous times on the fateful night of November 4, 1995. But once Rabin's death was announced, it vanished.

This week, it was made available to the public via the internet for the first time in 11 years.

Miriam Oren of Ramat Gan was the director of a department in the Na'amat women's movement. She was on stage with Prime Minister Rabin during the Tel Aviv demonstration and escorted him to his car where convicted assassin Yigal Amir waited.

She emphatically stated again and again to Israel TV that Rabin was not hit:

Oren: "…Suddenly shots were heard and…"
TV: "Was Rabin injured?"
Oren: "Rabin was not wounded. I saw that Rabin was not wounded… Yes, there were shots. They pushed him [Amir] up against the wall, and Rabin's car sped out of here… I was standing very close to Rabin's car. Rabin put one foot in the car, and we heard shots. Rabin's car sped away."
TV: "Was Rabin wounded?"
Oren: "Rabin was not wounded. [Shaking her head] Rabin was not wounded. Rabin was not wounded.
TV: "Was he wounded?"
Oren: "No! No, I saw that he was not wounded."
TV: "How far were you from him?"
Oren: "I was one meter away."

Several months later on Jan. 26, 1996, Oren is mentioned in the Yedioth Acharonot newspaper as maintaining that Rabin was not hurt at the site of the shooting.

Rabin conspiracy theorist David Rutstein tracked down the video footage of Oren and posted it this week on the internet:

In Yigal Amir's trial, Rabin's personal bodyguard, Yoram Rubin testified that after the shots, Rabin and he "jumped into the car." He told the court: "After the shots, from the force of the shots and from my jumping on him [to cover him], we fell to the ground… I was speaking with Yitzhak, and we jumped into the car."

Another witness in the Amir trial, S. Tiram, also testified that he "didn't see any injury." "I didn't see or hear that Rabin was injured at that time."

Last year at this time, the famous Kempler video documenting the Rabin assassination was posted for public viewing for the first time in ten years on the internet.

The Oren footage adds another inconsistency to the numerous unanswered questions surrounding the Rabin assassination that have fueled conspiracy theories. To see the Kempler Video and read some of the basic factual inconsistencies of the murder night, click here.
