Judge
Dalia Mark gave a very clear indication as to how David's 250,000
sheckel slander lawsuit against Shimon Peres will be conducted.
Judge Dalia Mark is quoted as telling Shimon's Peres' attorney:
"This
is a very simple slander lawsuit", "Whatever the plaintiff
(Rutstein) has done after the initial slander is not relevent
to this lawsuit", "Victims of slander act in different
manners and the plaintiff's reactions do not interest me."
When Shimon "the killer" Peres heard these statement
from the honorable Judge Dalia Mark, he went ballistic. The
case is in essence over. Shimon Peres was depending on a corrupt
Israeli Judge that would rule contrary to Israeli law. Well,
Shimon Peres you might as well write the check now and prepare
your appology statement. Shimon Peres's attorney had the "chootzpah"
to disagree with the honorable Judge's request that they drop
their petition to throw out my court case. Shimon Peres' attorney
will be filing a appeal of the honorable Judge's ruling which,
of course, goes to Judge Mark and she will promptly dismiss
the appeal of her decision.
