(answer- from age 18 after one year in the university of Massachussetts at Amherst came here and stayed 3 1/2 years- doing army/yeshive/university/working/touring) Early 20's? Early 30's? Sounds better than early adulthood.
Maybe you should start out writing ARTICLES and later you can put them together into some book form? I could post the articles about. Think about it.

Back in Ben Gurion Airport, just like I always knew I would be. I had finally returned to Israel where I spent my early adulthood. My new beginning was as simple as getting off the plane, taking a cab to Jerusalem with two large bags of luggage, and looking for a place to live where I could connect my U.S. phone number to start expanding my existing insurance sales business via the internet.
This Jewish guy, somewhat religious, dual American-Israeli citizenship, single and successful, 37 years old from Southern Florida was now in Israel hoping to grow my business and get married.
The cab let me off in the center of Jerusalem and the cab driver pointed me to a nearby hotel. As I walking towards the hotel, I saw a 50ish year old man showing a rental office building to a prospective tenant. We struck up a conversation and eventually I ended up renting a 3 bedroom apartment/office in the back of the office building above a restaurant.
After a few weeks I finally started to get settled with the apartment, internet, phone lines, etc. I was back to work speaking with clients and selling insurance. The Friday night after going to the Great Synagogue of Jerusalem on King George Street for the evening service, I took a walk through Mea Shaarim, the fervently religious neighborhood just north of central Jerusalem. Lo and behold there was a young newly-married Breslover (Chasidic Jew) who was standing in the middle of the empty street and invited me to his house to have a joyous Sabbath meal. Avraham Goldberg was this Chasidic Jew's name and his wife, Orly, and one year old son were waiting for him in his house. Avraham promised his wife that he would bring home a Sabbath guest so he could fulfill the commandment (mitzvah) of having a guest in his house for a Friday night meal.

Avraham was a nice guy, newly religious, and studied full time in a Bible seminary. Orly, his wife, was also super nice and this Chasidic family seemed to only want to bring good in this world. Avraham and his wife and her childhood friend and me introduced ourselves and made the traditional blessings over the various foods and for the holy Sabbath day. Avraham started to talk about stories from the Bible and discuss the responsibilities that we have as Jews to uphold G-d's commandments. Hey, if this is part of Israel, it's certainly virtuous.

Avraham and I seemed to get along and I told Avraham what my plans are and that I was looking for an internet guy to build web sites on various insurance subjects. Avraham told me that he was three years in the army and his job was to build web sites for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). Towards the end of his three year army stint Avraham was the supervisor over a team of 12 web site builders. Afterwards he worked in the same field for his former army commander for a private company. A deal and a partnership were born from that Friday night dinner that appeared to have happened by chance.

Avraham started working on insurance web sites two weeks later. I had brought an extra computer to my apartment. I knew absolutely nothing about web site designing. All I knew was that I was a news and history junkie and it was hard to concentrate on working American hours when everyone was so friendly when you just walk outside your door.

There was a bit of savings in my back account from selling off various real estate properties before I moved to Israel. The plan was to pick up a talented team of employees and simply make money by selling stuff via the telephone and internet. I have never done that before via the internet but very few other people have as well. Why not me? You always hear stories of people getting rich off the internet. What better place to do it than in Israel. The land of millions of smart Jews.

We both started working on our various tasks. I continued my American insurance sales business taking advantage of the Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology that let me be a Florida insurance agent while living in the center of Jerusalem, while my internet web master was developing and building nice websites to sell even more insurance to people from the United States.

Not more than a few weeks passed and in late October and there was a big public prayer gathering in the middle of Jerusalem: 100,000 religious Jews gathered in the center of Jerusalem to pray that the Israeli government wouldn't expel the Jews from Gush Katif/Gaza area. The crowd was mostly schoolchildren whose school gave them buses to the big city of Jerusalem. Well, the prayers did not work in the end, but I did meet a somewhat charismatic American guy in his 50s who had set up a table to sell books.

This man's name was Barry Chamish. Being an American who is extremely interested in history, politics, current events and just plain reading I started up a conversation with Barry. When I mentioned that I was from North Miami Beach, Barry told me that his friend Peter Goldman was his partner to make a movie. I knew Peter Goldman, a man in his 60s, pretty well from the synagogue in North Miami Beach.

I do remember that Peter told me one time that Shimon Peres was the mastermind of the Yitzhak Rabin assassination but I thought nothing of it. It was sort of like someone telling you that the opposition leader in Mongolia was killed by the government. It was just not something that I was interested in.

The one thing that I did notice is that there were dozens of people gathered around the table of Barry Chamish for hours and Barry was selling a lot of books. The people were showing Barry great respect. Since I read decent Hebrew, and wanted to get better, I bought five books. Four books authored by Barry and one book by David Morrisson titled " Lies: Israel's Secret Service and the Rabin assassination". These books are now available in English but I bought the Hebrew books. Barry has his own sales pitch to prospective buyers of his books. He tells you that his books explain in great detail how Shimon Peres ordered the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin. Based on the reception Barry was getting from the crowd around him it seemed that he had many supporters and was fairly well known.

I mentioned to Barry that I had met a girl, Sigal Dresner, who was working in the Ichilov Hospital when Rabin was brought in. I knew she had been working there because I was with her for a few days during the 9th anniversary of Rabin's assassination. "The life and death of Yitzhak Rabin" dominated the TV for the whole week. Sigal worked at Ichilov hospital emergency room and has been there for over 10 years. In fact Sigal's job is to manage the front desk area that takes in trauma patients at the entrance to the emergency room.

Well, this would be interesting. I found a new friend, Barry Chamish, who was certain that the Rabin assassination was a fraud and my sort of girlfriend, Sigal, was working the front desk at the Ichilov hospital emergency room.

I told Barry about Sigal and he was very interested and wanted to meet her. Since Sigal and I had been dating, she was happy to hear from me again and that I wanted to see her. I mentioned how I wanted to bring Barry Chamish with me, ?a seemingly famous author to talk to you about the Rabin assassination.? She invited us to her apartment in Tel Aviv that she rents with a friend.

Barry and I showed up at Sigal's apartment at 9 pm that night. We drove together in the same car after Barry dropped off his car at home in the city of Modiin (which is between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv).

I really didn't know what to make of the whole Rabin assassination thing at that time. The information that I did have was that Barry Chamish seemed really confident that he was correct -- that Yitzhak Rabin was killed by his bodyguards; Barry was fairly well known and liked by the crowd who gathered around him to buy his books, and Barry really wanted to meet a possible eyewitness to some of the shenanigans surrounding the assassination.

Peter Goldman had told me in Miami something to the effect that Shimon Peres was an evil person who was involved in the killing of Yitzhak Rabin. So now here I was together with Barry Chamish who says the same thing, a somewhat famous guy, at my friend's apartment and about to get to the bottom of Who assassinationed Yitzhak Rabin?

 

 

Chapter 1:

Coming Back to Israel (4,654 words)

The arrival at Ben Gurion Airport in Israel was long anticipated. Finally returning to a place of my early adulthood. Getting off the plane, taking a cab to Jerusalem with two large luggage bags. Finding a place to live, ordering fast internet service, connecting my U.S. phone number and start expanding my existing insurance sales business via the internet. In essence, living a good life and … where I can hire talented employees for cheaper and start taking advantage of modern technologies to sell stuff in a big way…

Being Jewish/ American/Israeli/Single/Successful/handsome/somewhat religious Jewish/37 years old/ while I live in Southern Florida is not exactly a non complicated matter. So, of course the least complicated thing that I can do is simply move back to Israel, continue and expand my American business and get married to a Jewish girl here in the holy land.

Sigal was excited that I was simply calling her and wanted to see her again… I told Sigal that I am bringing Barry Chamish, a seemingly famous author to talk to you about the Rabin assassination that happened 9 years ago. Sigal told me to come over with Barry. Sigal rented an apartment with her friend Tali in Tel Aviv.

Barry and I showed up at the apartment at 9 pm that night. We drove in the same car after Barry dropped of his car at his house in the city of Modiin which is between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

My one recollection was that Peter Goldman in Miami is a decent, intelligent man who I recall stating that Shimon Peres was an evil person that was involved in the killing of Yitzhak Rabin. So Barry Chamish, a somewhat famous guy, and myself are driving to Tel Aviv to meet Sigal and her roommate Tali. We’ll go meet the girls and get to the bottom of Who assassinationed Yitzhak Rabin?

I am not sure if Barry really wanted to find out more evidence or he just wanted to hang out with me and a couple of girls. Barry seemed extremely sure of the accuracy of his claims even without additional eye witnesses. But we were going for a ride.

In November, 2005 the big issue in Israel is the “disengagement” – The Israeli governement wanting to forcibly removing 10,000 Jews from their communities in Gush Katif, Gaza. This expulsion is supposed to take place the following summer which is less than a year away. Gush Katif is the narrow strip of land that straddles the Mediterranean Sea on the Southern coast of Israel just an hour and a half south of Tel Aviv.

During this time we are witnessing protests and prayer sessions like the one that is happening in central Jerusalem. The proposed Gush Katif disengagement is the topic of conversation in the local media as well as the people concerned about the State of Israel.

I being an American Jew, who comes from a religious background and basically came back to Israel to get married, work, etc and just continue with life. Suddenly I am thrust upon the big issue that is dividing the population right through the middle. The religious Jewish citizens and those that Jews that are supportive of the Jewish religion seem to be against the “disengagement.”

While the irreligious Jewish and Arab citizens seem to think that the disengagement is a swell idea. Giving presents to a group of people who are at war with you via Kasam rockets, suicide and bus bombings does not seem to be something that you can get so excited about. But the Prime Minister, Ariel Sharon, seems adamant that he wants to expel these 9,000 Jews from their homes with the feeling that this would bring the country that he leads closer to a lasting peace.

This is the situation in November, 2005 and I really want to figure out why Barry Chamish is feels that the expulsion will be implemented when 100,000 Jews praying seem certain that the Jews will continue living in Gush Katif for generations to come.

I am certain that the visit to Sigal and Tali will give me the answer as to who assassinated Yitzhak Rabin as well as whether the Jews will be kicked out of their communities the following summer.

I have to admit that I was a bit frazzled till now as to the massive protests and prayer sessions that were designed to prevent the Gush Katif expulsions that the Israeli government had planned for the following summer.

The Israeli government press office had come up with the term “disengagement” to describe the whole process of expelling these 9,000 Jews from their homes and turning the area over to the Palestinian Authority. Being a student of history and common sense my opposition was based on the fact that the shocking thing is that every place you go in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and other parts of Israel is that you massive security presence to prevent terrorism. Every restaurant or public place has a security guard at the entrance whose job is to check your person and belongings before you enter the restaurant to ensure that you are not carrying explosives to be the next suicide bomber.

It was common knowledge that the suicide bombers were allowed to happen under the watchful eye of the Palestinian Authority. So there, was some sort of weird situation in which there was not a secure border separating Israel and Palestine. Palestine was conducting low level terrorism against the Jewish Population of Israel yet Israel was giving in to the Palestinian demands without any sort of reciprocal agreement to achieve peace.

This situation was really weird for an American born guy who was actually proud that the United States saved the world twice in the last century. Once from Hitler and a second time from communism. I don’t recall the U.S. every giving strategic assets to the Soviet Union as a gift with the hope that the communists would simply forget about their sworn goal of world domination.

Another really weird aspect of this “disengagement” is that the opponents of the disengagement are using the word disengagement when being interviewed in the press to express their opposition to being expelled from their homes and communities. Imagine the right wing religious fanatic being interviewed by the world wide media and is expressing his genuine opposition to the “disengagement.” Semantics are not everything but if you are protesting getting kicked out of your house at least call it an expulsion. Recollections of the Expulsion from Spain in 1492 may come to mind and your cause may have a chance to succeed.

The political opponents of the expulsion seemed to be playing a game and dishonesty seems to the prevailing actions of the political establishment from both sides of the political spectrum.

This is what is going through my mind when Barry and myself are driving to Tel Aviv to visit Sigal and Tali. There was a slight feeling that Barry was more interesting in just meeting the girls. From where I was coming from I was really curious as to who really assassinationed the former Prime Minister. Barry was confident with 100% percent certainty that he was correct in his story of how Yitzhak Rabin was assassinationed. I can accept conspiracy theorists who are really confident in their theory. Well, they are trying to sell a book. It would be hard to sell the book if he was not 100% confident.

The curious part for me was since Barry was completely confident of his theory and if, in fact, he was correct how can this political assassination cover-up last for nine years.

As we are driving the 50 minute drive to Tel Aviv you realize how small the country is. Jerusalem is the second biggest metropolitan are in county. Jerusalem is a the capital city of the country with the government institutions there as well as the religious Jewish population giving the city a religious Jewish ambiance to the Jewish section of the city.

As of May 24, 2006, Jerusalem's population is 724,000 (about 10% of the total population of Israel), of which 65.0% were Jews (approx. one-quarter of whom live in East Jerusalem), 32.0% Muslim (almost all of whom live in East Jerusalem) and 2% Christian.

Loe and behold we make the trip down the mountain away from Jerusalem and it is like we are going into a different world. The North Tel Aviv apartment of Sigal and Tali is less than an hour away for the hundred thousand praying protesters that we witnessed in the afternoon. But as I am looking for a place to park my car, after driving around the blocks for 10 minutes, finally we found a place to park the car for 20 shekels (a bit over 4 ½ dollars)

We are now in a place of row apartments of the bachelors, batchelorettes, gays, the elderly and the affluent. With a sprinkling of modern orthodox Jews mixed in. The place we are at now could not get 100 people to protest for anything.

So we park the car and head up to the 2nd floor to Tali’s apartment. Since, I made myself feel at home at Sigal’s place for a few days already it was my honor if I could somehow be the cause of Barry finding true love with Sigal’s best friend Tali. Even though Tali was 30 years younger than Barry, who knows? Barry had the potential to be an international celebrity if half of what he is writing ends up being correct and Barry is convinced that he is 100% correct.

We walk into the nice two bedroom apartment and Sigal is real sweet and happy to see us. It could be that Sigal did not exactly understand that I was bringing over the famous guy who is publicizing the theory that Yitzhak Rabin was assassinationed by his security guards. I happened to be in Sigal’s house for a few days the when the Israeli TV was showing hours of TV programs about the life and death of Yitzhak Rabin. It was somewhat sad that a fanatic Jew assassinated a beloved Prime Minister. But this was just background TV that Sigal was paying little attention to. Sigal was more interested in me and trying to make me feel comfortable. I was speaking Hebrew with her, Not the greatest Hebrew, Hebrew was a language that I acquired when I came to the country after my freshman year of University of Massachusetts at Amherst in the western part of the state just before I turned 19 years old. Eventually I stayed in the country for three and a half years doing short stints in university, religious seminary, working, kibbutz and a year and a half stint in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). The excitement wore off after three and a half years and I returned to the United States. But I did have a rudimentary ability to converse in the Hebrew language. Even though much of the population had a good knowledge of English. There were still those who had minimal ability to hold an English conversation. Luckily, I had the ability to communicate with Sigal and stuff was happening.

We made ourselves comfortable and Barry, as usual, lit up a cigarette and offered every one else a cigarette as a token of kindness. I, not able to say no, accepted the offer and soon enough all four of us were smoking cigarettes and drinking vodka and grapefruit juice. The party was just starting.

Barry had plastic bag of various documents. After some chit chat in which Tali explained that she was a police officer for the last couple of years. Tali was 24 years and would have been 15 when the assassination occurred. Talus was in a situation and age bracket in which the Rabin assassination was really another generation’s problem. Tali knew the official government story that said that Yigal Amir, the religious Jewish fanatic shot two bullets to Yitzhak Rabin’s back and that was that.

Barry first showed this sweet yet tough police woman the two documents that stated that Yigal Amir had no gunpowder on his hands. Tali apparently knew the police profession and told Barry that even if the shooter wore gloves there would still be traces of gunpowder on the hands. These two documents were faxes that stated the results of tests that Yigal Amir had done on his hands shortly after his arrest.

Tali saw the documents that Barry explained were in the lawyer’s file that was used by the defense team to keep Yigal Amir from getting convicted.

I am just sitting there and observing that Tali is saying matter of factly that Yigal Amir did not kill Yitzhak Rabin because there was no gun powder on his hands. The point I was thinking was how can Tali be so accepting that these were authentic documents. But Tali seemed to believe the documents to be authentic and had this “ah shucks” attitude that the assassination of the Prime Minister could be a total fraud and it is believable that the fraud could have complete cooperation in covering up by all the major institutions in the state of Israel.

I, coming from the United States, and remembering the O.J. Simpson assassination trial, find it a bit weird that a police officer would take it matter of factly that the entire system is possibly cooperating in a huge lie regarding the assassination of its former leader. As if “yea, sure that is possible in the State of Israel today.” I also remember just a few days previous I was watching the TV in this apartment and the as the TV programs about the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin were being shown.. There was absolutely no doubt according to the producers of the TV program that Yigal Amir shot and killed Yitzhak Rabin. Apparently, Israeli TV was not believed as gospel by many of the country’s residents.

The next documents go to Sigal. Barry Chamish pulls out of his bag documents from the hospital that describe that wounds that Yitzhak Rabin received and were documented by the medical staff at Ichilov Hospital. Ichilov Hospital is the hospital that Sigal worked at for the past 10 years or so. Sigal presently was the trauma emergency room front desk administrative coordinator. Her job was to coordinate that things went smoothly for the entire medical team. Sigal was called to work whenever there was a terrorist act in the Tel Aviv area and her job was very intense. Nine years ago, Sigal was starting out at this job and was a bit hesitant to say exactly what she was doing the night of the assassination, but Sigal did say that she was working that night.

So Barry shows the medical documents to Sigal and apparently the documents indicate that Yitzhak Rabin entered Ichilov Hospital with a bullet wound that entered through his chest. Barry explained the documents to Sigal but Sigal knew exactly what she was reading and understood the magnitude of the documents. Sigal asked Barry where he got the medical documents…

Sigal: How did you get these documents?
Barry: I have a lot more documents than this. Sigal: You are not allowed to have this information.
Barry explained that the medical information was authentic and was given to him by varied sources inside the hospital. Suddenly, Sigal started shaking and demanded that I come into the kitchen for a private conversation with her.
Sigal was almost crying as she explained to me that my new found friend, Barry Chamish, was dangerous and she could lose her job. Sigal loves her job and she demanded that I should have him leave the apartment.

Her friend, Tali, seemed to be relaxed and “cool” that the convicted assassin of Yitzhak Rabin had no gun powder on his hands but Sigal apparently was not so relaxed that the official government version is that Yitzhak Rabin was shot twice in the back yet her hospital medical records indicate that the deceased Prime Minister was shot to the chest.

Well folks, I am no Sherlock Holmes but I just witnessed a nice girl who was a hospital nurse at Ichilov Hospital hysterically shaking and frightened when seeing apparently authentic medical records indicated that Yitzhak Rabin was shot to the chest.

I dropped Barry Chamish off at his apartment in Modiin and continued to Jerusalem.
For the next week I did nothing but read the four books that I purchased about the Rabin conspiracy. I had the added incentive that I wanted to meet Israeli girls who don’t speak English so being more fluent in Hebrew could only help.

The first book that I read was “Lies: Israel's Secret Service and the Rabin assassination” by David Morrison. This book was extremely well written by a Dr. David Morrison is a psychiatrist with a history degree.

Dr. Morrison begins the book with the historical account of the infamous Bus 300 high jacking that resulting in the death of a Palestinian high jacker (terrorist). The details of that highjacking that is disturbing is that the Israel Secret Service killed the Palestinian highjacker after the highjacker was in police custody. Eventually, there was a high level investigation after a picture of the very much alive highjacker in handcuffs made its way to a European press. International pressure forced the government to call a commission of inquiry. During the investigation almost the entire security apparatus lied to the official commission of inquiry. Very few witnesses told the truth. The few who told the truth to the government inquiry commission were relieved of their jobs while those that were eventually proven to have lied and/or killed were pardoned by the President of the State, Chaim Herzog in 1986.

The amazing event for an American student of the Bus 300 scandal was that the
entire Israel media cooperated in keeping the secret and lieing to the public at the request of the top level of government (the Prime Minister).
The reason that the scandal was exposed at all was that a new daily newspaper called Chadashot did not acquiesce to the request of the Prime Minister and released details of the Bus 300 commission of inquiry and scandal. Eventually the newspaper’s doors were padlocked shut for three days till the newspaper management agreed not to report on the happenings of the Bus 300 commision. Imagine a government commission on how government agents assassinationed a handcuffed criminal and the media does not report on the commission of the details and trial. It would be as if the commission and crime never existed.
To get more to point, imagine if government agents assassination the Prime Minister, blame a supposed religious Jew and implement a detailed plan to keep this a secret from the public that has somewhat succeeded for over 11 years.

Dr Morrison goes into the various details of the Rabin assassination including ballistic evidence as well as examples of government fraudulent sting operations that were designed to incite Israeli public opinion against the political opponents of Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. This book was in published in June, 2000 and it was hard to believe that the evidence presented in this book has not caused a national scandal in the ensuing five years.

The second book that I read was the book by Barry Chamish “Who assassinationed Yitzhak Rabin.” The book was 172 pages that reads like a bombshell.
Paragraph after paragraph is thoroughly convincing to the reader that the security guards of Yitzhak Rabin assassinationed the Prime Minister while the Israeli media and courts were willing accomplices.

Both books were extremely convincing. I really never met a author of a book before and I was just a little bit flabbergasted that I now know someone who actually wrote a book.
Between these two books, witnessing the warm reception that Barry Chamish received when setting up his table at the prayer rally as well as the frightening reception that Sigal, the typical Tel Aviv girl, gave Barry’s presentation of hospital evidence. These three happenings proved to me beyond any doubt that the government of Israel was pulling an orchestrated and somewhat successful scam on the Israeli public.

I Came Back to Israel Because I Think That I Am Real Good at Sales

An American 37 year old male with a good profession is not going to move to another country unless he can make money. My profession was selling stuff. Realizing that the profession of selling involves the integration of being good at “selling” and using the cutting edge technology to sell a lot of the stuff is the key for great success. The goal was to integrate, phone, fax, internet, employees, outscourcing and whatever else I could think of to succeed in achieving the goal. When you sell health insurance in Florida you simply ask the insurance company sales manager who the most successful sales agent is and figure out what they are doing and do it a bit better.

Internet was the key, and my goal was to master the technique of getting web sites to the top of google. That is a lofty goal for any business and if it could be done I certainly wanted to know how.

When I walked into this scandal of the century that should have rocked the middle east five years to ten years previous I immediately came to the realization that this scandal was tailor made to be exposed via internet and basic selling techniques.

We all know that Matt Drudge has become a millionaire via his simple web site that got it’s big break by being the first to expose the Monica Lewinsky fiasco.

It’s not every day that you run into a headline making country like Israel where the government successfully gets away with killing their Prime Minister for nine years. My thinking was the this scandal can easily be exposed within a short period of time, maybe complete world wide headlines by the 10th anniversary which was 12 months away.

I spoke with Barry Chamish on the phone and we discussed how I really wanted to build him a web site and help blow this information in his book to be worldwide news. I never did this before, have no experience in building web site, or managing others to build web sites or even creating a world wide media boom. But, if I could not do make this issue boom then it would be personal insult to me and my family. I felt that this is a challenge that could be accomplished and accomplished fairly easily.

Before I even drove over to Barry Chamish’s house to iron out some sort of agreement in which I could actually make money while making history and an international media boom, I instructed my web guy, Avraham, to stop working on the health insurance web site and immediately put Barry Chamish’s articles in order.

Barry had a web site under the domain name www.barrychamish.com but the web site was not impressive to say the least. Barry was writing an article about current events in Israel about once a week. These articles were being emailed to a few thousand readers that which included some web sites that posted the articles on their site. All told, quite a few thousand people read Barry’s articles which were written in English every week. These articles eventually would be compiled to form a book and Barry would go to the printer every year or two with his new book to be sold to his readers as well as however else he could sell the book.

Supposedly Barry sold 40,000 copies of the book Who assassinationed Yitzhak Rabin? And the book was translated into a few languages. This book should have caused Barry to be an international celebrity on the level of Woodward and Bernstein. But it didn’t. Barry’s subsequent books sold a few thousand copies and Barry Chamish was slowing going broke.

My web master was working on putting together Barry’s web site slowly but surely. I knew nothing about web sites and simply trusted Avraham to do a fine job. There was not much choice, since I did not know anybody else to build web sites and who would be supposedly embark on the dangerous mission of exposing and publicizing the real circumstances of the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin.

By the end of November, Barry’s web site was all prepared with his articles in good order and the web site was looking good aesthetically.
Since the idea in the end, I was simply trying to get the attention of Matt Drudge and the Drudge Report.com I told my web guy to simply copy the style of the web site www.drudgereport.com which he did. The web site was starting to get hits on a regular basis and more importantly looked really professional so it would give confidence to other media sources to do what media was supposed to do, which is to write the news.

Avraham, the web guy, and I worked together side by side. I was continuing my business in the United States while I was instructing Avraham exactly how to build this high quality web site that would blow this Rabin fraud out of the water. As we were posting Barry’s articles over on the site, it was my job to post the most eye catching and provocative articles on the front page with catchy headlines. As an example the article that describes the Radiation experiments that were performed on the Jewish children that emigrated from Arab countries I headlined “David Ben Gurion Tortured Jews in Radiation Tests” with the nastiest looking picture that we could find of Israel’s first Prime Minister.

This technique was done with numerous articles and Barry’s site really looked good, provocative. Barry wrote about virtually every scandal that ever happened during the history of the state of Israel. The big scandals were the kidnapping of the Yemenite children in the 1950s. The Kastner trial was publicized by the book by Perfidy by Ben Hecht. And I put in good order the various articles that Barry wrote on the Rabin assignation itself. This was sort of the one stop shop for controversy and conspiracy that the ever happened during the history of the State of Israel.
The saying is that Jews are news and it should not take so long to get some attention and make an international headline. Things happen pretty quickly in the middle east, within a week Rafael “Raful” Eitan, former general and cabinet minister, was found dead in the port in the city of Ashdod as a result of an apparent mini-tidal wave in which Raful was the only casualty.

Of course, Barry Chamish wrote a convincing article about this assassination/accident and one of Israel’s big internet web sites, walla.co.il, contacted our site asking for Barry’s phone number to make an interview and write a story on Barry’s new conspiracy theory. I am thinking to myself “how long can this cover-up last if we can build a Hebrew web site on the assassination evidence at the same high quality that the English site has.
As luck would have it, in early January, 2005 I was searching for various domain names to purchase and I thought it to be a real trip if I could put up Hebrew web sites that have the domain names of the leading politicians of the day. It would be pretty hard for Shimon Peres to ignore, let’s say shimonperes.com being the place to see the various evidences of the Yigal Amir trial or whatever else I could think of to put on the site.
In the end I ended up purchasing www.shimonperes.net, www.yigalamir.com, www.yitzhakrabin.co.il, www.yitchakrabin.com , www.tommylapid.co.il and www.amirperetz.net. Each domain name costs $9 per year while the Israeli based co.il costs a bit more.
Barry’s Hebrew site had a bit of the Hebrew evidence from the Yigal Amir trial but I told Avraham to do his best to look for the various evidences and put up a good site. I really did not have much or any ability to make a web site in the Hebrew language, so there was not much I could do but wait for the finished product from Avraham. Avraham was hard at work putting together the site and eventually Avraham finished the site. It actually took him a few months to get things together. I am calling and pestering Avraham every few days to get his act together and get the site built. Finally by Early April the site was built.
When Avraham finally brought me the finished product to my apartment and we sat down together and went through the various pages of the site, I was impressed. Avraham really did a good job. I was impressed, and thought to myself that this type of work must be publicized. This is sort of historic work and unbelievable. It was currently the situation that many Israeli people simply did not know what happened to Yitzhak Rabin,. But with this web site, it is simply impossible to spend an hour on the site and its various links, be intelligent and believe the official government version of the assassination.

Avraham and I sat down together in his apartment in the later weeks and in my basic Hebrew abilities had Avraham make changes to make the wording more provocative. I told Avraham that we’d make it more and more provocative till we get to the point that we are actually calling Shimon Peres a killer and daring him to sue me. When I said this to Avraham, I looked at him and thought to myself ….. Could this be happening to me. Whatever it take to get the top politicians’ attention. This would be the correct technique to rattle their cage … and the correct techniques is what we will do … because I don’t want to wake up a year or two from now with the realization that I just moved to a county where the government killed its Prime Minister and the same government was on an anti-Semitic crusade to blame the religious Jews for the ghastly assassination of their beloved leader. You can call me dumb or ugly, but don’t call me a loser. And only a loser would move to such a country in which something like this is continuing to occur.

Avraham and I spent hours together going through the words of the web site looking for ways to make it more provocative and convincing. The technique was simple to make it provocative and interesting. As an example, for the page that shows the various clippings of Dalia Rabin, Yitzhak’s daughter, being quoted by newspapers to be seemingly opposed to the official government version of the assassination. On the right side we of the page it states in bold “They Shot Father but it is Not Real”
and opposite that the wording was “Lea Rabin, ob”m, in a conversation with her daughter, Dalia Rabin-Pelossof, immediately after the shots were fired. The page that this would link to would have the newspaper clippings of quotes of various Rabin family members making statements that would contradict the official government fairy tale that Yigal Amir shot two bullets at Yitzhak Rabin’s back.

Between the twelve main pages of the site, you had, in essence, the entire court and assassination case in an easy to read and understand format. To cut to the chase, what does a assassination, assassination trial and government coverup consist of. Basically 14 points. We pretty much covered them all on the front page of the web site. Just a simple teaser that links to another page with the details which consists of newspaper clipping, court document, videos, pictures, and links to other sites that had more information. This site was really the one stop shop for knowing the truth as to how Yitzhak Rabin was assassinationed.
You have the time of the assassination, witnesses, medical evidence, ballistic evidence, other physical evidence. Then you have the pages on the cover-up which would be the lawyer trying to provide a defense but getting fired by Yigal Amir, a government minister writing a letter to a major bookstore chain to ban a book, the government’s secret agent getting exposed, the supposed killer cooperating to get himself convicted, the motive and the explanation of why the cover-up has lasted so long. We are just trying to let the reader see the whole case in a minimal amount of time. When Avraham brought me his final work that is when the two of us went to work together to finish the missing pages of the story and try to present it in a provocative, interesting and even humorous manner. We are trying to tell a story or even make a lawyers presentation to the jury. We make point after point and in the end there would be no reasonable doubt as to the correctness of argument.
After a while we get the site looking pretty good and I have to kick myself with the realization that this argument is really convincing. Wow, this web site is a bombshell.
There are actually two videos that are missing from the web site. First, the video of the assassination, the Roni Kempler video, and I did read about a woman named Miriam Oren telling Channel One immediately after the shooting that Yitzhak Rabin was uninjured when he went into the limousine to the hospital. I am continuously looking and asking various people who may have an idea where to get these videos.

The site is looking good and I am looking around for places to accept advertising for the site. Phone call and emails to various Israeli web sites got the same response. “No Thank You” Always the same response. “We are not interested in receiving your money and are not willing to advertise your site.”
I was really curious to see the reaction to the world media when this stuff gets publicized and it creates a media boom. For a guy who reads newspapers every day and is a big history buff it would be really cool to actually make history. This seemed like a once in a lifetime opportunity. There was a possibility that stuff would happen in the near future, the site was built. The evidence was well presented in an interesting manner. Newspapers are there to sell newspapers, etc. Every media outlet is looking for interesting stuff to fill up there content. The yigalamir.com stuff is surely interesting.
My job was to just get the information to the media people and they would finish the job.
Here are a few things that were done. The banner on the site was a picture of Yigal Amir with a caption “I did not assassination him”. This made a good bumper stick and I asked Yisrael Cohen of Efrat, who was Barry Chamish’s printer to make 1,000 stickers that could be stuck all over Jerusalem. Yisroel, who has experience in political campaigns of all sorts, recommended that he should make the small paper stickers. These stickers would stay up all summer. So for a few nights I went out there by myself and just stuck the sticker on metal poles and objects all over the center of Jerusalem and many of the outlying neighborhoods. Jerusalem residents woke up in the morning and were blasted with the words “I did not assassination him” with www.YigalAmir.com just under the words. When the thousand were used up Yisrael printed up another three thousand stickers.
After the second day of sticking up Jerusalem, Shlomo, my friend at the local Falafel and Shwarma restaurant in the center of town was telling that Government (Shabak) agents were asking around who was putting up the stickers. Shlomo, the falafel guy, was someone that I confided in and I told him everything told me that he told the Shabak agents that it must be “Kahanists” that were causing the trouble. When Shlomo told me this but I found it surreal that the government internal security forces were looking for the guy putting up stickers but were not so interested in finding the people who killed Yitzhak Rabin.
The next night, when I went to visit Shlomo I actually saw two 30ish aged Ashkenazi looking muscular, shaved head guys just hanging around the falafel restaurant. Shlomo looked at me and I looked at him and we just smiled. When these two guys left I asked Shlomo the obvious question. Where these the Shabak agents?
The answer was yes. These guys looked a bit scary and Shlomo gave me the obvious advice that it may be a good idea to find a different way to get the message out.
The web sites were not registered under my name, there was no contact information on the site, Barry Chamish’s name appeared in the site but that was it. I was a bit afraid that the secret police would catch on and would question me.
But what would they question me for. Putting up stickers, and I was not sort of hoping to question the questioners about killing the prime minister. The issue that I was a bit afraid of was the municipal ordinance against posting advertising material without a licence. I would imagine that if I was caught red-handed that a offer that would be difficult to refuse would be offered. A huge fine or take down the web sites. I was never caught, the 1,000 stickers were stuck up all over Jerusalem and that was the sticker mission came to a close.
If they don’t let me advertise on any web sites in Israel, there is always Google. I went through the Google adwords explanation and Google was happy to accept 20 agorot from me every time a internet searcher went to Shimon Peres, Yigal Amir, Yitzhak Rabin and variety of other famous politicians. The technique was a bit coy in that when a person searched for Yitzhak Rabin, it would advertise the YitzhakRabin.co.il site, with the same happening for those searching for Shimon Peres getting to see the Shimon Peres.net site advertisement. And searchers for Yigal Amir would see the www.yigalamir.com advertisement. The wording in the ads stated that the truth about the Yitzhak Rabin assassination is available online… and about 10 percent of the people who saw the ads actually clicked on the site. Lot’s of fan mail and hate mail was coming in.
The third technique was spam. I told my web guy Avraham that we have to get this information out and finish this story, otherwise it could be dangerous. I really did not feel like setting up shop in a whacked out country where the government knocks off the prime minister and goes on a decade long disinformation campaign to blame the religious Jews. Less than a year previous, I sold all my local possessions in the United States and was planning on bringing my success in business a level higher via high tech ad cheap labor. I really don’t like to move from country to country looking for the Promised Land. Got here in Israel, if there is a societal problem that the government is promoting anti-Semitism then surely I can solve it while I am here, and it is actually easier to solve the problem than packing up the bags and setting up shop in India or Philippines. So whatever money I am spending I am considering it in my self interest. No normal Jewish person is going to willingly invest money in a business in a country that has a policy of state sponsored anti-Semitism.
I was acutely aware that the one important piece of puzzle that was missing was the actual video of the assassination, the Roni Kempler video. As soon, Avraham finished Barry Chamish’s English web site I realized that this project was huge and inevitably would be a money maker. Woodward and Bernstein ended up making money from Watergate from selling their book. Since I have not done much, and I expected the cover-up to be broken relatively quickly, my only money making opportunities would be selling the books of others. Barry Chamish wrote a book on the subject as well as Natan Geffen, who authored “The Fatal Sting.” Natan ended up self publishing 1,000 books and sold all the books at rallies and demonstrations. So I get Natan’s phone number from searching around the internet, we speak and I tell Natan to look at Barry’s English web site and make a promise to Natan that this subject is going to boom in the near future and I would be interested in selling Natan’s book online. Natan wrote his book in the year 1999 and has been off the subject for the past 4-5 years. Natan and I spoke a few days later and Natan had a glimmer of hope that the internet could be the tool to expose the truth and told me that he will start rewriting his book because the information in his original book was outdated and that it is not good to sell outdated stuff. I told Natan that I could get Israel Cohen, Barry’s printer, to also print his book.
Natan and I have been in contact since February, with me visiting his house in Ramat Gan, a suburb of Tel Aviv, after our initial conversation in February. My promise to Natan was that this case will be worldwide news and that Natan would be getting recognition and hopefully money for the book that he labored to write. My request from Natan was to give over any material or evidence that would help “sell the story” on our Hebrew web sites. Natan did have many useful documents, newspaper clippings on his web site and Avraham, the web guy, used that material on our web site and made a link to Natan’s web site on the front page as one of the 14 points to “prove” my case.
So Avraham is continuing to put together the Hebrew web sites slowly but surely,
coming to me eventually with the finished product. The gaping whole in the evidence is that we don’t have the video of the assassination. Many Israeli’s are parroting the words. We saw Yigal Amir shoot, Yigal Amir admitted killing and is even proud that he killed. The key has to be the film of the assassination which is nowhere to be found online. I being somewhat of a noodnick am asking far and wide a variety of people for the video.
My conversations with Barry Chamish are weird in that he really is not trying to help me in any way to gather information for the Hebrew site. Barry is sort of insulted that I am speaking with Natan Geffen or anybody else on this subject. But I would visit Barry once in while, and we would hang out, watch TV together. I did build Barry a beautiful web site and actually hired a girl name Sara to book Barry lectures and our deal was to split the profits from the lectures. There was an argument as to weather the lecture profits actually included Barry profits from selling the books and eventually Sara told me that the cost of the phone calls was greater than the profits from successfully booking a lecture. Barry got a few lectures at West Bank settlements and we learned that the West Bank people knew of Barry Chamish and knew of his lecture already. Apparently Barry was very busy a few years previous and gave his lecture to tens of thousands of people during his boom years.
But I am trying to meet and mingle with people who would be interested in ending the Rabin assassination fraud and want to meet those who have the same goal as me. Sadly to say, this is seemingly a one man operation.
After the Hebrew site is up already, I continue making rounds of phone calls and such to the various potential allies in this mission.
Natan Geffen, after seeing the YigalAmir.com site up and running and being advertised on Rotter.net suddenly tells me in his Russian accented Hebrew, by the way, I happen to have the Kempler video and a few other videos in m computer. I say, wow, nice of you to tell me this now, When can I pick them up and put them on the site? Natan tells me to come over in a few days to pick up the videos. I go over Natan’s house and Natan is willingly giving over the videos but when I get to his apartment the video is not prepared on disk. Because of a technical problem with his computer. No big deal, A few days later, I pick up the the Kempler video, The Yigal Amir Interrogation video, the Ephraim Sneh Video, the Dr. Barabash video and two videos that star Shimon Peres. Natan used his technical wizardry to change on of the Shimon Peres videos to have the announcer repeatedly state that “Shimon Peres become the new Prime Minister.” Natan was no fan of Shimon Peres, wrote a book on the subject yet kept these explosive videos tucked away in the hard drive of his computer for the last nine and a half years. In Yiddish they say “Oy Vey. What is this world coming to?
I take these videos to Avraham, the web guy, and he puts them online. A bit suspicious that Barry Chamish never told me that Natan had the videos in his hard drive and a bit bedazzled that Natan just remembered to tell me that he has the videos. Oh well, there is a government cover-up to uncover and we must move forward.
As soon as the videos were online I called up Rabbi Rotter of the Rotter.net web site and had him change the banner ad to publicize that the assassination video is online. As well, this explosive material should be the material that gives the Israeli media the excuse to write hard hitting expose type articles on the Rabin “conspiracy”. There was an abundance of circumstantial evidence that would indicate that the Rabin case was a fraud. Practically the entire court case, lawyers file, was online. The Israeli that was claiming that stating that Yigal Amir was not the killer was like denying the holocaust would claim that he saw the video of Yigal Amir shooting the bullets on TV.
In addition it is hard to know with one hundred percent certainty the validity of paper evidence that is presented online unless you have the actual video evidence of the assassination before you. Maybe the state of Israel was correct in stating that they have the right killer.
They’ve got the video of the assassination, I have not seen it. Just have seen newspaper clipping, court documents, and various web sites and books claiming that Yigal Amir shot blanks. Show me the video and I will know beyond any reasonable doubt.
I saw the video and the “conspiracy theory” in the end was nothing more than a poorly implemented assassination and a somewhat successful nationwide cover-up. Here is the article that I wrote for the web site. Hey folks, this cover-up should be over very soon.

The Yitzhak Rabin assassination video is the seven and a half minute video made by Roni Kempler while standing on the roof of a building overlooking the scene at the Kings of Israel Square during the assassination of Prime Minister of Israel Yitzhak Rabin on November 4th, 1995 in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Almost two months after the Yitzhak Rabin assassination, Israelis were shocked to read in their newspapers that an amateur film of the event would be shown on Channel Two news. The filmmaker was announced as a "Polish tourist". However, this story changed the day of the broadcast. The filmmaker was, in fact, an Israeli named Roni Kempler.
Roni Kempler disappearing from the public discourse and returning on the Internet
In his sole television appearance the night his film was broadcast, Roni Kempler explained that he wasn't interested in making money. It was quickly discovered that Roni Kempler worked for the State Comptroller's Office and was a bodyguard in the Israeli army reserves. The Yitzhak Rabin assassination video was shown on Israeli TV in its entirety one time in December 1995 and the name Roni Kempler was known world-wide. In the ensuing years the video is never shown in its entirety on Israeli TV and the name Roni Kempler is never mentioned in the Israeli media. In July 2005 the video appeared on the web site Yigal Amir.com and has given the world its first opportunity to examine it in detail with the aid of computer technology.

Questions regarding Roni Kempler
A letter was published in the Israeli newspaper Maariv in December, 1995 from Hannah Chen of Jerusalem in which Ms. Chen succinctly summarized some of the most blatant suspicions of Roni Kempler. The letter read: "Allow me to add my doubts about the strange facts surrounding the Yitzhak Rabin assassination. You want us to believe that Roni Kempler was a just a "regular guy" who happened to take a video of the assassination. At the beginning of the video Roni Kempler was in the "sterile" area and was requested to leave. So Roni leaves and goes to the roof of an adjacent building - the perfect place for an assassin. Of course there were security personal on the roof but those security personal let Roni Kempler go home with the most important piece of evidence that existed."

The viewing of the Yitzhak Rabin assassination video in 1995 convinced various Israelis to write books on the Yitzhak Rabin assassination conspiracy. But those various books did not seem to influence the Israeli establishment to pursue Yitzhak Rabin's true killers. In September 2005, David returned to Israel after a 15 year hiatus from the country. Mr. David Rutstein noticed that Israeli TV, which dedicated the whole week to the life and death of Yitzhak Rabin, did not show the seven and a half minute video but just a few second clip of the assassination itself and many Israelis did not know that the Yitzhak Rabin assassination video even existed. That raised Mr. Rutstein's suspicion and he researched the Yitzhak Rabin assassination on the internet and soon thereafter built the following web sites to bring the truth as to the true circumstances of the death of Yitzhak Rabin to the entire Israeli public. Subsequently, www.YitzhakRabin.co.il, www.YigalAmir.com, www.ShimonPeres.net were built in Hebrew and www.DavidRutstein.com was built in English. In July 2005, David Rutstein obtained the Yitzhak Rabin assassination video and shows the video free of charge on his web sites.
Back passenger door of the limousine at 7:17
The event captured on the film that is the center-piece of doubts about the veracity of the Shamgar Commission is the back passenger door of Yitzhak Rabin's limousine that closes before Yitzhak Rabin enters the car. To almost everyone who watches that door close, it appears that someone, perhaps the assassinationer, may have been waiting in the limousine for Yitzhak Rabin. This is in direct contradiction to the official conclusion that Yitzhak Rabin entered an empty car. This occurs at 7:17 of the video as well as at 8:41 when repeated.
Video concentrates on Yigal Amir
But there is more on the Yitzhak Rabin assassination video that contradicts the official findings. As the seven and a half minute video begins we notice that the video is concentrating on Yigal Amir as Mr. Yigal Amir is by himself in the sterile area near Yitzhak Rabin's limousine. Mr. Roni Kempler, when interviewed, said that he concentrated on Yigal Amir because of his suspicions. We also notice that two security officers strike up a conversation with Yigal Amir at 4:20 of the video.
Shimon Peres and the back passenger door
A few minutes later, Shimon Peres comes down the steps and walks towards the crowd at the barrier. He accepts their good wishes and walks to a spot about a meter and a half opposite the hood of Yitzhak Rabin's car. Shimon Peres is accompanied by four bodyguards. Shimon Peres stops, looks inside the back passenger door of the limousine and then speaks to the bodyguards. Shimon Peres and the bodyguards together look into the back passenger door of the limousine.
At this point there is a cut. Suddenly Shimon Peres is talking to Yitzhak Rabin's driver, Menachem Damti. Shimon Peres speaks to Menachem Damti, the driver, and subsequently Damti, Shimon Peres and the bodyguards again look at the back passenger door of the limousine. We notice in the video that Menachem Damti's head is nodding from side to side to indicate that he disagrees with something said by Shimon Peres.
Yigal Amir pulls out the gun
Shimon Peres enters his car and Yitzhak Rabin descends the steps. The camera now concentrates on Yitzhak Rabin and we see the bodyguard at Yitzhak Rabin's rear clearly stopping. The rear bodyguard stopping creates an open space and allows Yigal Amir a clear shot at the Prime Minister. Yigal Amir draws his gun from deep inside his right pocket, circles a student reporter named Modi Yisrael, and shoots with his left arm. At this point we see a flash of one bullet, one loud "bang" and two softer bangs. After supposedly "taking" the first bullet in the back, Yitzhak Rabin turns his neck to see who shot him. The fuzziness or cuts of the video are obvious to even an untrained eye. At the time of the shooting Yigal Amir was somewhat of a shadow. According to the ballistic testimony at the trial Yitzhak Rabin was shot at a very close range. Yigal Amir was far away from Yitzhak Rabin so the video was "cut" to extend Yigal Amir's left arm to shoot. As well, Yigal Amir is right-handed and during the re-enactment of the shooting during the trial Yigal Amir reenacted the shooting with his right arm, not his left. The entire video becomes fuzzy for two seconds after the first shot and then the video quality returns to normal. The back passenger door of the limousine closes. Yitzhak Rabin, the driver and bodyguard enter the limousine from the driver's side and the limousine begins to travel. Soon thereafter the video stops.
Mistake that video was shown to the public
The most haunting moment of the video is the seconds before Yitzhak Rabin is placed in the car, the opposite back passenger door slams shut. This segment has been examined and tested by numerous journalists, every shadow on the screen traced, every possible explanation exhausted. It seems that someone was waiting inside the car for Yitzhak Rabin. The question arises "Why did they make this assassination video if it's so incriminating?" One obvious answer may be that "they made a mistake." That may be the reason why the video is not shown or even mentioned on Israeli TV. Therefore, the majority of younger Israelis didn't even know the seven and a half minute Yitzhak Rabin assassination video even exists. That is, until its appearance online and now it's the talk of the nation and soon the whole world as the Yitzhak Rabin assassination cover-up gets blown!

Now there is something to really advertise and publicize. There is a Gush Katif “disengagement/expulsion” that is being planned for the end of August and this video should be the piece of evidence that takes away all apprehensiveness from a politician or political activists to use the Rabin assassination fraud to advance their own political agenda. I am making phone call after phone call to the various activists saying “please, use me.”
The most well known radical right wing activists that were fearlessly trying to prevent the Gush Katif expulsion were Baruch Marzel and Nadia Matar.
I was not sure of the sophistication of Nadia but I would call her up on the phone, explain the videos and other evidence online and explained that this web site and evidence online was the only realistic chance to prevent the expulsion that was supposed to be implemented later that summer. Phone calls were made to Baruch Marzel, Itamar Ben-Gvir, Noam Federman, The Yesha Council, Moshe Feiglan and others that were fighting the battle to save Gush Katif. This was my own private Hebrew class, how else could I speak my heavily accented Hebrew and actually have people listen to me.

What is really weird is that these “right wing” extremists are listening to me, not disagreeing but no one is coming forward to say Hey, David, you’ve got a great plan to save Gush Katif in a non-violent manner and we really thank you for your brilliance. Hey, I like compliments and no one is complimenting me.
In late June, I speaking to Baruch Marzel on speaking to Baruch Marzel on his cell phone and Baruch is telling me that he is doing his best trying to save Gush Katif and is at the former Palm Beach Hotel in Gush Katif. I have never been to Gush Katif, I’ve heard that it is a beautiful place, so this may be the opportune time to drive a few hours to see some real life Jewish activists who seem to not be afraid.
I call Barry Chamish and tell him that I want to go down to Gush Katif and asked him if he wanted to come. I told him that there was a big protest brewing at a hotel there, it may be like Masada where the Jews blockade themselves in and surely the Rabin thing would interest them. Who needs violence when you can paralyze the decision making abilities of the government simply by exposing the government’s involvement in the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin?
Barry apparently was busy that day but he did tell me that would be a massive prayer session headed by one of the chief Rabbis in the main synagogue of Neve Dekalim in which the entire population would be congregated. Barry asked me to bring books and a table down to the prayer rally and sell books. Barry offered to split the profits.
Off I went to Gush Katif
That would be really cool, from where I am coming from it is really weird to supposedly be the only person to actually cares about the country and is not afraid of his shadow. Israel is a country that seemingly is in a perpetual state of war for the last few generations. There has to be at least a few brave, selfless individuals among the millions of Jews that are living in the Middle East. If these people exist then they will be in Gush Katif and I want to meet them.
This hotel was in the news quite a bit for the previous few days. This was looking like the right wing defenders of the land of Israel were gathered in one place and this would be the opportune time to finish with the whole Rabin thing and move on in life. In essence, not a lot of people were needed to bust this scandal open but if you wanted to “bust it open” before the expulsion then surely others would have to get involved. These were the most interested and unafraid folks in the nation and I was going to meet them.
There was always in mind that Gush Katif was dangerous, that I would be dropping off my car and continuing the journey in a bullet proof bus. I as told that I would be entering a entering a war zone. I did not know what to expect. The reality was that you drive through the check point at the entrance to Gaza, saying hello to the security guard and continue for a few miles till you reach the main Gush Katif town of Neve Dekalim. It was a well kept, well manicured town of modern orthodox religious Jews. That was it. It was a place that a religious Jewish guy would get married to his lovely bride and together they have babies, go to work, keep the Jewish religion and be basically cut off from the rest of the world.
Everyone there was doing the same thing as him and these Jews felt like they were normal being religious while the irreligious locals were somewhat hostile local Muslims. That social fabric certainly ensured the continuity of the observance of the Jewish religion by these Jewish families.
Hey look, there are only two types of people living in Gush Katif, religious Jews or hostile Muslims.
At the prayer rally, I was walking around and it was somewhat of a sad feeling that these communities would be soon bulldozed and the people be dispersed from their town. My gut feeling is that the Israeli government and establishment wanted to disperse these people from Gush Katif for the simple reason that these families were religious and the set of circumstances that were in Gush Katif was conducive for a Jewish religious family to grow and prosper. So, in essence the government decision to expel the residents of Gush Katif was a strike to lesson the observance of Judaism of those modern orthodox families who were struggling to keep their children to continue strict observance of the Jewish religion. Meaning they could go more religious or less religious depending on the extraneous surrounding that influence them.

After seeing this nice town and thousands of people gathered for the prayer session, and knowing in my heart that there was something weird in that those knowledgeable of the political process knew that they were half fighting a lost cause.

Basic concept is that if the other side is willing to kill a Prime Minister, blame its religious minority for the assassination and the religious minority is not willing to use the evidence to fight this “blood libel” to save their town then the results of this current public relations and political war are pretty easy to predict.
It was difficult for me to set up a table to sell a few dozen of Barry’s books but I did have an extra few thousand stickers left stating that “Yigal Amir did not assassination him.” So I started giving them away. Eventually, there was a whole group of high school kids who understood the subject and helped me get rid of a the stickers. I believe that the kids knew that there case was a lost cause. If the government knocked off the Prime Minister what is the big deal to destroy their town.
The contrast in knowledge of this subject was amazing, in this population it was common knowledge the Shimon Peres and the Isreali government assassinationed Yitzhak Rabin. I am not sure if any these people ever left their small town and did a survey of the general knowledge of the Rabin assassination in downtown Tel Aviv but the residents would be shocked to find out what they know as a fact that the Shabak killed Rabin would be compared to holocaust denial a few hours north in the fashionable parts of Tel Aviv.
But imagine if you wanted to change election results or public opinion, maybe it would be a wise idea to impart your knowledge of the true history of the country to those other citizens who think that it is a terrific idea to bulldoze your town. Hey Settlers, there is something weird or non-kosher happening in the leadership positions of your movement.
After the end of the rally I wanted to talk to the leadership of the Gush Katif political establishment, say hello, give them a sticker and impart in them that there is one last ditch tactic that just may save their town. My one contact in the leadership of Gush was a gentleman named Eran Sternberg, who was the spokeman for the Gush Katif regional council. In fact, the voice of Gush Katif whose job was to change public opinion to prevent the expulsion. It is not hard to contact these people. Just do a web search for Gush Katif, find the web site of the organization in charge and call the leader. Just ask the secretary for his cell phone number. Eran Sternberg was the leader, and I felt generous enough to call Eran Sternberg constantly till Eran Sternberg tells me jump in a lake or he would agree to use me and my web sites to save Gush Katif. Eventually Eran Sternberg and I had a conversation and then another and another. The last conversation we had was I basically calling the guy an idiot and a loser. You can only have so much patience and sympathy for a guy who is going through the motions to the lose the battle with dignity. I guess my qualm was that he was lying to his public in stating that he really wanted to win the battle and save his towns in Gush Katif.
As if it makes a big deal if the Rabin assassination fraud gets exposed in the year 2005 or the year 2007, the same thing happens in the end. I just needed a little bit of manpower and technical help to make the Rabin fraud boom before the bulldozers wipe our your little village. Eran Sternberg, in the end, ended up getting a bit perturbed at me and his final answer was that these are not the tactics he is willing to use… but that he expects to win the battle and his communities would be saved.

So when I went to Gush Katif, I wanted to meet the genius Eran Sternberg who was the leader of his community who expected to win the battle of public opinion to sway the Israeli government to let his town continue to exist. After the prayer rally I started asking the various people in the crowd where could I find Eran Sternberg. Every one new Eran, and the I was pointed to a group of five Gush Katif leaders who were standing in a circle and talking together.
When I approached the leaders meeting, I immediately approached the boyish looking, clean cut 30ish Eran Sternberg and introduced myself as David and gave him a sticker. There was not much more to say to the genius Eran but I did speak to the five “leaders” there and started speaking about how the Rabin assassination conspiracy and the Kempler film could save their towns. It was amazing that the 15 year olds that were passing out stickers understood what I was saying but these guys look at me like I was advocating inviting the Iranian army to intervene. After a few minutes the older man asked me to leave stop talking and I graciously walked away.
It was getting a bit dark, and I really wanted see those fearless activists holed up at the Palm Beach Hotel. A short drive from the Neve Dekalim synagogue brought me to potential Masada of the Gaza Strip. There were one hundred and fifty or so kids there. The so called hardcore hilltop youth who were fearlessly trying to prevent the Israeli government from destroying their towns. These were religious Jewish kids were looking for a cause. These were the real religious kids who came the national religious establishment. In Israel, if the people get really serious about the religion then the political happenings in the country become not so important, and uninteresting. If they are really modern religious then there is a tendency to follow the status quo, advance in one’s chosen profession and just follow orders to get along in life. These activists kids were the hard core national religious who actually believed the religious Zionism party line that that they were taught from a young age. These were the fearless warriors who were going to save Gush Katif.
There were 150 teenagers there and I wanted to meet the leaders. Those historic Generals who would lead their people to victory. I was looking around for Baruch Marzel, the icon of the radical fearless right wing, When I saw Baruch there was hope. Baruch did not exactly say “David, I am so glad that you are willing to invest your time and energy in helping save our country” but he did tell me to come down to the hotel to save the country together. So, at least, he gave me the time of day. When I got there, I immediately looked for my phone friend Baruch Marzel. Baruch was a bit disheveled looking to say the least but this guy was a semi darling of the Israel media and was able to get on the evening news. Baruch Marzel, in short, could break the Rabin conspiracy if he wanted to. I spoke to Baruch for a brief period and Baruch acted like he was busy and could not speak for an extended period of time. I gave Baruch the “I did not assassination him sticker” and asked Baruch to give me a few dozen volunteers to march in Tel Aviv and we might be able to save Gush Katif. Baruch was a busy man almost single handledly planning implementing the plan to save Gush Katif.
I also ran into another phone friend Itamar Ben Gvir. Itamar at least was affable and happy to see me. Barry Chamish had told me repeatedly to stay away from Itamar stating that he is a government agent in the same way the Yigal Amir and Avishai “Champagne” Raviv are but I have to say that my gut feeling is that Itamar is a friendly guy and pretty darn likable.
I saw both Itamar Ben Gvir and Baruch Marzel, the two leaders of the radical right wingers who care so deeply about the future of the Jewish people in the land of Israel. Both these guys live in Hebron, and my question that popped into my head is what are these guys doing hanging out at an abandoned hotel in the middle of Gush Katif. Don’t these guys have jobs?

Baruch Marzel is a 45 year old man who is hanging out with a bunch of teenagers in the middle of the summer. What is he doing there?, what is he trying to accomplish? From what I know of Baruch at this time is that he ran for the Knesset a few years previous as the number 2 person on the Herut party list. They lost. And I have seen stickers around Jerusalem stating with writing indicating a new political party that will not “give in.” When I see these stickers last month, I add this group to my list of people that I am in contacting telephonically. That is how my relationship with Baruch started. So in essence, Baruch is a professional Jewish activist, politician, fundraiser. Every one has a job and Baruch seems to be the point man to bring the Rabin fraud to the worldwide media and to a quick conclusion. Here is a 45 year old guy who is who hanging out with a bunch of teenagers because it is his job and I was under the impression that his job was to succeed. Success, to me, would be preventing the Gush Katif expulsion and living to talk about it. I assumed that is what Baruch wanted. Well, when we spoke very briefly that night for the first time Baruch was extremely busy and it seemed that Baruch was blowing me off. But since this guy is so important to “the cause” I have to give him the benefit of the doubt.
I have been working on this Jewish, Israeli activism thing for a few months, and Baruch has been working on it for 20 years. Obviously, he has a lot of advantages over me. Baruch is the key.

Itamar Ben Gvir tells me that he is in law school and is 28 years old. So, I can accept the fact that he is having hanging out in Gush Katif . As well, previously Baruch tells me that Itamar is a salaried employee of his organization. I believe that he told me something like 2,000 sheckels a month. So I am really wondering why Barry Chamish is so convinced that Itamar Ben Gvir is a Shabak agent and at the same time he does not want to offend Baruch Marzel. Oh well, if you ask enough questions and talk to enough people then you figure out everything in the end.
It was certainly an experience to see the stories in the Israeli media of these radical religious fundamentalists who were holed up in an abandoned hotel and potentially pulling another “Masada”
and being there and seeing exactly what was happening. These leader of the radical fundamentalists was there with a 150 teenagers. I was giving my stickers out to the various teenagers there and explaining to the entire group individually, and gathered in groups that violence in Gush Katif will not save Gush Katif. I was saying the sales pitch over and over, if you want to save Gush Katif at this stage of the game, then the government of Israel would have to go through a major crisis.
That crisis has to be huge, at this point even 70-80 percent public opinion against the “disengagement” will not save Gush Katif, so what the heck are you guys doing thinking that your protest about Gush Katif can save the gush. I personally spoke personally to each and every one of these teenagers and explained that one must march through the middle of Tel Aviv with signs and banners demanded to bring the true killers of Yitzhak Rabin to justice. We have the video of the assassination online now and this video shows beyond any doubt that the true killers are free… I explained to them that there is no way in heck that their protests can get public opinion to be against the “expulsion” to such a degree that the government’s decision will be reversed. In addition, talking about Gush Katif to change public opinion about Gush Katif could not work. This is the same pitch given to Eran Sternberg. Of course, the only tactic that has chance of success is to lessen the faith of the citizenry in the good judgment of its government.
The Government of Israel, which includes today’s government leaders actually killed Yitzhak Rabin and are in the midst of a decade long crusade of blaming the religious jews. You guys know this to be true but the people in Tel Aviv don’t know this. The stuff is all prepared on the internet and this information can be known by any person who reads Hebrew with no doubt whatsoever just by looking at the videos and court case online. So you guys are foolish protesting here, and you are wasting your time. I begged these kids to come with me to Tel Aviv to protest, they all heard the story. Baruch Marzel heard the pitch, Itamar Ben Gvir heard the pitch and all those involved in the protests to save Gush Katif. Baruch was too busy to give a strong reaction and just shied away from wherever I was. There was some media there and I had them take pictures of me holding the stickers. I promised the media there that this picture would be famous very soon and actually gave the media a copy of the Barry Chamish’s books that I had in my trunk on the Rabin assassination.
After I was there for a few hours it was getting boring… This was getting a bit weird, I was speaking face to face to the only true activists who wanted to reverse the government’s decision to bulldoze Gush Katif, stating very clearly and simply a plan that could actually save their cause. I spoke with families that are about to get financially raped by the bulldozing (the homeowners). I spoke with the activist teenagers and the supposedly radical leaders. Twenty people were needed to march in Tel Aviv. That is what I was looking for . Of course I ask the kids who their leader was and there was no leader. But Baruch Marzel assured me that he had hundreds of activists activist volunteers who listen to his orders. My belief in his words continued to give me hope that maybe there was hope, and that Baruch was just a bit busy that organizing a successful happening. and I made drove to Tel Aviv to a bar and eventually back home Jerusalem. This was getting really weird, was I the only person with this plan? Barry Chamish told me that he has been giving lectures in Gush Katif for years and has been telling the leadership to use the Rabin assassination. Barry was not successful in his goal and there was a distinct possibility that I would be meeting the same non-success. Another goal of mine was just to meet these people to have them feel confident that they can use my websites for their cause, say hello and make them realize that they can use yigalamir.com, yitzhakrabin.co.il or shimonperes.net for huge campaign and that the web sites will be the same even after they print up the printed material. The leaders of the movement really were not so interested in using me. but there is always hope.
Coming back to Jerusalem, I continued to make rounds of phone calls trying to figure out the way that I can save Gush Katif, The expulsion and bulldozing is scheduled for late August and if you miss that deadline, it is not coming back. I continue contacting various people and activists. Conversations with various Kahane activists (Lenny Goldberg and David Haivri) from the city of Tapuach in the Shomron and leaders got no where. My old friend Lenny Goldberg was saying that they believe that Yigal Amir shot Rabin and was actually happy that a Jew had the courage to actually do something. Which is unlike the others who talk and don’t do. Lenny Goldberg, this right wing, politically astute Rabbi Meir Kahane supporter, it is really not interesting to him if Yigal Amir did not shoot real bullets. He just liked the fact that there was a courageous Jew who acted on his convictions to try to save the Jewish people. I actually met Lenny at the Machon Meir Yeshivah 20 years previous and I recall Lenny being a sharp, politically astute New Yorker who wanted to save Israel. He really cared. Lenny ended up being the right hand man to Meir Kahane and then his son Binyaman. Both father and son were assassinationed. I guess Lenny has had enough of seeing his friends getting killed but Lenny was really excited about his job which entailed bringing his really cool amusement games to private birthday parties all across Israel and of course supporting his large family.
There was only one problem with this Kahane activist’s thought process. It was based on a lie. I explained point by point, via email letters, the web site and by simply talking that Yigal did not kill Rabin and that the Israeli government was using the “official story” to help the left wing win elections, and to kick the Jews out of Gush Katif. Towards the end of the conversations with my old friend, Lenny it was discovered that this activist did not want to know so much because he just wanted to continue with his normal life that he has been living for the last 11 or years. This type of information and government disinformation campaign requires a minimal amount of actions to “blow the story up in smoke.”
But someone has to do these actions. These right wing activists have had limited success in influencing government policy over the last ten years and have had an even more limited success in supporting themselves and their families financially. The two Kahane activists that I knew were at least blessed with large families that they were successfully supporting. The last thing that they need is to get involved in a battle that will make their movement look really stupid for being used by the Israeli government for the last ten years. These people just wanted to live their lives and really forget about the state of Israel.

I said OK, I understand. The actual leader of the Tapuach branch of the Kahane movement, David Haivri, had a supposedly large mailing list of people who may actually care. I met David through the a Barry Chamish’s printer Israel Cohen. I pleaded with the leader of the Tapuach Kahane movement to help out technically, blast fax or whatever else is possible to get this information of the Rabin fraud being able to stop the Gush Katif expulsion in his newsletters and mailings. But this Kahane leader who was eaking out a small living from his Kahane leadership gig knew many of the details of the Rabin fraud but the newness of the stuff being so well presented online with videos should have been able to persuade this David Haivri that this information may be able to save Gush Katif. My job was to show him that. In the end after meetings, phone calls, etc. It was just not in this David Haivri’s personal best interest to help out in any way an issue that would make the right wing Kahane movement look like a bunch of bumbling idiots that let this issue hurt their cause for the last 10 years. This may have been a too little, too late. David Haivri seemed like a nice guy but he was watching Barry Chamish try to raise the issue in the Israeli press unsuccessfully and never really realized the political implications of loosing the battle…. Pretty soon we are going to say good bye to Gush Katif, despite thousands of man hours of protests by teenage kids and it is incredible that I am getting not even one supporter.
This David Haivri guy is not going to lift a finger. Haivri never told me that he has hundreds of activists so it was not the end of the world if he is not showing interest. As well Haivri is never really expressing disbelief that “it could not be possible that the Israeli government shot Rabin and is covering it up.” It was more like “oh, well, that is nice, I’ve got some more Kahane books to sell.”
David Haivri was the “leader” of the splinter Kahane group that was left over in the village of Kfar Tapuach after Binyamin Kahane and his wife were shot and killed a few years back on driving on the road near their home in the northern Shomron. David was married to Binyamin Kahane’s wife’s sister and David took over the movement after Binyamin got killed based on his familial relations.. and put together a few Kahane web sites in Hebrew and English. Based on these web sites that David Haivri was running I assumed that he cared and would be able to help me stop the Gush Katif expulsion. But apparently, this was not such a big concern for this leader of the Kahana movement.

We had another Kahane leader named Mike Guzovsky. I met Mike about ten years previous when My neighbor Joel Busner, who was somewhat of a Kahane activist had Mike come down to his house for a visit and fundraising tour of the religious Jewish community of North Miami Beach, Florida. Mike seemed like a nice guy and I figured that Mike owed me a favor since I thought that I helped out Mike in a somewhat sensitive manner.
Here is how I helped Mike out. One afternoon, I am sitting in my house in Miami and I get a knock on my door from two FBI agents These agents start asking me about my relationship with Joel Busner. It just happened that Joel and I had a quarrel, and Joel moved out of the are. My first reaction to these friendly FBI agents was that Joel was a jerk and that I really don’t like Joel.
The two FBI guys were all ears and even more friendly. The government agents explained that I was on the board of directors of a non-profit group that was run by Mr. Busner that has subsequently disbanded but the Feds were interested not in Joel, but in the leader of the Kahane movement on American soil, none other than Mike Guzovsky. I told that FBI that we met, were on friendly terms and would be more than happy to help my government in any way that I could. I guess if there is something that includes excitement, tension and action then I want to be there. It must be in the blood.
The FBI explains that they pay for information and that is fine with me. It would be just a something interesting to get involved with. I am sure that if I saw or knew about Mike bombing a Federal courthouse then I would call law enforcement anyways. I met Mike once, it really was not in the realm of possibility that Mike would be killing or blowing up anything. I am in Miami, he is in Brooklyn, how would I know what Mike is doing and why would Mike tell me anything anyways.
But it is a small world and we only live once, and if FBI wants to talk to me then I want to talk to them. I call Mike on the phone just to make sure that the FBI is not pulling my leg and that I can honestly tell the feds that Mike and I were friends. Mike was friendly on the phone and I am sure that he was wondering why I was calling him to say hello.
Every so often, the FBI guys would come over to say hello. I would tell them stories of how Mike and I were really good friends spending lots of time on the phone together. I was not so worried about the FBI catching me lying to them, since these federal agents were just so friendly nice. Eventually they gave me a few hundred dollars. Whatever I can do for my country.
Loe and behold, I decided to relocate to New York and put my house up for sale. This, of course, made the agents even more friendlier and they would come by every few weeks to chat and take note of my growing friendship with Mr. Mike Guzovsky.
When I got to New York I rented an apartment, contacted my new FBI agent contact in the city and got to work in my insurance sales business. The new FBI agents were friendly as well and they told me to visit Mike in his Jewish Youth Center on Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn. Of course, I tell the FBI that my intention is to visit Mike anyways since we are practically best friends since the two of us or speaking on the phone quite often.
I call Mike on the telephone telling him that I want to come by and say hello. Mike again is surprised that I want to see him. As if we are best friends and just want to hang out together.
I get to his Jewish youth center and Mike gives me a tour of the place. Mike knew that I was fairly well off and probably expected a donation. I end up asking to speak with him outside out of range of eavesdropping devices and break the news to Mr. Mike Guzovsky, the leader of the far right Kahane movement in the United States that I was sent by the FBI to become his friend and report to the authorities of illegal and dangerous acts that he is doing.
Mike and I had a brief chat and we both agreed that he was not doing anything illegal while I told Mike that if I did not agree to the job of being your friend then they would look around for someone else and that person may actually make up stuff just to get more money. Obviously, the more dangerous you and your movement are then the more money the informant deserves. When the FBI visits me I am just honest in saying that you are doing nothing illegal.. But I am telling them that we are like best friends. I figured that the guy would be appreciative and would repay the favor that I am doing for him one day in the future.
The FBI visits every two weeks at my apartment in Brooklyn while handing me four hundred dollars every two months. The FBI guys became my friends and I was just being honest in telling that Mike is expecting a large donation from me to help out his cause. I have no idea of what this large donation may entail ….. Maybe it is 10,000 dollars, maybe $200. I have no idea. I do know that the donation would have to be made in cash. It would be really cool to get a few thousand from the government. Since I have never done this type of work, I really had no idea of what to expect.
My friendly, local FBI agent tells me that Binyaman Kahane is coming to Brooklyn for a fundraising
dinner at a local synagogue. This is the opportunity for me via the FBI to give a meaningful donation. The government agents apparently want to me to prove that Mike and I are buddies so they ask me to tell them Mike’s address. I go visit Mike a second time, tell him what is going on and ask him for his address so that the American government will trust me, give me money, and I will give a donation to his cause. It is not that complicated. After a lot of haggling, Mike gives me an address and I end up giving Mike a few hundred $300. It was sort of like profit sharing.
At the next FBI get together the Feds hand me $700. $200 for the tickets to the dinner and $500 to make a donation to Binyamin Kahane. I go to the dinner with a cute blond girl that I was dating and that was that. I personally hand Mike the envelope of $500 and congratulate him for getting a donation from the FBI. I really did not have any desire to donate the money to my wallet. I guess because I was making lots of money myself and had no desire to “steal” from those who seemed so idealistic and pure. The crowd listened attentively to the speech of Binyamin Kahane in his broken English. A few weeks later Binyamin was assassinationed while driving with his wife and children in his car on a road in the Shomron.
There were a few more meetings with the FBI, just telling how Mike and I were still buddies. Eventually, after a total of 5 months in Brooklyn, I came back to Miami and rented an apartment on the beach. I called my NY FBI agent telling him of my impending move and when I got back to Florida I met up with The Miami FBI guys again. Always saying the same story that Mike and I are buddies and that he is a pretty boring guy not doing any crimes or at least not telling me about the crimes that he is doing. But I told the FBI the truth, that my feeling was that he was a fairly law abiding guy. This, in fact, was true. The ruse was kept on going till October, 2001 when the FBI called me to come into their Miami headquarters, gave me $300 and said that this is the last money that they would be able to give me. Officer Joe thanked me for my work and we congratulated each other that the radical right winger of the Jewish world has committed no terrorism while I was keeping my eye on the supposed #1 Jewish terrorist, Mike Guzovsky.

When I get back to Israel in the August of 2004, Mike happens to be one of few people who I actually know in Jerusalem. I was busy setting up the business, apartment, etc. and was not exactly best friends with the guy but I figured that he would be appreciative of how I helped him out.

Of course, I contact Mike. Mike also moved back to Israel and I was told that he had an internet café next to the central bus station in Jerusalem. The internet café was walking distance from my apartment so I go over to say hello to Mike. Mike seemed to be in charge of a Rabbi Meir Kahane internet café. Literature and books of the assassinationed Rabbi are on the tables at the entrance with the apparent attempt to make his business the epicenter of this once thriving youth movement.
Mike and I said hello. He seemed a bit cold to me, while I gave my usual pitch on how revealing the Rabin fraud has a chance to save Gush Katif. Mike seemed to know the subject or at least spoke as if he knew the subject. Mike was certain that Yigal Amir shot real bullets and did not want to hear anything else. Beside, Mike explained to me, he was not so interested in Israeli politics and was only concerned in business and money. His various businesses which included this internet café was his main concern. I looked around and saw a somewhat successful business and wished him good luck in making money. When we met years ago, Mike told me that he was having financial problems but now things have really changed for him. There is not much you can say to a guy who just wants to make money. I was not sure what to believe but you have to take a guy at his word.

So I get back to Jerusalem and am feeling a bit alone in this world in that the “right wing activist” establishment is not embracing me to save their cause. But Baruch Marzel did tell me that he has hundreds of activists just waiting for his order to act. So there is hope.
I get back to Jerusalem and am in constant contact with Baruch and his sidekick Itamar Ben Gvir. Both are claiming that they have hundreds of activists. So they will join me, lead me or do the unthinkable which is to let the Israeli government give away Gush Katif which will be real hard to get back. Again, if a person says they care to save Gush Katif, has hundreds of activists then there is no way I am going to let him get away with saying that he did not know. There is no excuse.
So on a daily basis I was calling Baruch Marzel, his office, his driver, his assistants, etc. whoever picked up his cell phone or office phone. Many times I got a the answering machine, and many times I got through and Baruch was just so busy that he could not talk. But eventually Baruch explained to me that he saw on TV that Yigal Amir did the assassination, that Yigal admitted that he did the assassination, So what is there really to talk about. Baruch explained to me that he was trying very hard to save Gush Katif and really did not have time for me or this Rabin conspiracy stuff.
It seemed to me that there must be another way, the Gush Katif expulsion is not that far away.
I have been in contact with Natan Geffen on a regular basis for Natan to rewrite his book. I am arranging for Natan to have his book republished with Barry Chamish’s printer Israel Cohen. Now, Natan is suddenly telling me that he has the video of the assassination and a bunch of other videos .

So Natan Geffen’s videos of the assassination may be the way to break this story. Finally on July 4, 2005 I drive over to Natan’s apartment in Ramat Gan and pick up the various videos. We finally have the piece of evidence that is the cat’s meow. This is the evidence that could be thrown in people’s faces and you would be able to see exactly what happened on Nov. 4, 1995. I picked up the videos at Natan’s house.
This is a video that I was looking for months for. Barry Chamish tells me that he does not have the original and but is willing to give me for the sites the portions of the Kempler video that are on the video that he sells. But I look at the video from Barry and my web guy and myself both agree that this video is not enough to put on the web site and really break the story. It is a fact that the Israeli media never shows the entire the video and I can simply advertise that I have the entire assassination online and that is surely going to create interest… as well you can see what the video shows without any explanation. Just show me what the Israeli government is hiding. So I ask around for month for the video, even becoming friends with Barry Chamish trying to get information from him as to where I can get the video. Barry does not want to tell me. So I begin quizzing Barry for sources of where he got the material for his book. Barry is incredibly tight lipped. Statements like “’anonymous people dropped off material in the middle of the night” and I met people in the dark restaurants and they gave me documents, etc. In the end it was just Natan Geffen, who also wrote a Rabin conspiracy book who had all the important information sitting in the hard drive of his computer. Barry told me to stay away from Natan Geffen because he was too close with one Nachum Shachaf, who seemed to be Barry’s arch enemy. But, against Barry’s very strong suggestions I was in contact with Natan for months, with the hope that if you speak to enough people then everything is figured out in the end. It may be that Natan had just finished rewriting his book which had taken months. But finally, Natan wants to give me the videos that would make the Rabin assassination fraud a done deal.

It seems that that Natan taped many of the important videos of the assassination from the television, researched and wrote his book based on the video evidence and getting court documents from One or more of Yigal Amir’s five attorneys.
Natan later told me that he was apprehensive about giving over the videos since he had promised to Nachum Shachaf to not give information and videos without Nachum’s permission. Nachum never gave permission. It just so happens that Natan gave me the high quality videos that he got from Nachum rather than the low quality videos that he taped off the TV. In addition, Natan had a video that he got from the lawyer from Yigal Amir’s interrogation. In addition to sitting home the night of the assassination and taping the stuff the entire Natan tells me that the videos in his computer. These high quality videos came from Nachum Shachaf who was hired by Dalia Rabin to investigate the assassination in 1999 and Nachum ended up seeing the entire Shamgar Commission (Official Government Inquiry into the Rabin Assassination). Natan also emailed me a high quality photo from Maariv Newspaper that showed the Song of Peace song sheet with one supposed bullet hole through it. This song sheet was famous right after the assassination and has become an added centerpiece of the overwhelming evidence that shows unequivocally that the Rabin conspiracy is not even close to being a theory. It is just what happened.
I have my web guy put these videos online, and we were in business. I immediately call Rotter.net to have them change the banner ad that I had posted there to highlight the new explosive evidence.
I am beginning to understand that I am not alone in this world and in this mission. My web guy, Avraham, tells me that the vast majority of evidence that he got for the Hebrew web sites were just copied from the documents pages of rotter.net. All Avraham did was to put it in order. If I knew this from the “get go” I would have hired someone from rotter.net to put the stuff in order. I read basic Hebrew, could understand what I am reading… but searching the internet and stuff, finding the juicy stuff… that was left to Avraham. He took months to build the Hebrew web site. Even though I was bothering him every other day or so to finish it up. In the end he did a great job, but in essence, he just took the information from Rotter.net. Lowe and behold, the bloggers on rotter.net were actually deciphering the Yitzhak Rabin “Kempler” video and finding stuff there that I did not see.
This scoop would be a news article on the front page of Rotter.net and 10,000 or so would view the article and make comments. I did not realize this but there was a ton of Israelis interested in this stuff, who knew about the details ..but they were just anonymous people sitting in front of their computer. The volunteer editor of Rotter.net that was pushing this subject for years was the Israeli with the “nick” “Pilovitch Shachaf.” Pilovitch organized the important documents in the Rabin fraud in the documents section of Rotter.net. He also wrote provocative, incredibly well researched articles that graced the home page of Rotter.net and Pilo really made the Rotter.net an exciting place to learn the history of Israel. I noticed that Pilo had a decent knack or desire to get the Rabin assassination fraud to become worldwide news and for the true killers to be put on trial. Pilo was anonymous, not making money from the subject and was leading the charge to expose the truth.
I just showed up out of the blue and Pilo finally had a partner. Avraham said to me that Pilo must be excited beyond belief that I am spending money on this and doing things to end this ridiculous nationwide assassination fraud. I wrote Pilo, asking for his phone number but Pilo would not acquiesce and we never actually spoke. On our Hebrew site we had a link to Pilo’s private web site at http://ps.newsnet.co.il/Front/NewsNet/newspaper.asp and Pilo wrote back requesting that we take down the link… I wrote Pilo back saying that we won’t take down the link since his information is really good and important. In the end Pilo took down his whole site. After a few days we took down the link from our site .. and Pilo’s site went back up. Not sure of the reason for Pilo not wanting us to link to him, but that is what happened.

But finally we had the Rabin assassination video … I went to work on analyzing the video and writing an article in English to describe what I was watching….I ended up writing a semi-classic article on the video. I also asked Barry Chamish to write an article so that I could put it on his web site which was from the beginning of the year regularly getting 500-600 hits a day from throughout the world. Barry’s articles were also posted on other internet sites throughout the world with Barry constantly getting invited to be interviewed on various internet radio stations throughout the world. I figured that we can make the world wide media boom on this subject simply by publicizing this video which was suddenly available online.
I did my best to try to persuade Barry to join the effort to publicize the video via his weekly article that he sent out to thousands of subscribers on his mailing list. Barry Chamish refused to publicize the Kempler video but he ended up writing a short article that describes his interpretation of what he saw but Barry refused to do anything to publicize the Kempler video via his mailing list or highlight the Kempler video being online when he was being interviewed. I pleaded with Barry to strongly publicize the video but he refused.
But seriously, my web guy confided in me that when he saw the video and the inconsistencies that were obvious when viewing the video coupled with the various court documents online it was obvious that Yigal Amir shot blank bullets. So there was really no argument from any rational person as to the official government version of the assassination being a fraud. It was really obvious.
So my job was just really to publicize what we did have online. That should not be so difficult. I had ordered one month of the Rotter.net banner add for $900 and I was happy that this case was so obvious that there would not be so much need for me to devote too much time, effort and money to expose an obvious fraud. There was no more arguing, You just see the video and the accompanying evidence and you know what happened. Imagination and intelligence were not needed so much to figure out what happened.
So it was time for publicity and that was that what I am supposed to be good at. In essence, I am an insurance salesman from Florida who came to Israel to try to get bigger in the insurance sales business by hiring and training fast talking Jews in Israel to sell stuff to Americans … Along the way I am supposed to learn, or at least hire those who know already .. how to use the latest technologies to sell stuff.. To intergrate spam, web sites, a qualified phone sales force into making lots of sales to American customers. Exposing a assassination fraud just popped up on the way. But this should be easy now. We have the video and the court case online.
For the preceding month I discovered wikipedia in English and Hebrew. Both sites had pages on Yigal Amir, Yitzhak Rabin and the Rabin assassination conspiracy. Just post the correct information and links on those sites and people who are not regular visitors to rotter.net will get exposed to the information that is freely available online. With the video of the assassination being online the obvious place to put the link would be on the wiki page of the Rabin assassination in Hebrew. I would post the link and the link would get deleted by the editors of the Hebrew Wiki within a 2-3 minutes. I would post at a later date and again the link would be deleted. Eventually, I would have my IP address banned from the Hebrew wiki totally for a period of time. The same link to assassination video would be done on the English Rabin murdeer conspiracy page and there would be one of two people who would delete the information, I would repost the links, and there would be a back and forth. But on the English wiki at least I would not get banned from making future changes.
This was going on for weeks and was wondering who was paying these volunteer editors and why they were so serious about keeping the video hidden from the public. But people intuitively like to see videos of assassinations so I was wondering as to how these people continued to think that they can succeed. On the other hand, they were succeeding on completely on the Hebrew wiki.
It was posted on the Hebrew wiki that there would be a general meeting for the wiki editors and the general public to meet at Tel Aviv University on a Friday morning in the middle of July. So I go to Tel Aviv and I want to meet this person or group of people who seemed so serious to keep the wiki pages clean of the Kempler video and links to my various web site. The Hebrew wiki page on the Rabin assassination conspiracy was right out of George Orwell’s book 1984. In addition to trying to insert the Kempler video I tried to insert the story that would be truer to the actual mainstream theory that was espoused by those who have seen the various evidences. Again I would make the change to the Hebrew wiki, various people would revert the edit within a minute or two and then block my IP address from making future changes. I wanted to meet these people, confront them and find out what was happening. I arrive at Tel Aviv University, park my car, look for the meeting place, find the classroom of the meeting and see 20 or so nerdy looking guys and a sprinkling of homely looking girls. If these are the Israeli government’s answer to keeping the Rabin assassination fraud going it should not be so hard to overcome. Certainly not all 30 people in the room are in the pay of the Israeli secret service. People just want to live life and the majority of these people just were knowledgeable nerds who had a lot of free time. These were the core of the Hebrew Wikepedia, they were spending hours writing and editing a free online encyclopedia.
There was even a 30 something female reporter there whose newspaper for Yideoth Acharonot was also interested in reporting why these people were laboring for hours upon hours for free. There was one 40 year oldish nerdy guy who had called the meeting and was in charge. It seemed that this gentleman also had the keys to the Wikipedia license in Hebrew from the worldwide Wikipedia foundation and ultimately controlled the web site.
I arrived there in the classroom, took a seat. Put on a name tag with my name “David” written and starting chit chatting with the various people there. At first, I said hello to the leader and asked him why he was so interested in keeping the Kempler video and other videos off the site. The leader mumbled in a confident manner that the Kempler video was copy written material and it would not be honest to make a link without proper permission. That argument was not so hard to combat, I just declare that I am the owner of YigalAmir.com where the video is being shown; I have permission from Channel 2, the channel that supposedly paid $350,000 to Roni Kempler for the rights to broadcast the video, and that I exist and am giving permission to wikipedia. Apparently, the leader of Hebrew wikipedia knew better and was sure that I did not have permission and there was nothing else to discuss.
So I begin to chit chat with various people in the classroom, those in the class room who were knowledgeable of my editing and the Kempler video all had the same response. If the leader says that wikipedia did not have rights to make a link then there was nothing else to discuss. So I continue chit chatting with practically the entire classroom while handing each and every person there a small flyer that had the web site information written. Everyone there was respectful and the people said that they would check out the web site that the wiki boss was so determined to keep off the wiki pages. As the discussion session started everyone there introduced themselves… Name, where they are from and why they are involved in wiki… Of course, my turn comes and I explain that I built the web sites that have the Rabin assassination case online which includes the Kempler video that has not been seen by any Israeli in over 9 years. I just keep on talking explaining that for the past few weeks I have been trying my hardest to make links to the video and correct the misinformation that is on the Rabin assassination conspiracy page… Eventually the leader cuts me off and requests that I stop speaking… The message was given, if there are any supporters then surely they will step forward.
No one is stepping forward or asking questions. These folks really don’t want to piss off the boss of wiki who has the power to ban them as well from doing their volunteer editing on the subject that interests them the most.
The discussion starts and the leader of the group is congratulating the various volunteer editors with their work that has made wiki a big success and he is stating various statistics that show exactly how successful wiki has grown over the past year. Mr. Boss stops talking and the female reporter begins to ask the boss some questions. Then the reporter is asking the questions to those in the classroom. She is asking the questions in a praiseworthy manner, while complimenting them on their volunteerism while other regular Israelis are simply going to the beach and watching soccer games. These praiseworthy volunteers are devoting their time and effort to widen the knowledge of the Hebrew reading public. I notice that this crowd will never use the word Jewish or Jew. Always using the word Israeli or Hebrew speaking… but that is a different topic.
I cannot sit in this classroom all day listening to this Bull when the true killers of Yitzhak Rabin are walking around free. As the reporter finishes talking with one wiki volunteer, I raise my voice in my American accented Hebrew and say to the reporter and all those assembled that it is difficult to look at the wiki volunteers as such good people when there is a concerted effort by the management of wiki to do its utmost to keep the various evidences of the Rabin assassination hidden from the public which leaves the killers walking around free. In fact the flyers that were handed out were stating “the killers are free” “the video of Kempler” “there is a 4th passenger in the limousine” with the web site name www.yitzhakrabin.co.il . So I start rambling on how I cannot sleep at night knowing that this is occurring… stating that the management of wiki seems to be in cahoots with the killers.. and such and such. Finally stating that I cannot spend all day with you guys when it is so beautiful outside…. At that point, the leader of the group starting applauding …. Within seconds many of the other people there starting clapping as well….. ..(There was no violence.. no fear of violence.). I am just stating loud and clear that there are those in the room who are working in cahoots with the killers of Yitzhak Rabin… that seemed to not bother any one in the room so much… At a certain point I just say good bye to those in the room and make my way to the door. Saying good bye to the entire room
I am sort of starting to feel that this may not such an easy task, which is what Barry Chamish, Natan Geffen and every has been saying from the first moment. These people are united … they don’t want to hear anything…. These intelligent wikipedia editors are really not even curious. At least the religious, right wingers were curious. These secular standard bearers of the Israel establishment apparently are really good at receiving orders. They just do what they are told just like those on the other side of the ideological spectrum. The leader said that the subject is not interesting, that the Kempler video can not be linked to for legal reasons. That is enough for these robotic followers.

So I just end the state sponsored anti-Semitism and continue on with life. Spam was the next way to spread the message. My web guy, Avraham, found a professional spammer online who was based in Jerusalem and this guy agreed to spam every email address in the country for 5,000 shekels. This is money that I willingly paid with the hope that it would keep me alive, publicize the web sites, and prevent me from having to move to a different country. We came up with a cute letter, in which Yitzhak Rabin is encouraging people to enter his web site www.yitzhakrabin.co.il to know the truth about his assassination and pleading with the public to his real killers to justice.
After a few weeks of spamming hundreds of thousands of people finally NRG.co.il (which is the Maariv Newspaper’s web site) wrote a nice story about how Yitzhak Rabin is sending out spam. The writer of the article, Ido Kinan, based on my conversation with him knew exactly that he was doing and Ido has played a small part in breaking the cover-up.

The one site that did advertise the site was www.rotter.net and the site with the somewhat provocative banner that had a picture of Yigal and stated “I did not kill him” was blasted on the banner advertisement. Thousands of people a day were entering the web site, I was getting lots of mail and about half the mail was hate mail.
On May 25, I got an email from Ynet.co.il news site. Ynet is the biggest news web site in Israel. I called the reporter for a few minutes and told her that she probably wants to talk to Barry Chamish who wrote the book Who assassinationed Yitzhak Rabin. Barry called me back after a few minutes stating that the reporter wanted to continue the conversation with me. I eventually talked to the reporter and the writer wrote a nice piece that had me quoted as saying "It's anti-Semitic: they looked for a scapegoat with a kippa (a religious Jew). It couldn't happen in America, France or Germany today.” When I spoke with the reporter I said that my name was David Cohen and that I was with a group of Americans who were pushing forward this campaign to free Yigal Amir from jail.
Apparently the advertising on Rotter.net got the attention of Israeli’s biggest news web site and it seems like the Israel media would report the news if I gave them a good enough reason to do so. The media reported on the web site existing and that the web owners (me) was attempting to free Yigal Amir from prison. The content of the web site (the overwhelming evidence that the official government version is a lie) was not mentioned in the article. As well, there was not a direct link to the site from the article. The article was translated to Ynet’s English web site and on the English web site there was a direct link. Go figure.
I am thinking that this is easy. If Ynet writes a semi flattering article on your web site, it is just a matter of time that every other web site will do the same and this web site will be all over the print editions of the major newspapers and even the TV news. The content of the web site is so explosive that it does not take a lot of news stories to create a national then international media boom.

Exposing the Rabin assassination Fraud May Not Be So Easy After All chapter 3
My thinking was that there must be a core group of politically astute people out there somewhere that realizes the political implications of exposing the truth in the Rabin case.
This core group may not encompass three or four hundred people but certainly ten, twenty or thirty concerned citizens.
The national mood in the summer of 2005, was somewhat gloomy. There are security guards everywhere. Checking bags before one enters a bus, mall, restaurant, etc. The citizens did not know if the country was at the tail end of the Palestinian suicide bombing campaign or we were just in a lull before the big storm. No one knew. But we were hearing on the news that the Shabak was stopping suicide bombers from getting to their targets on a regular basis. This Shabak is like Superman and Batman all rolled into one. Just before civilians are about to get blown up the Shabak is constantly saving us. This is happening dozens of times on a weekly basis. The implication is that the citizenry should be really thankful that the Israel Defense establishment is doing such a good job.

I suppose this constant bombardment of news has made the Israeli people sort of “robot like” in not wanting to upset the apple cart. The general feeling is “don’t make waves because our situation in the Middle East is a bit precararious, so at least let the professionals handle the big issues.”
On the other hand, the anti-giving the Palestinians Gush Katif and the Northern Shomron were spending hundreds of thousands of dollars (maybe even millions) to sway public opinion and reverse the decision of the current government concerning the expulsion.
I am sort of a news junkie and the arguments from the podium of the Knesset were interesting and persuasive from both sides. For me the most persuasive argument is that
“it is not good to give strategic assets to people who are in the middle of a declared war against you.” That is a somewhat persuasive argument no matter which conflict you are dealing with.
The pro-expulsion forces had a persuasive argument that they too were doing their best for the future best welfare of the citizenry of Israel. I am not going to go into detail into the specific argument that was pro – expulsion but I am sure that this argument made logical sense to many informed and concerned Israeli citizens.
The question arises – Who is correct which in essence is who can you trust? This would be the key issue and would be the deciding factor on this issue and any future issue that is of Israeli national interest.
What I did realize was that the expulsion and gifts to the Palestinian Authority was the major policy goal of the current government and their partners in the three daily newspapers and the electronic media. The “establishment” did want to take any chance to endanger “the expulsion” and they realized the explosiveness of www.YigalAmir.com.
In essence, I also realized that this web site and the well laid out evidence that was presented online should have been enough to cause a media ruckus and would have paralyzed the Israeli government from making any radical decisions. The end result would have been that the trust factor that the Israeli public gave the current government to make a good decision would have been minimized. Gush Katif potentially would have been saved.

So my work was not so hard. All I had to do was to contact the various concerned citizens, politicians, activists, etc. who were aware of the bad stuff that they expected to happen if the Gush Katif expulsion occurred. There were actually people who were doing stuff during the spring and summer of 2005 to prevent the Gush Katif expulsion and according to their words the worsening of the situation of the Jewish people in the land of Israel. There were doomsday scenerios that were described in speeches by Ariyah Eldad, Moshe Feiglan, Michael Ratzon, Effie Eitam, Baruch Marzel, Nadia Matar, etc. Just contact one of these people and this person or group would use me and my web site to prevent a future tragedy from befalling the Jewish People.

I just returned to the State of Israel less than a year previous and am about to become a hero to the Jewish people in biblical proportions. How cool, if the words that Effie Eitam declaring to the Knesset floor are believed by Effie then certainly Effie would want to use me to stop the expulsion. That is a no brainer, of course Effie believes what he is saying and wants to prevent the Jews of Gush Katif from getting expelled.
I also realized that the rift the controversy that would erupt as a result of the truth of the Rabin fraud being exposed would be quite traumatic to the country. But, it is being exposed anyways, so at least use me and this issue to stop the Gush Katif expulsion.
Imagine an American Jewish guy coming back to Israel and saving the country from disaster. Imagine being famous and heroic. I always loved action movies. The movies that had Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Superman, Bruce Willis as the hero that would save the country were really cool.
For an Israeli citizen the closest thing that you can imagine is if an Israeli guy has been thinking of living in the United States his whole life and when he finally gets to American and he is actually playing the part of action hero and saves the country. The only difference is that this is not a movie and it is real. When we throw in the Jewish religion into the equation, we are then talking about biblical stuff with the prophesies occurring et al.
In essence, why is this issue available for me, what did I deserve to be able to be a hero of biblical proportions? Well, there must be a catch, this really could not be happening to me.
Folks, when every thing was said and done during the summer of 2005, it became clear that this was not happening to me. In fact, nothing was happening.
If you read the writings of Barry Chamish, Barry’s thesis was that there was a well financed plan and a group of conspirators headed by Shimon Peres who were killing people and spending money in the correct places to ensure that their plan works. Barry was the only real person writing or talking about the truth surrounding the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin so there is a chance that Barry was correct in his other theories as well.
Since, I came to Israel to invest millions of dollars and grow my business here in the holy land I certainly wanted to find out if Barry was correct. It would be real scary if Barry was correct but there was no one else giving an explanation to explain how such a badly implemented assassination was able to succeed even if a brilliant cover-up plan was implement. The implementation of the assassination was just done so poorly yet the cover-up has succeeded for almost ten years already. This was my question and I was certain to find out the answer to the question and/or become a national hero in the process.
Conversations with Regular People on the Street, Bar, etc.
Here is the technique that has been used by the “Israeli establishment” for the last 9 ½ with much success. The government regulated Media will interview various people over the years and with the show hosts included there will have millions of words broadcast over the airwaves. Let’s say that there is a religious looking Jew being interviews for a TV special about crime in the city of Tel Aviv. This Jew will state the words “Yigal Amir, the man, who shot Yitzhak Rabin” and that would be broadcast. When a secular looking Jew being interviewed about the holiday of Rosh Hashanah would state “Yigal Amir, that terrible person, who shot our beloved Prime Minister” would also be broadcast. If an interviewee on any subject would state that Yigal Amir shot Yitzhak Rabin that would be broadcast.
And of course the TV or radio show hosts would explain that the there is a rift in society in that the religious Jew states only that Yigal Amir shot Yitzhak Rabin while the secular Israeli will state that Yigal Amir, the terrible person, shot ….. And of course, a right wing activist could be guaranteed TV time if he when he called Yigal Amir a great person for killing the hated Yitzhak Rabin. So, all in all, the average Israeli has heard various media sources call Yigal Amir a killer thousands of times over the last nine and half years. There were exposes and articles about “what if” Yigal Amir did not assassination, how Yigal assassinationed, how the Amir family is proud that Yigal killed and so on. But, by absorbing the Israeli media over the last nine and a half years it was beyond any doubt that Yigal Amir killed Yitzhak Rabin. It is virtually impossible to believe that so many people could be knowingly lying over an extended number of years. So they must be telling the truth and Yigal Amir actually did assassination Yitzhak Rabin.
“Stating that Yigal Amir did not assassinate Yitzhak Rabin is like stating the Holocaust did not occur.” When you hear statements like this from intelligent, normal, informed people the feeling is that I am a genius or every one else is really stupid.
But the real answer is that there was a government plan to prevent the common citizen from even showing an interest that there was anything unusual surrounding the official government story of how Yitzhak Rabin died.

This very heavy disinformation campaign by the government regulated media is dictating to the non government media such as newspapers and magazines know the limits of what they can report. If a regular newspaper decides to write stories on the truth of the Rabin assassination, firstly, there would be the fear of the editor and owner getting killed just like Yitzhak Rabin. I heard many times “If the can kill the Prime Minister, then who am I.” Secondly, the owner of the magazine is in business to make money. Does the owner really want to mess with the state of Israel? The State of Israel is in the midst of a campaign to convince the public that stating that “Yigal Amir did not assassination Yitzhak Rabin” is like “denying the holocaust.” Israeli businesses pay very large percentage of their income in taxes and get audited frequently. Life if hard enough without the government either killing you or putting you in jail for tax evasion. And would it really help the newspaper to be known as the media source that is writing articles to expose the fraud of the Rabin assassination. The newspaper to survive has to collect money from advertisers. Sure it would help readership in the long term if your newspaper successfully exposes the truth in the Rabin fraud. But will your newspaper have any advertisers left, will you be in jail for tax evasion or will you be alive to see it. The one thing that the newspaper owner knows is that the government is using its available media resources to convince the public that doubting the official government version is akin to holocaust denial. Enough said. Let’s move on.

I can imagine the owner of a magazine stating to himself: “The Rabin stuff will get exposed eventually, why do I have to get involved, plus there are a lot of questions and I really have not seen anything in years that would give doubt to the official version. I remember stuff that gave suspicion years ago, but not recently, please pass the sugar for my coffee.”

At a certain point in time you realize that this story is just too big to be dealing with political activists who supposedly are trying to save Gush Katif. The assassination video is online now. This thing is a real easy sale. If Baruch Marzel does not want to save Gush Katif, there must be one member of Knesset that does. Here is the plan, speak to every member of Knesset, have one MK get on the podium and start talking. The media supposedly loves controversy, and the entire worldwide media is coming to Israel, waiting for the Jews to get evicted from Gush. Great photo-ops, human interest stories, etc.
After a bit of searching on the internet I finally realized that every Knesset member's phone number is online in a nice order on one page.. It is simply possible to call every office time after time to simply tell them the evidence that is available about the assassination of their beloved great leader. This type of work was actually part of my job in Miami. Just call and call people cold, introduce yourself and explain what you are trying to do and accomplish. Keep on the potential client on the phone for while until he buys the product, or at least understands what he has agreed not to purchase.
This was my job for the last 15 years and eventually I did get pretty good at the job and genuinely felt that I was among the best at this job. I guess the reason that I was among the best at that job and that technique of selling was that it was part of my personality and I really enjoyed selling with that technique.....The technique was to talk, talk, talk,.. The client buys or knows enough about the product to tell you that he does not want the product. The skills involved are to keep the client on the phone to here about the product. In English, that was my job for 15 years, but never did it in Hebrew. But this was a great opportunity to improve my Hebrew speaking skills... and really end this whole Rabin mess once and for all.
So I woke up Sunday morning early, started going through the list at 9 am and made it like I was dialing for dollars. Here, was the sales pitch in my heavily American accented Hebrew.

"Shalom, my name David, the reason that I am calling is that, I am an American who came back to Israel last November, and when sitting in the Hilton Hotel lobby and I was watching the whole Rabin assassination commemoration week on Israeli TV. I recalled from the news nine years ago that there was a ten minute film of the actual assassination that was shown on TV and it was very famous throughout the world. I asked the guy on my right what is with the assassination video, and the guy said that he had no idea that any 10 minute assassination video existed. In fact, he was sure it did not exist.
The guy on my left told me that the 10 minute assassination video was shown one time on TV and it was very famous for about a week. After that week he has not seen it again or heard about that very famous photographer.

Of course, being an American who owns a high tech company this made me very curious so I had my workers build the web sites on the subject and I purchased the domain name yitzhakrabin.co.il and put the entire court case online. But I could never find the 10 minute assassination video.

Just last week I got the 10 minute assassination video and was shocked to discover that you can see with ease exactly why this 10 minute assassination video has been hidden from the public for the last 9 years. In addition to the assassination video on the web site you can see the Ephraim Sneh video, the current Labor party Knesset member that states that Rabin was hit by three bullets. One to the chest, one to the stomach, and the third to spinal chord. I (jokingly say) can imagine that the assassin requested from Yitzhak Rabin so he can shoot him from both the chest and the back. You can see the entire court case online."
Here is where it got interesting, if it was a left-wing politician I would talk about how much I love Yitzhak Rabin and it is terrible that by watching the videos that you know for certain that the killers are free. If it was a religious politician then it is a shame and desecration of G-d's name that the religious Jews are being blamed for a assassination as a community.
To the right wing politicians I would explain that exposing the truth about Yitzhak Rabin has a chance to stop the Gush Katif expulsion.
Of course the politicians, and the spokesman, the secretary, office manager wanted to see the video and the evidence. So I emailed every MK as well as faxed a letter to all the Knesset members.
So I would email the particular Knesset office a letter reminding them of our conversation and with link to the web site.. and such. Next day same thing, phone calling for 10 hours a day. Each conversation would literally be 10-20 minutes. Who ever picked up the phone.. I would speak with.. Then asking for the spokesman... a few MKs were in the office when I called but generally these guys were up and about and was hard to speak with them. Since each phone call was taking so much time, this was becoming a full time job. Each office usually had the one or two workers and then the spokesman was usually out of the office and I simply got his cell phone. Calling and calling till they pick up.
For the most part I did not speak with the Knesset members, but I would ask the office manager if they spoke with the MK daily,,, they usually answered affirmatively and I would give them the whole shpeel. When any normal person hears that the 10 minute Rabin assassination video is suddenly available online and it shows conclusively that the killers of Rabin are, in fact, walking around free. There is a tendency to tell your friends about it.... especially if your friend is a member of Knesset.
In addition to the phone calls I emailed and faxed the Knesset members. These Knesset members get dozens of emails every day so to be certain that the Knesset member cannot say that he did not know, I faxed the reminders of our conversations to the MKs as well. Towards the end of week, I gave a daily report of the interesting conversations with the Knesset offices and implied that there was a race to go to the podium of the Knesset to tell the nation that Kempler video is online and that Yitzhak Rabin's killers are free.
The faxes and emails were now writing of the political implications that would occur if one political party goes to the podium of the Knesset to tell the world of the Rabin assassination.
If Shas goes first, they would gain a lot of seats; in fact Shas Knesset members were most interested in the stories. I personally spoke with a few of them, and they were just eating up the details and were very happy that the details of the assassination fraud were online and easily accessible to the public. On the other hand there was the real possibility that Tomi Lapid's secular party would go to the Knesset podium just to do it before Shas does it so that Shas will not benefit politically. And
The Shas Knesset members were Sephardic religious,, the group that Yigal Amir, the supposed killer, belonged to. So these Knesset members and their families probably were not so happy that the Israeli government was almost 10 year disinformation campaign against their group.
The Shas members, one by one were really happy with the work that I was doing during the week. The Shas MKs were happy to speak with me when I called and were asking me to call back, etc. In the end I figured out that the Shas MKs were like curious bystanders and wanted to know what was going on their country.
This phone calling, faxing and emailing was a full time job for 6 days. Towards the end of the I had a lot of good friends in the Knesset..... I did not call the office of Ariel Sharon, Omri Sharon, Ehud Olmert, Shimon Peres or the Arab MKs. I figured that this was such an easy case, at least give the Jews the first opportunity to solve their problem first... Calling Ariel, Omri, Ehud or Shimon could be dangerous. So I let those people stay in the dark for the moment. The fact is that calling people on the phone in a very persuasive manner is really my profession and greatest skill. To keep people who don't really want to talk to you on the phone for 6-7 minutes is really a skill that does not exist in Israel since the phone company charges per minute on the phone. Therefore, the whole telemarketing industry and skills never developed among literally anyone in the Israeli population. As well, Israeli's who make the phone call are paying per minute on the phone while the receiving end is not paying at all..... So people are generally respectful for those who make the phone call.. since he is paying for it.
But these phone calls were real effective,, the vast majority of the Knesset member aides had no idea and people who picked up the phone had no idea that the Rabin assassination was fraud... amazing as it seems to anyone who has been following the case,, ..... These were the most educated, politically interested people in the country. and they had no idea.... when I talked, giving the 7-8 minute shpeel, they were listening... and learning.... the only question was .. was who was going to act... I talked and talked.. And talked...from Monday to Thursday/./... and then on the following Sunday.. Finally on Monday, I visited the Knesset as a guest of MK Nissim Zeev, whose assistant Ephraim Avidani,,, seemed to be my closest ally in the cause to expose the truth in the Rabin case.
Ephraim Avidani was in his 60s, a Rabbi, lived briefly in the religious Jewish community North Miami Beach, Florida and was among the few Knesset aides who was over 30 years old. Ephraim and his boss, MK Nissim Zeev were friends for years and were on the same level intellectually, So they had a lot of trust between themselves. I later found out that MK Nissim Zeev was the most prolific speaker at the Knesset podium. So the man has the intellectual wherewithal and has what to say and is not embarrassed to speak. Ephraim Avidani and Nissim Zeev have been friends for years. Of all the people in the Knesset, Ephraim Avidani was really my only friend. Ephraim sort of knew that the Rabin assassination was a government fraud... all through the years... Of course, after we spoke and he saw my web sites, videos, etc,,, it just confirmed what Ephraim felt over the years.
The younger Knesset aides were really just learning about the history of their country.. Their main concern was really that Knesset aides, as I was told were earning a bit more than minimum was... 5,000 (1,250 dollars) shekels a month.. And these people were struggling to make ends meet.. To pay their bills.. Really did not want to do anything to get themselves fired or anything drastic...The aides were highly educated, with bachelors or masters degrees in political science.... and really just wanted to not make waves and get along in life. Of course, they will talk to their boss about their conversation with me, the emails and faxes, etc...
But when the MK says that the Rabin assassination is not something that he deals with then that ends that conversation. But till I actually figured out that that the entirety of the Knesset was unanimous in that the Rabin assassination fraud should be covered up took some work.... I thought that I was in a normal country,, in which it is not really good that the killers of a beloved former leader is walking around free. Apparently, the entirety of the Knesset did not agree with me.
Then towards the end of the week you start talking about the political ramifications of the video being available online... that the whole court case being online with these catchy domain names, etc. Of course, my first conversation with the MKs was it was so terrible that when I watch the Kempler video that I realize that the true killer is free... but once the MK and his office knows that .. you realize that they could really care less.
By Thursday, after making 5 days of phone calls to the various MKS, I had enough confidence to actually phone a major player in the assassination. Ephraim Sneh, was the guy who told Israeli TV the night of the assassination that Rabin received 3 bullets, 1 to the chest , 1 to the stomach,, and a 3rd to the spinal cord…. Part of my shpeel was .. “we also have the video of Ephraim Sneh, former minister of health and a medical doctor, was on was the guy who told Israeli TV the night of the assassination that Rabin received 3 bullets, 1 to the chest , 1 to the stomach,, and a 3rd to the spinal cord, As if the assassin requested from Rabin to turn around so that he can shoot both the chest and afterwards the back.”
So during the 5th day of phone calls, I had the gumption to call the office of MK Sneh. I gave the usual shpeel, asking for the MKs #1 advisor who is usually the spokesman… I spoke to the spokesman and sort of apologized that I have this video online that shows MK Sneh saying that Rabin took a bullet to the chest and the spinal cord. The spokesman, who is the MK’s number 1 advisor , did not believe me that his boss said anything the night of the assassination on Israeli TV. The spokesman was so confident of him being correct that there was absolutely no doubt… So I emailed the dober, the web site address with a short letter..
I spoke with the dober later in the day… and the dober really had nothing to say.. he was a bit in shock… regardless, when I spoke with him again on Monday, the dober was much too busy to talk and requested that I not call back.

Most of the spokesmen and advisors really did not know what was going on and were happy that I was telling them about the history of their country.. There were exceptions, the higher level politicians, had better quality staff, who realized the political implications of this assassination cover-up … and did not want to hear anything.. The spokesman of Ofir Pines-Paz really attacked me personally as if he knew the subject already and did not want to hear a word from me. Ofir was a main ally to Shimon Peres for since before the assassination. Besides Ofir’s spokesperson, everyone was just listening and learning.
I did get an email from Dafna from Knesset TV who wanted to know how my lobbying effort with the Knesset was going… She emailed me a nice letter, asking her to contact her.
So then you have to get to how it will effect their career and financial standing.. because that is what the person that I was speaking actually cares about.... so we start talking about how this Knesset will be known as the generation of politicos that covered up the Rabin assassination. got caught,, and still continued covering it up.. of course ,, there will be one politician that does not want to be known throughout history as a criminal.. so the only question is which MK will that be.. or which political party that will be ..
My best friend in the Knesset, Ephraim Avidani, invited me to say hello and to speak to the MKs from his political party, Shas. So I show up at the Knesset, on day 7 .. on Monday afternoon, at 1 pm....Since it was Shas that invited me.. I got my big black kipah and looked all religious. Ephraim met me at the entrance to the Knesset and was all friendly and happy to see me... We walked together to the Shas party offices,, where the entire contingent of MKs were and they were all gathered there. I shook hands with Nissim Zeev, the boss of Ephraim.. and the MKs of Shas were getting ready for the Mincha prayer service... so , of course, I was going to pray with them.. Whatever it takes to succeed. Before the prayer service, Eli Yishai, the head honcho in the political party speaks for 3-4 minutes about the words of Torah,,,.. a purely religious matter,, nothing about politics,, or anything.. Like that ... Just a talk about a various point from the five books of Moses.

My impression was that these are good and pure people that are making a self sacrifice just to do g-d's work... I may be in business...... So we all prayed Mincha together.. Mincha ended and I was getting a bit nervous because I was under the impression from Ephraim Avidani that I was going to be speaking to the entire contingent of Shas MKs and that these folks wanted to know what was going on in their country's history.
Ephraim now informs me that the MKs are having their weekly meeting and that I was not invited ... Oh well...maybe this is going to be harder than I thought. Eventually, 20 minutes later, the Shas political party meeting ends. In the meantime I was chatting with the shas party secretary .. a nice 50ish woman named Leah .. Who became my friend during the week of phone calls... Leah was actually Ashkenazi religious,, and seemed fairly intelligent...so she also knew that Rabin assassination was a fraud .. And was fairly happy that I built the web sites with the videos.....
As the weekly meeting of the Shas Knesset members let out Ephraim introduced me to the spokesman.. of the Shas party, this was party leader's Eli Yishai's right hand man.. and Eli's number one advisor, here was a gentleman that I spoke with during the week and it was nice to say hello in person to an influential man in Israeli politics. We spoke briefly and the spokesman was on his way to an important meeting.. so he could only really say hello .. and had to leave.., …..
Apparently, there was a discussion if it was possible to have me speak before the Knesset Shas meeting and it was apparent that I was a persona non-grata. I actually looked at Eli Yishai and he turned his head as if I did not exist. … The same feeling happened with the remaining MKs of Shas. One of the MKs who I actually had a long conversation with before and after he checked out the web sites acted as if I did not exist when I said hello to him. … In the end Ephraim, said apparently the MKs don’t want to deal with that subject and wished me a good day.
The dream was that a Shas MK would go to the podium of the Knesset and announce to the nation that the Killers of Yitzhak Rabin are free and demand that the country’s political and media leaders stop the incitement that has been occurring against the religious Jewish community for the last decade. This apparently was not going to happen from the Shas contingent in the Knesset. But, I was the only one who knew that. It could be that the anti-religious faction named Shinuey was fearful that Shas would go to the podium; therefore they would go to the podium first. Mainly I was getting a bit tired of working on this subject and really wanted to succeed and move on. It would be nice to finish the mission once and for all and move on.
Apparently, this was not going to happen… so I had to work on plan B. Plan B was as follows. Which is what I do for my livelihood … Just speak and speak and speak, push and push… and eventually they buy if you have the correct product. My product was the truth, which would stop encitement agaist the religious jews. Which may just stop the upcoming expulsion from Gush Katif… The truth could also benefit those who really love Yitzhak Rabin …. But I was finding out that he really did not have any friends. So we had to give a reason for leftists to think that I am swell…. The truth put out by a leftist party would prevent a religious party from using the truth to gain a political advantage. Regardless, what I had could be sold and I would do my best to sell the stuff.
So I just walked around the Knesset and started knocking on doors. People were a bit surprised to see me. Obviously someone had to let me in the Knesset as a guest. I wore a name tag which indicated that I was a guest of MK Nissim Zeev. As I was walking around and meeting people I felt like a beautiful girl, since everyone was staring at my chest.
Being in the Knesset for two days was a great experience meeting and I met many of my phone friends.

I met a real nice girl in the Knesset. As I entered the offices of the Labor party in the Knesset and approached a smiling, cute 30 year and gave the whole "shpeel" of how the "Yitzhak Rabin assassination video" and the "Efraim Sneh video" prove that the killers of Yitzhak Rabin are, in fact, free. The girl just continued with her cute smile and was very sweet. I asked her to come with me dancing that night, but she said she could not go out that night. Oh well,

The next day, while walking the hall with my new friend Avi and Avi points to the 30 year cute girl and says in a loud a voice "do you know who that is?" I get a bit nervous and the girl is also a bit tense. The girl is Chava Sneh, the daughter of Efraim Sneh. Chava Sneh knows the implication of her father's TV interview. Since all the evidence is online it is just a matter of time before the whole world knows that Efraim Sneh was an accomplice in the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin. An interesting note in the story, the week previous I spoke with the spokesman of Efraim Sneh and the spokesman initially did not believe that his boss, Efraim Sneh, was interviewed on TV the night of Yitzhak Rabin's assassination.
We spoke again the next day after I emailed him the interview. The spokesman now knew that his boss was involved in the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin.

On the third day I was not permitted to enter the Knesset for "security reasons." The direct result of my eight days of work was that State Attorney General told the public that the Yitzhak Rabin assassination was not caused by incitement from the Rabbis.

David informs the entire Knesset via phone, email and fax about the Yitzhak Rabin assassination video being online. Even visiting the Knesset for two days before being thrown out. Suddenly the Attorney General, Mani Mazuz, makes the headline that Yitzhak Rabin assassination was "not caused by incitement

On a personal level, I now knew that every member of Knesset, staffer and spokesman knows that the killers of Yitzhak Rabin were free. Thirty days later Shimon Peres slandered me in the Labor political party newspaper.

So I would call back the office that I spoke with again and ask if the MK saw the evidence and such and such...and give the whole shpeel over again.. as to how I really love Yitzhak Rabin, want to prevent the religous parties from gaining politically from exposing the coverup, love Judiasm, or want to stop the Gush Katif expulsion. Eventually every office was called multiple times. They all saw the video, the web sites, etc,
To the centrist politicians I would explain the political ramifications of this video, the websites and that this story is breaking and it is a wasted effort to think that this story is not going to be international news in a very short period of time. I expounded that this generation of Knesset members would be known as the Knesset that lied to the public about the Rabin assassination and there was nothing anyone in the Knesset could do about that historical fact.
There was still talk and feelings of the leaders of the opposition that somehow the expulsion will be stopped. Maybe miraculously, who knows, there were protesters going down to Gush Katif, there were Knesset members still speaking strongly against the expulsion. So if you speak to 120 Knesset members then there must be one who really wants to stop the expulsion. And I am not kidding you, it really only takes one Knesset member to start talking with all the media here in Israel.

Being a former door to door salesman does not sound so romantic or profitable… But it was my proffesion for a few years, In my twenties, I had a steady job with an insurance company that required that I collect signatures from those on a government medical program and my job was to convince the poor people that it was in their best interest to sign up to a free insurance with a private insurance company ..instead of the government paying the bills. The reason that I kept the job for a few years is that they consistently paid me over $10,000 a month with the best month being a whopping $18,000. After a few months of work you can buy a nice apartment.. and within no time you can buy many apartments. With the real estate boom in south Florida it really worked out that I kept on buying apartments to rent out to others… But having a lot of cash coming in on a monthly basis from rentals really does not make a person complete. One always thrives on what they did well initially…. And in my case it was simply walking up to total strangers, saying hello, explaining the product and making the sale. In this case the sale was to have the real killers of Yitzhak Rabin behind bars. But this was the job that I was good at and a job that I really enjoyed. What a huge sale this would be when it actually occurs.
There is a process to make the sale occur, and we simply have to keep on pushing,, and stuff should happen. This sale just has to be in the best interest of one person.. I have to be in contact with that one person… and show him or her the true history of the state of Israel of the past 10 years… and not only do I get the satisfaction that I did my patriotic duty to the Jewish people and to g-d but this mission may actually save the country.
