In the United States the President has a state of the union speech before congress every January once a year. I am not sure what the Prime Minister does here but after not being in Israel for fifteen years I can definitely state the state of the Union has changed since 1988. Back when I was in the country between 1985-1988 it was a Israeli – Arab conflict. There was talk of a possible war with Syria. The Israelis were somewhat pleased that the Iran – Iraq was diverting the resources of potential enemies and the enemies were actually killing each other instead of aiming towards Tel Aviv. A big issue inside the country was an American born Rabbi, Rabbi Meir Kahane, being in the Knesset and causing all this commotion about him saving the country by offering a solution to what he saw as a growing demographic problem of the Jewish state of Israel. Back in the 80’s the majority of Israel Jews actually wanted a Jewish state of Israel… So, of course, any person making noise of how to preserve what they desire is going to find an audience. Rabi Kahane was banned from politics,,, and the country’s media and political establishment went into overdrive to dismiss as “radical” even the thought of Rabi Kahane offering a solution to a known political issue.
We can fast forward to 2005, the powers to be won against Rabbi Kahane. There has been an influx of a million Russian immigrants, many of them non-jews. Pork stores are flourishing in many parts of the country. Open prositution is an accepted as normal. There is a quasi Palestinian state just outside of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. There are security guards everywhere. At the entrences to shopping malls, buses, restaurants, really just everywhere. As if the borders of the country have moved to the local shopping mall. In many ways the country has gotten rich, with many individuals having above average talent in a very small world. Many of these talented people chose to live in Israel and there are pockets of wealth and prosperity throughout the country.
.. Jerusalem has gotten a religious Jew as mayor. While majority Tel Aviv residents feel more of a connection to Amsterdam than Jerusalem. The issue that Rabbi Kahane was ostracized for and banned from politics was offering his solution to what he perceived as a problem. The Arab-Israel residents have become a majority in many parts of the country such as the Galil and the Negev. And many of the remaining Jews living in the Galil or the Negev are just trying to leave the country or at least move to the secular and cosmopolitan Tel Aviv or the religiously Jewish Jerusalem. The Labor political party has open primaries which in which the winning candidate must court Israeli-Arabs to have a chance of being his party’s leader to lead the Jewish state of Israel. It is not that Arabs are evil but it is a bit ridiculous to expect the national anthem to stay Hatikvah for an extended number of years if the ruling government is ruling because Israeli-Arabs helped elect him. For those who are not aware the Israeli national anthem has the sentence “the Jewish soul that yearns for Zion and Jerusalem.” So in essence, we are talking about an ideologically founded Jewish country that is in the midst of a major culture change and battle. The ruling establishment is successfully stifling debate on the core values and decisions of the purpose of the countr
If a Jewish person lived in Israel in the mid 1980’s and comes back he knows sees the difference in the country.. and you can get a pretty good idea of what will happen in another 15-20 years. Since debate on possible solutions to the continuation or discontinuation of the state of Israel is being successfully stifled by the establishment media there is a genuine feeling in almost everyone I spoke with everywhere that “they are lying to us and they are all corrupt.”
But few that I spoke with could actually put the nail on the head of how, why, where and what they were being lied about. It was just “they are lying to us.”
There has to be a genuine curiosity by regular people to know who really murdered Yitzhak Rabin. The only people who really were not interested were those who knew already or if the salesman or “presenter” was really bad at selling or presenting. If I was not good at selling, I would try again,, eventually getting the sale or presentation right. In essence, I was a decent salesman and six days of phone calls and two days of walking the halls of the Knesset would ensure that the entire Knesset knew the true circumstances surrounding the death of Yitzhak Rabin.
But we have to say that the Israeli establishment succeeding in stifling debate on the issue that Rabbi Kahane attempted to bring to the forefront of the Israeli consciousness.
I am not saying that Rabbi Kahane is a good man or a bad man, but it is a good idea to live in a democratic and free society in which real ideas can be debated and discussed by a free and knowledgeable populace.

The Gush Katif expulsion,,,,

This whole activist thing did give somewhat of an adrenalin rush. It really helped my communication skills in Hebrew and was sort of fun. There was a need to push the buttons of people very strongly.
Barry Chamish, the one guy who was lecturing on the Rabin murder fraud, showing up at every right wing demonstration setting down a table to sell his various books, was convinced that Shimon Peres ordered the Rabin assassination and was “the godfather” behind various murders, assassinations, etc that have happened to various outspoken political figures and personalities.
From what little I know of the exact circumstances of these various people demise, there is some logic in Barry’s theory,
Two “personalities” that have a somewhat fearless reputation as well as an ability to generate publicity who were murdered in the past few years were Binyamin Kahane, Rabbi Meir Kahana’s son (the father was also assassinated under cloudy circumstances) and Minister “Gandi” Zeevi.
On December 30, 2000 Young Binyamin Kahane and his wife were murdered by a supposed Arab terrorist while traveling in his car near their house in the Shomron, West Bank. They were accompanied by their six children. The car that they were traveling in got pumped with 62 bullets, yet none of the children sitting in the back seat were injured.
In the ensueing years not one “radical right wing activist” has even attempting to expose the possibility that the Israeli government was involved in the killing of the Kahane parents or Yitzhak Rabin. Obviously, if the Shimon Peres and the Israel secret service did murder Binyomin Kahane and his wife then it was a successful operation.
The other weird murder was when the other “fearless” right wing leader Knesset member was assassinated on October 13, 2001 in a Jerusalem hotel. Apparently, there was a government coalition controversy and the Minister Zeevi demanded that the Prime Minister Ariel Sharon fire Minister Shimon Peres or else. The Prime Minister took Shimon Peres’ side and Minister Zeevi was four hours from giving a speech to the Knesset to explain why it was so important to him that Shimon Peres not be part of the Israeli government. Minister Zeevi never lived to hand in his resignation and give that speech to the Knesset.
Supposedly an Arab terrorists laid in wait and assassinated a soon to be resigned Israeli cabinet minister. I just don’t recall Arab terrorists every murdering an Israeli politician. Even stranger, the killing occurred in a Jerusalem hotel fours hours before a climactic speech. Just like the Binyomin Kahane killing, the second in command of Minister Zeevi never did make a ruckus about the weird circumstances of their leader’s demise.
I am being told over and over by countless people that I meet that I am endangering my life and that the Israeli secret service is capable of putting a bullet in my head. In fact are telling me that they expect me to “disappear.”
What I know now in the summer of 2005 is that literally no one wants to get involved. You always hear in the Israeli media about the fearless “radical right.” The two supposed most fearless leaders of the radical right were murdered and was not a fearless leader anywhere to found in the political landscape of Israel in 2005.
So to cut to the chase, I really don’t want to take any chances. The best defense of my life is actually to succeed. Otherwise, I could get killed and it would make logical sense that the killers would expect that killing me would help them in their cause, which would be covering up the true circumstances of the murder of Yitzhak Rabin. These people have succeeded in scaring an entire population from getting involved in exposing an incredibly botched murder of a former prime minister.
If something would happen to me, who would replace me. There really was no one waiting in the wings to do the stuff that I was doing. I suppose that the other side did not know this, but I did.
My first major interview with Ynet news web site, I gave the name David Cohen and said that I am part of a group of American volunteers who are working to expose the true circumstances of the death of Yitzhak Rabin. But how long would it take for the killers of Rabin to figure out that I was running a one man show, with minimal cooperation by all, even the man that I built a terrifically informative and provocative web site for, Barry Chamish.

So what is there to do after visiting the Knesset, I must think of something to keep myself busy, keep the pressure on,, and keep my self from getting killed..,.. The MK offices that I spoke to were not so concerned that the former Prime Minister was murdered and the killers free. Would any MK really care or raise his voice if I was “knocked off” tomorrow. Probably not.
When I became aware of just how passive MKs would be if I was killed it became imperative to find some friends in the media… and real fast. Obviously, the powers that be in the Israeli secret service were starting to realize just how determined I was to crack this murder cover-up completely wide open. If Barry Chamish was correct and Shimon Peres successfully had Binyamin Kahane and Minister Zeevi murder then I cannot be so far away from getting killed myself if I don’t do this uncovering the cover-up successfully.
If you only have one issue, during your short stay in Israel, the subsequent news stories about your murder would have to be about that issue that you have a limited amount of press coverage.
So I was in a somewhat frantic rush to have the media know who I am so that these stories could be written, that the potential killers would know that the article would be written…. Therefore my life would be saved. The whole Knesset visiting trip was nice, but my final conclusion after spending two days in the Knesset is that there were very small people there. I met people who if not leading the state of Israel seem to be more suitable to be selling popcorn in the movie theatre. It was really sad .. and we cannot not expect the popcorn salesman to risk his neck for anything, and these MK could be expected to comply with the wishes of the Israeli secret service.
So I had to meet and mingle with people who would not be expected to comply with the wishes and desires of the Israeli secret service, after I am dead and buried.
Let’s go meet the foreign press. In just a few short days the entire world media will be camping out in Gush Katif and writing stories, taking pictures and video of the Israeli Army kicking the Jews out of their villages. …
I had to be in Gush Katif to meet the press…. During this time I was constantly making phone calls to Baruch Marzel who I thought had the power to single handedly prevent me from getting killed, create a media boom and stop the expulsion based on using the Rabin murder fraud to shake up the system.
I was told by Barry Chamish to stay away from Marzel. Chamish never did say outright that Marzel was a government agent, but he did say that it is a waste of time to talk to him. I was not sure, if the guy is not a government agent, why would he not want to use the Rabin murder to stop the Gush Katif expulsion? You only get the answer if you talk to the person.
So Baruch and I were becoming phone friends. Baruch was seemingly always busy so he never really had much time for me, oh well. Just before the Gush Katif expulsion there were stories on the news of right wing activists sneaking into the closed military zone of Gush Katif preparing to cause turmoil.
So If I am going to go to Gush Katif and meet the press I better get my act together and get down there. Early in the morning I hop in my car, bring a few changes of clothes and start driving from Jerusalem to Gush Katif. Of course, during the car ride I call whatever friends that I may have who could possibly be interested in what I am doing..and as well.. Could indicate to me where I could meet the vast hordes of media, foreign and domestic. So I call my buddy, Baruch Marzel.
Lowe and behold Baruch is heading in the same direction with his car… and he explains to me that the media encampment would be at the Eshkol Regional council. The Regional council would be where the people who could save my life are located. I would get there one way or another. Hopefully.

I look at the handy map that I have of the country and head towards Eshkol Regional council.
The entire periphery around Gush Katif is soon to be or already a closed military zone, so I better have some luck or better yet should have been making this trip two days previous.
I approach a major intersection that is backed up for miles, because of a military road block. Those who have no reason to be in the area are requested to turn around and get the heck out of the area…You can actually see religious looking people driving in the opposite direction.. I am waiting there for a good half hour or so… time is running short… the road blocks.. and the area being is declared a closed military area is becoming more and more likely as the hours pass by. I have to get through, not to save Gush Katif .. but to save my life.
Here is the deal,, I saw one car behind me drive into the field that was adjacent and parallel to the road .. the car just disappeared into the brush….(the field was blocked by a long row of trees that separated the field from the road). I said to myself that my be the way to get to Eshkol. So I follow… and end up driving in the field for over a mile bypassing the roadblock.. Amazing.
I get back into the road and stop in the gas station amazed that I just bypassed a military roadblock via driving in the field parallel to the road. Wow.
At that stage.. I am a bit out of breath and needed something to drink.. drinking two cups of ice coffee… really excited that in a very short period of time I am going to meet the world’s media.
The people in the gas station/coffee shop were locals who were talking about how there who region is becoming a closed military zone…so that is telling me that I better get my butt moving and get to where I am supposed to go…. And fast…
I continue driving to Eshkol Media Center and just like the people in the coffee shop have told me.. Another roadblock is there. There is no way to by pass the road block… I see the soldier from afar.. There are no other cars on the road. The soldier sees me.. Luckily for me I am driving a brand new car and I just tell the soldier in my American accented English that I need to get to the Eshkol Media Center. Of course the soldier asks me for my press pass. I told the soldier with a smile that the pass must be with my team at the Media Center, I apologized… The soldier asked me what media I worked for .. and I answered the Miami Newspaper…. Since the soldier’s best friend was now in Miami working at a Falafel restaurant.. He just waived me through telling me to take the next left, wishing me a good day.
Apparently I got through the previous roadblock so I must be media….. and the soldier just wanted no problems… I felt like I was in a James Bond movie in which James was sweet talking his way through the Soviet soldiers guards using his charm and wit.
I show up at the media center of Eshkol and I feel like I just got to the promised land. Israeli’s are really polite, especially around foreign media…I could be quietly telling the entire foreign press that the top leaders of Israel have killed Yitzhak Rabin .. and no Israeli official really wants to make a big deal out of it.. As long as the Israeli beurocrat gets their paycheck.. and can somewhat convincingly tell themselves that they were not aware… …
But before I can get to work, of speaking on an individual basis to each and every one in the world contingent of the media., You have to eat. The Eshkol had a huge restaurant that was in a tent..
The food was really good… and the fans were blowing strong... it was almost like it was air-conditioned there.. Outside it was somewhat hot and steamy.
But the first thing that I did was get something to eat in the huge dining room… Everyone was so friendly, smiling away… It was a day away from the actual expulsion .. so the reporters had somewhat of a lull in the news.. and were preparing for potentially big news, violence, and the unexpected.. Who knows what is going to happen.
But the reporters, and camera crews were there .. I was actually pretty well dressed compared to everyone else…. The only written material that I had to give to the reporters was the about a quite a few hundred small ¼ page pieces of paper that stated “The Kempler Video” “The Killers are Free”
“There was a 4th Person in the Limousine”

There was work to do. Since I made it to the place that pratically the entire world media was camped out …. And I actually enjoyed speaking to people my life expectancy dramatically increased. There is one thing that that if I get killed, and a few knowledgable people know of the issue that I am raising… But it is completely different if every reporter in the country and the world knows of the issue that I am raising… Not only do the reporters know but the people most likely to kill me that all the reporters know.. Suddenly, for the bad guys the value of having me dead decreases dramatically. Horay, If I speak to enough people I may actually enjoy that retirement and pension that is supposed to happen one day.
This job of talking and walking is what my proffesion has been for the last 15 years. Just walking up to people saying hello, introducing yourself and telling a story. It was thoroughly enjoyable when I worked in the Knesset for a two days, meeting and mingling with the Knesset members and their staff……
Here we go again.. The Eshkol Regional council center and media center was spread out over a large area,….With a big restaurant,, a big outside area .. And the main building that was encompassed 50 or so computers for the media to use freely…
BBC, CNN, Aljazeerah, JPost, Haaretz, Yideoth, Japanese, Korean, Brittish, German, Korean, Russian, American….Italian, , Swedish, French,,
I cannot make too much noise.. since I have no permission to be in the media center… I am not a reporter,, have no press credentials…and am at risk of being thrown out of the place at any moment… so the technique that I use is to speak to the foreign reporters first… these reporters were interested and friendly…. We ate lunch together, drank coffee,, just had a grand time .. meeting people from all over the world…

.. I spoke to these people one by one and told that the Gush Katif expulsion was all swell as a news story but that the next big news story will be the Kempler video of the Rabin assignation that is now online .. and the fraud of the Rabin assassination getting exposed.. that shows conclusively that the killers of Yitzhak Rabin are without a doubt free… This was a 4-5 minute sales pitch .. since most of the foreign media really had little or no knowledge of the subject. These were just working people whose job was to report news…easier write about it or film it… A lot of these people were jetsetters going from one hotspot to another… with no special knowledge of what was going on in Israel.. The reporters were in the entertainment business… to fill up hours of airtime for the folks back home.. The writers were writers.. their job was not to get killed or make news.. but just to write interesting articles that would keep their readers informed.. and keep them working … I guess, by nature, reporters are not revolutionaries,, or highly ambitious people.. they are just good writers.. who can get the work done by the deadline..
This was not the Knesset were the staff members really did show a genuine interest in the history of their country and what was going on in it… The media really just wanted to pick up their paycheck and get out alive….One by one I was giving the sales pitch to various members of the media.. hitting the foreign media for the most part on the first day….
I was working till 10 o’clock at night.. meeting and mingling.. it was real exciting..
I met a real nice guy named Calev Ben-David who was the former editor of the Jerusalem Post and currently in charge of the Israel Project which was the non profit group that educated the foreign journalists and media to be pro Israeli with a slightly leftist agenda.. The Israel Project had a section set up where they were giving away free food and drink to those who were part of the foreign media contingent. Of course, I enjoyed the free stuff. Just like every one else there .. I said hello to Calev and his group that was with him. Bunch of American middle aged ladies.. and Calev was not so friendly.. just like the top aides of Knesset Members who knew all about the Rabin murder and knew exactly what they were doing.. So there was really nothing that I can do to provide information to them… But Calev was surrounded by regular people so he had to act interested a bit ….. but I had a feeling that he knew everything just by the look that he gave me .. as if he was expecting that someone like me would appear one day.. but you are a bit not happy when it happens… Regardless.. I gave the shpeel too all those in his group.. and I could see the nasty look on his face….. A good indication that a person was not so happy that I was there .. was that he asked me “how I got in the place?” of course, I answered that I am with the Media .. the Miami Herald .. I was their official reporter her in Israel…… and before the situation gets too spicy .. I would just be polite and be nice….

The Sephardic Israelis who were locals and just visiting there the regional council headquarters and media center.. Visiting their children that were working at the big restaurant and hanging out with their friends were really friendly.. many of them had a terrific feeling that the Rabin murder was a fraud and were happy that I was telling them unequivocally that what they thought for years was actually true.
Actually my new found Israeli friends who were so happy that I confirmed what they had a feeling about for years..One of the ladies there introduced me her cousin who was the head of Gali Tzahal radio,, which was the army radio.. .. Of course ,, I explained to him about the Kempler video being online… and you can see the entire court case online… The head of Gali Tzahal was really not that interested,, if I told him about free soccer tickets to the world cup, he would have been more impressed… The man was not about to have me thrown out of the media center for not beingpermitted to tell all the foreign media about the country’s biggest scandal.. but he also was about to risk his job by getting involved in uncovering the cover-up…. But he did wish me a good day.
The closest I was to being kicked out was when a blonde haired young reporter from the army spokesman’s office , after I explained to her how the video is online,, asked me if I had permission to be in the media center… Of course, I said yes,, .. .. but she called her superior officer over,, a 40 something Ashkenazi looking lady in military uniform,,, we had a brief chat .. and I told her that my press tag was in my car.. and I just need to get it .. so I walked over to the parking lot .. and came back and hung out in the dining area for the rest of the time… not venturing over to the building where all the Israeli military spokesman people were..
(This happened on the second day)The folks that were really interested was when there was a whole table of Haaretz newspaper reporters … a group of 8 or 9 late twenties, early thirties of Israel’s finest, cleanest cut and educated citizens…. The same technique was used speak to one reporter after another, saying how the Kempler video exists and it is online.. As well as the entire court case.. and you can be 100% certain that the killers of Yitzhak Rabin are free…
Haaretz newspaper has a liberal and very pro Yitzhak Rabin reputation .. so these are supposedly Yitzhak Rabin’s biggest fans…. These are the young, educated people that the propaganda ministry of the Israeli establishment was working on for almost 10 years to convince that without any doubt whatsoever that Yigal Amir, that religious Jew, killed our great leader.
One by one, I spoke with them and explained that the video which has not been seen in 9 ½ years is now online.. and it is possible to know that Rabin’s killers are free… The reporters were not so curious.. since if it was so obvious .. then their bosses know as well.. and what good would it be if they knew.. their bosses at the newspaper don’t want it publicized….But, the human being is by nature curious .. and the young reporters listened one by one…. Till, the supposed leader of the group.. a thirty something male reporter.. go a bit pissed off at me for interrupting their rest and relaxation.. just hanging out time with reporters.. ..
The male reporter asked me to stop talking and leave the table.. but of course ,, I acted like I was a bit perturbed at the situation that rabin’s killer’s were free and kept on talking … Telling the male reporter, in my American accented Hebrew, “Friend,,, It really bothers me that the Yitzhak Rabin murder video is finally online after almost 10 years , I’ve seen the video dozens of times and I can see that the killers are free.. I am not sure why you hate Yitzhak Rabin so much that you think that the people who killed him should be free… but I disagree”…..Of course, the male reporter said that I was talking BS.. but of course,, I just rebut .. the video shows everything.. and I really love Yitzhak Rabin… and I would hope that you would show respect to Yitzhak Rabin…. after a while the show gets a bit stale.. and I cannot make too much noise.. since I have no permission to be in the media center… I am not a reporter,, have no press credentials…
and am at risk of being thrown out of the place at any moment…
The technique that I usually use in selling stuff, especially if it is a female .. is simply to show in interest in her.. I met one really cute BBC Radio reporter name Anastasia.. Anastasia did the Russian language broadcasts for BBC in the Middle East,, she moved to Israel with her family as a teanager,, moved away at age 18 or so.. and ended up in London, South Africa,, and a bunch of other places… her english was good enough to be a BBC radio reporter…. And she had a brother who lived in Eilat… I got her number after a brief conversation..and she seemed to like me.
There were two really knockout 20 year olds who I chatted with and they wanted to take my picture.. It was really sweet that the picture was taken as the really pretty girl, Liron, sat on my lap.. and the other one snapped the picture… (this picture was actually in Rating Magazine, an Israeli Entertainment Weekly magazine, the following week as the article described me as the father of the Rabin conspiracy theory that spilled food all over my clothes as I was trying to prove that the Rabin murder was a conspiracy) The spilling food on my clothes was just made up.. but Liron, the writer, understood that if she makes fun of the conspiracy theory .. that she could put it in her article. Of course, I got Liron’s phone number.. and promised to take her out..
After two full days there .. I have had enough.. there were busloads of reporters going to Gush Katif,, and spending the day there.. so I actually had to catch the reporters when they were coming back from the field… but I spoke to each and everyone of the them .. when they were there…
The first night there,, I slept in my car.. I did not want to leave the regional council center,, so that I would not have to pass a roadblock getting back in… The road blocks were stricter now… as I was told,, and if I made a wrong turn.. there may be no way to get back in… ..
So I actually slept there the the second night… but I was running real low on the 1000 or so flyers that I came with ..and I was getting less handsome.. in that I had the unshaven look ,, wearing the same clothes going on the third day….. I asked around …and I was told that it was pretty much the same people who I spoke with already who would be there the next day as well… .. time to go home…
Mission attempted, mission accomplished.. My life is a bit safer after a mixing and mingling with the world’s media.
But I really wanted a front page story somewhere that would feature my name.. and such.. so I would be immune to showing up dead one day…

Driving back to Jerusalem, going through Sderot,, .. eating breakfast there… Just friendly type of mentality in the center of town.smoking cigarettes and drinking the muddy Turkish coffee. In the heat of the summer.. people really don’t have energy to do anything non – conformist.. and it seems that the powers to be could get away with anything….. You can imagine the powers to be in Israel taking the tour of Sderot and realizing that they can get away with literally murder.. These people, basically separdic semi religious jews,,, are really not going out of their way to protest anything…Give them a cigarette and Turkish coffee and everything will be ok.
During the conversation with my new friend Anastasia from the BBC Radio .. she told me that she was traveling the whole country .. via busses.. taxis.. and sometimes her boss gave her the company car… .Since I was a reasonable friendly guy…..I offered to take her in my brand new car.. when she needed to get someplace…
So I speak to Anastatia on the phone .. and she tells me that she needs to get to Chomesh, the place in northern Samaria that is the last place that is getting expelled by the IDF… Anastatia comes to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv where she is living .. and she comes to my house.. knocking on my door and soon thereafter we rush up to Northern Shomron.. she tells me that with her BBC press card we can get anywhere.. right in to the soon to be evacuated town.. We head there .. hearing on the radio.. that there is a bit of protests and scuffling with the IDF.. We pass one IDF roadblock….. and are real close to the town.. it is towards the end .. that the protests are basically over.. but Anastia still has to conduct interviews .. to supply her few minutes on the radio.. and take some pictures to put on the BBC world report website… ……… We are stuck at the roadblock.. I just acting as the driver… The IDF bigwigs are not so excited about letter her through.. After she was speaking on the cellphone.. with the people in charge.. still nothing happening.. eventually I take the cell phone.. speak in my accented Hebrew.. .. and finally we get permission to drive right up to the last Jewish bastion in the Northern Shomron,,, Chomesh….
We get up there… through a winding mountain… and it was stunningly beautiful.. sort of like an artists colony.. I never stepped foot in Gush Katif during the shenanigans there.. but this was really cool… We were sort of late to all the action.. The former residents and protesters were in the busses already.. being shipped down to the bottom of the mountain… as we were driving up.. the mountain…. When we got into the small town..or more specifically .. “gated community” , ,, there were a few busses packed … with Jews ,,, wearing their traditional Orange attire… ready to be shipped down the mountain… There were thousands of soldiers there.. The soldiers were smiling and happy.. every soldier that I saw looked secular… this was a scene right out of a movie.. I guess that is why it was so interesting to the world’s media… no violence happened.. but since I sort of knew the history of the country.. I sort of knew that it would be peaceful…. And it was..
As I was walking around the gated community… I noticed that there was a religious Jewish little kid playing on the street.. as if nothing unnatural was happening… .. I asked the nearby soldier who that kid was and the soldier explained that a family member was killed by a terrorist years ago.. so the government was giving them an extra night to sleep at their soon to be bulldozed home…
Anastatia .. who was interviewing soldiers.. was well behind me .. and I walked over to her to tell her that we probably have an interesting story…after she finishes the interview .. we elegantly walk over to that one last, lone family that will be spending the extra night in Chomish..
The family was sort of speechless, not so much to say… they were doing there regular stuff. Anastasia told me that she knew that the Israeli government
So, in essence, we have the Sephardic who are somewhat passive,, and really don’t want to get too much involved in anything… We have the Ashekanazi secular Jews who really don’t know.. and if they did know .. they eventually come to the conclusion that is better if they don’t know.. and should not know.. and leave it to the state of Israel leaders to make the good decision..
And we have the Ashkenazi religious who when they get religious ,, get really religious and really have no time to get involved in anything… I guess the same could be said for the Sephardic religious …. In any case ,, the religious Jews leave it up the rabbis to tell them what to do…In the the Sephardic religious world.. the two big Rabbis is Rabbi Ovadia Yosef,, the spiritual head of the Shas political party… A lead investigator ,, over the years,, Yaacov Werker, who is a CPA who lives in Ramat Gan,, has told me that Rabbi Yosef years ago, actually did his own mini investigation.. and found out that the maker of the assassination video, Roni Kempler, is to this day collecting a paycheck from the Israeli department of Defense. This investigation must have been done years ago.. because today.. you just click a few times on the internet and the whole court case pops up.. But this was not true years ago.. and various people did their own investigations .. found out what happened.. kept their mouths shut,, or made their own deals, blackmails .. with the powers that be.
The second influential figure in the Sephardic religious world,, is Rabbi Amnon Yitzhak … I called his office on the telephone dozens of times during these weeks… speaking to the various people in his organization.. and that was that …Apparently, Rabbi Amnon Yitzhak has stated publically that the Rabin murder is not what it seems.. but Rabbi Yitzhak has a well oiled organization that could publicize anything that he wanted to publicize.. Apparently, he decided to let this issue ..be handled by someone else.
And of course, the Ashkenazi National Religious groups are represented by the Mafdal political party and their big issue was the settlements and they just lost Gush Katif, refusing to use Rabin murder to save their towns.. obviously,, these people and/or Rabbis don’t want to rock the boat.
So, In essence, I am running a one man operation to save my life.. at this point in time.. I already got exposed and have the reputation as a terrifically .. aggressive salesguy.. who seems to enjoy speaking to politicians and such about this issue.. The powers that be I am sure got the feeling .. that it would be a difficult case to just convince me to leave the subject…In fact, no one has approached me.. ever.. which is really not surprising.. since it was not hard to figure by speaking to me for even a brief period …. That I was not going to leave the subject…. Even for a very large amount of cash.. or a serious personal threat…well.. at least that is what I say now.. when everything is said and done…
Walking around the city with a sign on me
When I get back to Jerusalem,,,,,there is a feeling that I have accomplished quite a bit .. but there are no pictures of me easily accessible to the media
If something did happen to me, at least I should have photographs of myself online so that my picture can be in the newspaper. Many times, no picture no story…. And if you have a real good picture then you have a real good story.
So it was real important to provide the media really interesting pictures of me in case I get killed..
Generally, The murder of an American Jew pushing the evidence that the “real killers of Yitzhak Rabin are free” would be news. The press would be looking around for a picture of me which would probably appear on newspapers throughout the world, even in Israel.
The foreign and domestic media’s cooperation with the killers’ of Yitzhak Rabin is not 100%. If there is a good story many times the story will be run. I supposed me getting killed would be a decent story. So, I really wanted to prevent anyone from even thinking about killing me…so I had to do stuff that would keep me alive. I just saw apathy everywhere…. For the politicians,.. it is not there job to be involved…. For the right wing activists.. I have no comment…. Really don’t know what to think… for the foreign journalists.. it is a nice story.. but they are just collecting a paying .. and don’t want to piss anybody off…. They do have a nice job to travel around the world.. or in the case of an Israeli based foreign journalist…. You know about the story for years.. now you know in a more certain manner..but do you really want to lose your media credentials and/or get killed … The IDF is targeting killing Arab/Palestinians for years.. and does it well…. Obviouosly,, killing a journalists with a fake car accident or suicide is not a big deal…. In fact the number one anglo/Israeli weriter for years is Barry Chamish.. most of the old time foreign journalists know him and even subscribe to his writings …. Barry calls every suicide or accident of well known Israelis a hit by Shimon Peres and and his hit squad… May be Barry is correct… If Barry was correct in his writings that they are killing people,, then it is not a good way to go about catching the killers and breaking the media cover-up… since the media is afraid to write the story…
Regardless,, no one is writing the story in the newspapers, magazines, or even the internet… This is really weird and really risky… Some things , by nature, should get media coverage… The assassination video of a former prime minister reappearing on the internet after 9 ½ years should be a major story… and it is not…Not even the supposed right wing, nationalistic A7 is writing a peep about the video… In fact, I wanted to purchase an ad on their Hebrew site.. and they would not accept the ad. This is scary..
With that logic…. American who brought the Rabin videos and evidence to the internet with catchy domains found dead .. should be news.. but who knows?.. probably not…. Oh well there is more work to do.
After I got the whole world media to know that I exist by meeting many media members face to face.,,, This was also a story that should be news.. the video of the assassination of the prime minister… being available online.. At this point I realize that many of the media simply do not know of the huge amounts of evidence that exists that shows the Rabin murder fraud…including all the videos being online……. …. So I get the idea of contacting Barry Chamish and ask him if he knows the phone numbers of the foreign media …. Barry says that he does not but he tell that Ariyeh Gallen of Jerusalem does… so I email Ariyeh and he emails the foreign press directory … that was not so difficult…,.. I check the email… print the names.. and every foreign press person in the country is listed on 15 sheets of paper… their cell phones, home phones… a few hundred names in all…
Just like the Knesset .. but this time it was in English…. Just dialing one name after another…
I spoke to them all,,, most of them did not know.. There were really no exceptions.. but many of the veteran reporters.. sort of knew.. But sort of forgot about it over the years… .,.. There were American reporters, French reporters,, Brittish… Major Television broadcast Networks…
I explained and explained.. and explained some more.. by the end of the week they all knew..
These were real nice people,, I was sort of hoping for an interview to appear in a major newspaper somewhere as a result of these phone calls.. My best friend from these calls was Bruno from ABC TV news, a major American TV network… In the end he tells me that it is good that he knows.. but the Rabin murder really was not for his network since it was a local story…
Again, these reporters are not there to make news.. they are just there to do light entertainment.. for there readers.. and most importantly they need to get paid and not get killed…
A week of phone calls again and no concrete results… this is driving me a bit batty…but I am still alive so it must be a good week.
Since I put the ad in Rotter.net forum web site there is one gentleman that is a volunteer editor of the site named Pilovitch Shachaf, who is putting as headlines every news article that has anything to do with Yitzhak Rabin assassination… When there is not news.. he is recycling… stuff that was headlines in the past to generate interest in the story… Such as the various past headlines that have been made… Even though we had somewhat of a spat initially, because I put a link to his private site.. and he demanded that I remove the link.. and I got all bent out of shape…refusing to take down the link so Pilovitch took down his site…Eventually stuff got resolved.. and stuff was cool.
Regardless of that mini quarrel. Pilovitch made a headline on Rotter.net out of the Ynet.co.il news story that I made and every other story that came up. Such as the Amir family’s web site www.yigalamir.co.il
Pilovitch made that a headline as well .. and he would give his comments to explain as to why they put up the web site, etc….. I actually thought that Pilovitch was some sort of super detective that figures out stuff that a normal person does not notice.. but in essence .. it is not hard to figure out...
I started noticing that Pilovitch is really looking to make headlines on Rotter.net and he just needs the material to put on the front page….. that is where I come in.. I can create news… and supply Pilovitch with the headlines that he wants…Just like other media outlets don’t want news on the Rabin murder.. Pilovitch wants news.. and cannot get enough of it…
I really don’t know how to write Hebrew so well to make my own headlines on this forum web site but .. can read fluently and I do notice that Pilovitch also wants to end this case… There is a common feeling among any person who know about the Rabin murder, simpathises with the religious Jewish community,, and has somewhat aggressive personality… After a while you just want to finish with this case and move on with life.. Apparently, Pilovitch saw me moving into the picture as an opportunity to finish with the whole Rabin murder stuff…and was encouraging me to do stuff, via the emails that were sent back and forth. I never spoke with him on the phone… asking to speak to him.. and such.. in fact my phone number’s were all over the internet.. but very few people were calling …some email letters of encouragement… initially I got many hate mail.. but as the videos came online. And the site started being even more professional and stuff.. the hate mail stopped……… To be honest,,Just like Pilovitch .. you get a little tired of this subject.. and really want to do stuff to make it end…..so it was not just to save my life,, you want the issue to get solved….. and just move on with life….
The Genleman, Israel Cohen of Efrat, who printed up the stickers that stated .. “Yigal Amir did not murder him” told me that full body signs that you simply wear may be something that could gather a bit of publicity. You never know.. maybe that will work….
I telemarketted and visited the Knesset, telemarketed the foreign journalists and Israeli journalists who wrote about the Rabin murder, right wing activists, .. and there was a complete agreement among all that “it is really not their business” and this issue should be left to someone else.
So what can I do, I did spam .. that caused thousands of people to go into the website and more importantly caused Maariv newspaper’s website to write a story on me sending spam…That particular article actually exposed my name.. and address so at that point I said, what the heck.. I must start publicizing my name as much as possible…came out with catchy domain names to get the country’s biggest news web site to write a story…. .. Got the video of the murder,, nothing is making news….
Perhaps the best way to get your name and issue publicized is simply to walk around with a sign in the center of town stating your grievance.. This summer there was an American woman who was making all sorts of news protesting George Bush and the American involvement in Iraq simply by doing crazy, courageous, low tech stunts to show how she feels.. the woman was getting tons of attention.. With the Rabin murder, with me being a decent looking guy… I should be able to generate a bit of publicity …. To actually end this thing once and for all…
… The center of Jerusalem is a beautiful area with a large pedestrian mall.. The biggest pedestrian mall in the country.. In fact, practically the entire center of town is blocked off from cars… just thousands of people walking around enjoying the beautiful late summer weather…
With Israel Cohen’s idea… maybe this will be the camel that brakes the camel’s back… Just walking around the center of town and possibly the country .. talking with people.. in Hebrew… I speak Hebrew …. But not perfect.. how else can I speak Hebrew and improve my communication skills…. If I don’t speak.. I am not about to go to work, collecting a salary in an Israeli office for 40 sheckels an hours.. since I would not get hired by an Hebrew speaking company any ways .. that really was not an option.. so this may be my last real opportunity to speak the language.. on a full time basis.. .. plus I really like being the expert on something…. That is cool… once in a while people think that you are wrong … in your opinion on a certain issue.. but I know the case, so of course, I am correct.. in my opinions,, because I am not giving my opinion.. just stating the obvious as an expert… who spent the few hours looking over the various evidences…. Hey, that is a good idea… Just wear a sign that states, “The Killers are Free” “The Kempler Video” “There is a 4th Person in the Limousine” “www.YitzhakRabin.co.il” It is good exercise, You get to meet a lot of nice people who will approach me .. to say hello.. you get to talk Hebrew…. And you get to maybe get your picture all over the worlds press…. My chance of me getting killed goes down dramatically.. since their will be decent pictures of me online.. that newspapers would certainly use if I show up dead… since the picture will have me wearing a sign stating that the killers of Yitzhak Rabin are free.. and the Kempler video.. .. suddenly the Kempler video would get a burst of attention…. This cracks the whole case…

So I start looking to get the sign …. I thought that there would be a problem getting the sign make to make the sign….. but the first one that I went to .. said no problem… He gladly accepted my 150 shekels and made to large signs.. on for the front of me and one to wear on my back….
I printed up a few thousand more flyers.. waited a few hours till the signs were ready.,, got some rope to tie the signs together and we were in business…
Just walk around and say hello to all the neighbors, business owners and tourists…..It really was a riot, really funny.. when a decent looking guy in his thirties walks around with two sandwitch signs .. that declare that “the killers are free” of course you are going to get attention… I never heard the words “what’s that” so much in my life… people really did not know what the “Kempler video” or what the heck the sign meant by “there is a 4th passenger in the limousine” so they ask ….

There were so many people coming up to me ….. That I really just had to give out the flyers.. and state the video of the Rabin murder is online .. And you can see that the whole thing is fraud… It was amazing that most of the middle aged Sephardic people who really happy that I was doing this stunt.. they sort of knew already…. While the younger people really were curious.. If you tell a 20 year old that the Rabin murder video is online .. The video that has not been shown on Israeli TV for over 9 years.. A normal person wants to see it… but the younger people thought it was “a trip” that I was walking around town with that sign…. And that was about it.. I did collect a whole bunch of people who said that they wanted to volunteer to do the same… to really make commotion with a group of people walking around with the sign….. I took their numbers.. and told them that I will have to order more signs and we’ll be in business… … .. the key at this point had to be the 10th anniversary of the murder which is coming up in just in the near future…. Many of the people knew what was going on.. after they saw the various web sites.. and especially the Sephardic religious yeshivah kids.. they got really pissed off and wanted to get involved… ..the kids were not so excited to walk around with a sign in their own city on a regular bases…. These people were taught and told throughout their life that the Israel secret service regularly kills people that upset the secret service…. So on a regular basis is a bit dangerous.. they say … “David, if they kill me who will know…. You web sites are highlighting you .. so you are protected… but what about me.”
I sort of agreed.. I wish that I could guarantee these ambitious and well meaning kids that they would not get killed .. but I could not… Of course, some of the volunteers would have gladly walked around if I paid them… but there were still no volunteers forking over money.. as a donation… nothing was coming in.. even though I was spending money and time on this..
If I had other people doing the whole sign thing.. that would take away from me getting publicity.. and such.. but if the person.. had fire in their belly… and wanted to volunteer,, that would be great…. Whatever I was doing as one person.. was having an influence.. it there was 2 people that would be twice as good… … and of course,, a big mistake of many former leaders.. who have suddenly died is that they did not have courageous assistants to replace them…. If I paid someone to walk around with a sign .. that means that they really need the cash.. and would stop when there is no more cash.. .. Which does not portend good for my future longevity
But hopefully,,, by walking around with a sign in the middle of Jerusalem .. You are going to attract the courageous people who care about Yitzhak Rabin or about the future of the country…. After speaking to enough people.. I already gave up on those who really liked Yitzhak Rabin.. the leaders who replaced Rabin are stating over and over .. in no unequivocal terms… that Yigal Shot Yitzhak … obviously,, the leftist leaders know better what is best for the country and the “peace movement” so even if they are lieing and know that they are lying.. why get involved… the leftist leaders know what they are doing….. So at a certain point you realize that Yitzhak Rabin has no friends….

I remember my next door neighbor in North Miami Beach, Florida who was a Rabbi,, pulling me out the local funeral parlor and having me volunteer to help in the “ritual purification” of a recently deceased man…. My next door neighbor described that by me volunteering that I was performing a tremendous good deed.. because the deceased man obviously could not thank me…. I went to the funeral parlor to do that volunteer work only one time.. not being able to stop myself from puking…. From the site, and smell of a dead body…
But it is amazing that Yitzhak Rabin has absolutely no friends in the state of Israel after he has died.. Anybody who sees the various evidences of the murder realizes that Yitzhak has been used to implement a systemic, nationwide campaign to slander and sully religious Jews for the last 10 years…. You know that the truth is coming out… And it is in Yitzhak’s best interest that the systemic incitement against religious Jews stops at year 10 versus continuing any longer…
Would any normal person wants to be used to cause religious Jews to be incited against for 10 years? Hey, if it happened.. ok,, but let’s stop it now. Just for the sake of the soul of Yitzhak Rabin…. Here is a guy who devoted his life… to public service… for the citizens of the state of Israel… did he really want to be used for after his death.. To incite against religious Jews…?
But on the leftist,, peace camp,, there are no takers.. .not one person is willing to get involved… really sad.. but that is what happened.. the most common response.. after they find out what happened.. is “it was a long time ago,, it is better to leave it alone” in fact,, the blond haired, blue eyed .. irreligious Hebrew speakers.. at first get pissed off.. that I am doubting the official Israel version of the murder.. and then when they figure out what happened.. simply state,, “it does not matter .. it was a long time ago”.. and they want me to leave the subject.. Just the fact that I was standing there in the middle of the city…. With the sign.. and talking about the video … that has disappeared from the TV for almost 10 years.. makes it obvious that I know the truth about happened… One gentleman after he heard my 2 minute shpeel.. was at least honest…
He said that he is taking a plane to South America the next week,, and if what I am saying is true.. he is not coming back… he had enough with living a lie.. This was an intelligent guy.. Imagine your government systematically lying to you for 10 years… pretty darn sick.
I was still waiting for a phone call from the powers that be in this country to say hey David, let’s make a deal.. the whole walking around the street with a sign really was a good move.. and put this over the top..
During this time I was in contact with Pilovitch Shachaf from Rotter.net and I took digital pictures of myself and posted the photos on my site as well as the on the rotter.net web site …. The headline was David Rutstein walking around Jerusalem with sign … and thousands of people would enter the article on the site and make comments, etc. David in Center of town.. David was in the Market,, David in Tel Aviv,, David at Kikar Rabin.. These were all headlines on the rotter site.. and thousands of Israeli saw this in a major web site as a regular news story….amazing ..
So I order more signs… and for a few weeks and I am just standing around the center of town and passing out flyers.. It just so happens that my work starts at 4 in the afternoon… so if any of you are wondering how in the world I have time for any of this activity… I have an apartment in the center of Jerusalem.. and am not really into cooking or watching TV. The TV stuff is all in Hebrew and I really don’t find the jokes so funny on the comedy shows…. As well, the news, I don’t find so interesting since I know that they people who run the news departments are pathological lyers whose job it is to lie to the public… So what is there really to do at home.. might as well go to breakfast at a restaurant in the center of town.. and just enjoy the nice weather as throngs of people smile at you .. and say that they are proud of what I am doing…
Of course, not everyone one was happy… and that just made it a bit more exciting… You can’t walk around all day and everyone is happy with you .. that can be boring.. There were people in the center of town who were passing out literature about saving the environment and collecting signatures to get permission for automatic donations from the bank account. I noticed that what I was doing was much more popular and welcomed than what they were doing .. So I was actually looking into making this a business… I guess I could have put up more web sites about various other scandals and crimes that were perpetrated by the Israeli establishment… But of course, it is important to get other people involved before I get more involved ..If no other people get involved… at a certain point you say enough is enough. But people were really friendly and nice.. it is just too bad that that these nice people were too afraid, or too poor to actually feel that they can make any difference. It could have been that they had other stuff going on in their life and just did not care so much….
Oh well, time goes one.. Just walking around the center of town during the day.. collecting the names of volunteers and passing out flyers… it was a real trip.. and fun.. during this time.. even though it was after the gush Katif expulsion I actually met Baruch Marzel in his office and went over the evidences that are online as well as the video…. But the determining evidence was that the web site that Baruch had on when I walked in his office was rotter.net …. So it was sort of obvious that Baruch knew what I knew and was sort of playing dumb in that he said that he was not sure about the Rabin murder… With me acting as his teacher and explaining the various evidences.. I could understand how Baruch thought that could get away with playing dumb.. Maybe the guy was really a genious but I was explaining the various evidences, including the videos one by one… Baruch was trying act like it was the first time he has seen this stuff, but that is not really possible if he had rotter.net as the internet site that his computer was on when I walked in his office… I really was hoping that the guy would just be honest with me and tell me what he was up to.. What is really driving him? Why is this guy hanging out with little kids in Gush Katif instead of going to work? Apparently, this office on King George Street was his office of his organization and his work…. I could certainly agree that there was a guy devoting his waking hours for the betterment of the Jewish people in Israel… but what was the purpose of this guy causing all the commotion in Gush Katif if he really was not interested in winning the battle and saving the Gush.

Readers should know that a writer such as myself has to be very careful not to insult or slander any body in any manner…. Even if Baruch Marzel is not a Israeli government employee, agent, etc. whose job is too make the nationalistic, religious Jews look ridiculous.. There are people who want to make this group look bad and having Baruch Marzel as the supposed leader certainly does not make the nationalistic, religious Jews look good. So it would not be out of the ordinary, to have Mr. Marzel being offered a free lawyer, Israeli media coverage etc, and other goodies if he plays ball with those of opposite interests of the nationalistic, religious Jews … and that stuff may involve suing me for slander. So to cut to the chase, I really don’t know who is a government agent, I don’t know for sure the reason that a certain individual does or does not do certain things. What I do know is that in the state of Israel, you will get sued at the drop of a hat, if you write or say anything negative about another human being. A rational person, who supposedly wants the betterment of the Jewish people in the state of Israel, will not sue me…But till now,, the policy of the interested parties is simply to ignore me.. So there was really no one who had an interest to sue me for anything.. the bad guys could would not sue me directly,, and the bad guys could not convince the supposedly right wing activist Jews to do their work for them ,, these supposed right wing activists are not that dumb…….. … But I’ll see what happens after this book is published.
But in the meantime, I am just doing my thing. Going to work at five or six in the evening..
walking around during the day with a sign.. passing out flyers.. Speaking Hebrew to all my Jerusalem neighbors… meeting people that I would never talk to otherwise except because of this issue… .. At this point a lot of people are going into the web site on a daily basis…. Especially from google adwords… I did it that whenever the clicker clicks practically any politicians name that the Kempler video and the article that I wrote on it would pop up… at the top…. Of course, when the ad states that it is possible to see the 10 minute Rabin assassination video that has not been see over 10 years… in a well worded manner… this would cause a lot of people to see the material… an this is what is happening.. Between me walking around town with a sign, doing junk mail., rotter ads. and Google ads.. this thing really should be over relatively soon…
If only there was a group of people who cared who would gather around me ..and my plan.. that would put it over the top… For how long can I possibly be the only person who cares… cares about Yitzhak Rabin, cares about just being honest,, and the future of a small middle eastern nation that encompasses a lot of Jews. Hey, there is one thing to advertise on Rotter.net, google ads, junk mail., meeting activists, politicians, . but actually getting on the street wearing a sign in Jerusalem… that should cause the activists to come forward.. If they actually exist. Well, we’ll see soon enough… someone has to come forward..

As I am walking around, mingling and meeting…. Meeting a lot of nice people.. The one’s that seemed to like me the best were the Sephardic, religious Israelis…. These were people that many of their father’s told them from the beginning that everything was lies… But they were told a few times by those who were older than them .. but the state of Israel and all of their outlets, newspaper, radio, TV, education, etc.. has told them thousands of times the opposite.. But they do remember what the adults told them initially…. At least they remember that…
Just imagine that you are in their shoes… They see a decent looking, respectable , Jewish looking American who speaks accented hebrew wearing a sing that states that the killers are free.. with the claim that the proof is easily accessable online…. These people checked it out a bit .. and many gave me their number saying that they are definitely going to be there in November to protest with me…in Tel Aviv…

I would look at the numbers of entrances of those who entered the site and it was still only less than 10% were coming from the Jerusalem area… even though I was pounding the pavement the entire day… so the entire city of Jerusalem .. could know.. but by way of internet .. Tel Aviv is actually the place that was more curious about this stuff in cyberspace.

So with digital camera intact ,, I went off to Tel Aviv. Of course, taking pictures at various hotspots like the Rabin memorial to post on Rotter.net … but really just walking the boardwalk and passing out flyers. I really was a great way to meet the people… In Tel Aviv .. you can actually pigeon hole the guy who would be offended to me existing with this seemingly provocative sandwich sign.
I would really get a kick out of walking by and seeing the over 65 ashkenazi Israeli crowd getting insulted that a fellow Ashkenazi looking American irreligious looking Jew would have the audacity to question the one thing that really gave them pride… Every where, even in Tel Aviv, it seem that everywhere you turn people look Sephardic or religious ….. Especially, when you walk the streets because you have the workers in the stores.. who generally have that darker look.. which is a mixture of Sephardic or Arab…. So when they see me.. of course,, this is somewhat of the hope of the modern, secular Israeli .. That thousands to people just like them will come from North America to save their country demographically… Well. I am here.. and I am telling them that the one thing that they can have pride in…. that a religious, Sephardic made a martyr of their hero.. is just a lie..
Well,, that can really turn a bad day worse… it is one thing to have that written in a book, or online.. you can chose not to read… but a guy just walking around with a sandwich sign stating that…it is like putting salt on a wound … So I ran into some restaurants and got yelled at .. but angry patrons…. So instead of backing off.. I just stood my ground….. of course,,, in a group of 6 diners.. one was curious and wanted to see the sign and get the flyer .. but you had 2 or 3 in the group .. that explained that it was forbidden to think that way.. And.. The one that took the flyer.. Kindly gave back the small piece of paper.. all in all everyone was polite… but I was really looking for action.
I did run into one guy, who told me that he knew everything from the beginning because he taped from the TV from the moment it was announced.. .. The gentleman named, Yosi, had all these tapes for years… and just kept them for himself.. We spoke and I told him about the web sites and Yosef explained to me that the place that he kept him video collection was in a apartment that he currently had no access to … but that he would happily give me the tapes that I am looking for.. I told him that the Miriam Oren Video is the missing video and it is really the most important video in the puzzle.. Miriam tells chanel one that Rabin entered the Cadillac limousine uninjured….. that is the missing video and if Yosef could get it .. it would be huge….. (in the end .. I call him quite a few times .. and that is it.. never gets it too me)…. As I was walking through Kikar Rabin,, I noticed a sign that stated that there was a sing along every Friday afternoon.. and a nice man standing by explained that there 50-75 mostly elderly folks showing up to sing Israeli songs from the 1950s… Appropritately, the organization that ran the sing a-long was the Israeli democracy and peace sing a long group or something like that…. Anything that can be done to equate Yitzhak Rabin, Peace and Democracy.. should be done… This whole Yitzhak Rabin thing was in a way a religion to a certain segment of the population…. And I was there to ruin the party… Every Friday.. after I found out about the sing along which was adjacent to where Yitzhak Rabin was shot by blanks… … I would simply be there for a hour or two .. wearing the sign…. Passing out flyers… as people were walking by the Yitzhak Rabin memorial… at the place that Yitzhak was shot. .. As an added bonus.. I got to hear good Israeli music from the 50’s .. and there was one older lady who really wanted to rip my head off.. that was exciting..
This is eventually losing it’s excitement.. of course,, it is fun.. if people disagree with you .. but how often does a 70 year old Ashkenazi irreligious person walk by you and really feel like yelling at you…,.. Not so often… I was going to tel aviv .. standing by the Rabin memorial. On Friday on a regular basis.. .. How much more provocative . can you get in this country.. No articles.. no media… no nothing… During the day.. I would write to Pilovitch Shachaf on Rotter.net and tell him what I am doing… and Pilovitch would post the articles as news that David was at such and such a place .. post the pictures that I took during the day.. and according to the Rotter.net web site 5-10,000 would enter, read the article and see the picture that were taken.. It was sort of payment.. to know that people were seeing you.. and more importantly .. you really had no idea of when or how this thing would take off….. The evidence was there… it was layed out nicely,, easily accessible.. and I was the star….. who was willing and to assume the role of hero…… So I was just waiting for the benefactor.. or the group of volunteers… I was sort of realizing that walking around with a sign did not really cause thousands of people to go into the web site… but it was fun for a while and if you have nothing better to do .. why not? …… But the sign itself of the “killers are free” is really not doing what it is supposed to do which is to cause commotion.. Even in Tel Aviv ,, half the people are saying that they know.. or at least have a suspicion… In Jerusalem,,, it was 70-80 percent… less in Tel Aviv.. but still even after 10 years of propaganda and misinformation… half the people in Tel Aviv have a pretty good feeling that something is not right. …. These 50% in Tel Aviv are sort of sure.. some more than others….. but nothing conclusive unless you see the evidence.. and realize exactly what is happening.. and then you are able to predict what they Israeli establishment will be doing next … …. And when they do what you expected them to do .. that is another nail in the coffin…I recall ,, initially I was not so 100% sure about what happened to Yitzhak Rabin initially .. But when you follow the case and you see the lies in real time. That is tremendously convincing evidence…and since I am making the case.. I cannot help but to follow it..

This is a big issue.. to get to the bottom of the Rabin thing.. but this business goes parallel to the business that I am trying to create here in Jerusalem…. Build web sites, get the web sites to the top of google.. and sell lots of stuff..Avraham has done a really good job in building somewhat provocative web sites.. but I have a business to run… I really need an native American born who can be take over major American industries via the internet … Avraham was doing his stuff… and did it well.. . Avraham seemed never to sleep, working 11-12 hours a day… Business, surprisingly was coming in. A small banner on my web sites and other advertisements, caused a few business owners from all over Israel and America to contact me .. ..… we would chat on the phone and the people in Israel usually wanted to meet me and pay by cash… These people did not want to take chances at this stage. Avraham and I would build a top quality web site…. I was actually learning the basic web design programs to do the writing .. and stuff…while Avraham would take care of the graphics….… The sites did not take that long to build but I was really interested in learning how to get the darn web sites to the top of google…. But these web sites were really high quality.. and there were just more and companies that wanted high quality Hebrew and English web sites.
…Things were getting real busy and I did a search for an American web designer, graphic designer, google expert, and after interviewing 8 different guys finally settled on Shmulik Rosenkrantz, a real nice guy from Brooklyn, New York… He was here in Israel practically the same amount of time as me… What was deceptive is that he speaks Hebrew with hardly no accent based on him growing up in Jerusalem till he was 6 years old.. But, knows english really well and was at the top of his class at the Yeshivah High School in Brooklyn. The whole Rabin uncovering is going nice…. Between the various ads, google keywords, spam and stuff.. thousands are seeing the stuff every week.. Before you know it . we are talking about the entire population seeing the court case and videos. But I do realize that nothing is certain like being at the top of google for certain relevant keywords.
Shmuel has been a graphic artist and web designer for a few years … and claimed to know what to do to move a web site to the top of google… but really had done it in a haphazard manner on web sites that he owned that was just a blog on his insights into the Torah. …

Shmuel had an intensity about him.. that wanted to succeed… and he told me that his blog was slowly moving up google … and he wanted to be a search engine master regardless if he is working for me or not…. But in the meantime, it is not so easy to get jobs and that a big job that he has beenh doing for the last 6 months is finally winding down… Shmulek was not exactly a google expert but at least he had thought about becoming one before I met him.. and he was intensely religious …. Which is good .. since .. generally,, the more religious … at least you are supposed to be more honest and more likely to fear G-d over anything else. Shmulek was a trip and there was work to do… Of the other web designers that were interviewed .. not even one had put much thought into getting to the top of google.. but when I mentioned it.. they all agreed that it was important..
This guy Shmulek, was super organized. And typed really fast… He typed everything that he knew about search engines on a few pages.. We both concluded that knowing this google search engine stuff is the most important thing in web design…. So together we learned everything we could about search engines over a 4 week period.. Reading a few books .. seeing before our eyes conflicting solutions to similar situations.. … so of course we would look for more solutions … and seeing that there were no definitive answers.. there really is no handbook on how to be number one in google.. if it was so easy..then everyone would be number one …. .. but in essence,, I knew that the Rabin murder conspiracy eventually will be solved by google search engines.. so protesting and spending time and money.. doing various stuff is nice.. but the clean way .. is to be at the top of the search engine.. this way no body gets hurt… and we can all sleep well at night..

Shmulik and Avraham got along well and there was just so much work to do .. These guys were handling the internet business.. While I was running around the country … meeting some potential clients ….. and spending a few hours in the town center… wearing the sign and passing out flyers… .. I am not sure if I just wanted to drive to the northern city of Haifa to meet the client.. or to see a new city and meet new people while standing in the center with the sandwich sign…… But all good things must come to an end … and we’ll just let technology spread the truth and I should be concentrating on building websites for the ever increasing number of people who want to make money on the web.
I was a bit surprised and again not surprised that there was absolutely no reaction from anybody in the Israeli establishment. They were just ignoring the issue. So I am trying to do stuff… basic techniques to get some sort of reaction… To have someone knock on my door to say something… I want to see a reaction… I had the web guy put in big letters at the top of all the Hebrew sites as well as Barry’s in English that we are demanding volunteers that are willing to be at the demonstration on the 5th of November at Rabin Square in Tel Aviv to demand that the true killers of Yitzhak Rabin be brought to justice.” Imagine this headline being at the top of ShimonPeres.net… As well I put as the title of ShimonPeres.net that "Barry Chamish states that Shimon Peres ordered the murder of Yitzhak Rabin.” This was technically correct, since Barry has written extensively that Shimon is the killer. It was written in relatively small print and was on the Hebrew site .. so Barry did not say anything.. because he probably did not see it….

Regardless, I want to see a reaction and no reaction is happening.. Finally, on September 8th, 2005… ?? ???? ?? ???? ??? ??? ???? ????? ????? ???? ???? ????? ?????????… The Labor political party newspaper ran a story on the websites and Shimon Peres’ office was quoted as calling the people who opened the web site as a “psycho that should be institutionalized.” Both my name and Barry Chamish’s were mentioned in the Labor Party internet newspaper’s article. Finally, got a reaction…. This story went to a few different internet news stories such as nrg.co.il, nfc.co.il and got some play on the one of the morning TV shows. When Pilovitch Shachaf sees this, he immediately makes it a big headline on Rotter.net and strongly encourages me to file a police complaint, slander suit and everything else that I can do to make this a big case. With my digital camera, I go down to the police station to file a complaint. Went to my favorite eatery, to find someone to take my picture as I walk into the police station…. File the report… go back to my apartment.. Scan the copy of the police report, process the photo of me holding the copy of the article that slandered me in front of the police station…
And I sent the photos to Pilovitch Shachaf at Rotter.net.. Pilovitch then sent it to another Hebrew news web site called global-report.co.il … waiting till they wrote the story.. and then took the headline from global-report.co.il .. as if Rotter.net was not so crazy about printing Rabin assassination stuff unless it was news… Of course, It is news when a police report is being filed against Shimon Peres.. but some (in fact all in Israel) decide that that is not newsworthy. .. So Pilovitch had his techniques to get interest in Rotter.net… It should be known that not even the majority of politically aware people on the right wing, religious side in Israel were sure that Rabin murder was a fraud. There were major forces, that were working on keeping the public from knowing the truth.. and they were somewhat successful… so the forum web site with Pilovitch Shachaf.. was doing his techniques to bring the real news to the Israeli public.
At, this point in time… of course I contact Barry Chamish….. I told Barry that we had an opportunity to bring this issue to a climax.. and end the whole fraud…. Pilovitch was running this story hard in as many places as he could on various forums on the internet..
And Pilovitch was pleading with me to sue .. file criminal charges.. to play up the story..
In fact Pilovitch was making this to be the equivalent of the Kastner trial of this generation that could should bring down the government… Pilovitch was writing stories comparing this to the Kastner trial… that Brought down the Ben Gurion government in the 1950s… In which there was a slander lawsuit that was filed by a government big wig who sued for slander an individual who accused him of conspiring with the Nazis in the killing of Hungarian Jews towards the end of the Holocaust… Eventually the trial turned as the facts came out that the person suing (Kastner) was, in fact, guilty of what he was accused of …
All heck broke loose,, as the trial judge ruled against Kastner and the implications were widespread for the founding fathers of the state of Israel….
Since, this was a well known part of history of the state of Israel I was fairly confident that my actions and slander suit was a no loose situation that should have historical implications. The conclusion of the Kastner trial and my actions on the Rabin murder show very clearly that the leaders of the state of Israel are not so, so favorable to future of the Jewish people…. The Kastner trial could be argued, and debated.. But the Rabin murder fraud is much clearer cut… For me there was not so much debate as to what to do..
I was hoping that Barry Chamish would arrive at the same conclusion and the two of us would file the lawsuit and let the chips fall where they may…Barry was not so excited over the phone… he mumbled his opinion that it is not such a big deal.. and he does not want to get involved in a lawsuit… It just so happens that the Israeli establishment had a terrifically successful campaign to portray anybody involved in the “conspiracy theory” as a nut or crazy person… Since Barry was the most well known person from the inception,, he was really the main victim of this disinformation and slander campaign… So it was reasonable to assume that Barry would like to get even on a relatively clear cut case.. The legalities are pretty easy to understand… and clear cut.. You cannot call someone a crazy person that should be institutionalized without getting sued.. and if it goes to court.. the person has to explain what he meant.. and if the defendant loses the case they you have to apologize.. Barry was fairly well known among many people.. I was not well known except for the people who went into rotter.net web site… so having Barry and myself file the lawsuit would be more likely to make news… as well, Barry had a mailing list of a few thousand .. and his articles got posted on multiple web sites throughout the internet… The lawsuit would give Barry more of an incentive to push my “attack ” mode of proving the Rabin murder fraud..
Obviously .. Medical evidence is important.. But the simple proof.. of having Shimon Peres appear in court explaining why Barry and myself are crazy.. would be real interesting.. If the end result is that Shimon apologizes and states that we are perfectly sane would be awesome…. This whole controversy could very well be over because of this lawsuit. It would be more likely to be over.. if Barry was involved.. Of course, I had a desire to get tremendously famous and well known because of this case.. But the issue is so huge.. that there is room for 2 people… So I went to Barry’s house to try to explain the importance and significance of both of us filing the lawsuit… Just as Pilovitch wrote to me me with the same logic.. If Chamish is involved it is better.
I visited Chamish at his house …. And was not able to convince him.. there was no point.. Barry told me that it was useless dealing with the Israeli court system.. “it is all corrupt.”
I disagreed, people are just people.. and if a judge wants to be a crook, I want to witness that corruption and crookedness myself.. and of course, this is part of history.. and we’ll just see what happens… Besides,, I needed to get my name out there to keep me alive .. I did not want to wake up one morning dead.. simply because the powers to be felt that I was wavering.. decided to not take the one huge opportunity to get my name into the history books.. and those mysterious forces of evil.. really did not want to give me a second chance… to do something….. So for me this was a non-issue .. of course I am going to sue Shimon Peres, with or without Barry Chamish.
Barry was nice enough to give me the name of his attorney… a fellow in a Tel Aviv suburb of Kfar Saba,, named Dov Even-Or. Barry said matter of factly that Dov would take the case.. Since this was such a big case of historical implications.. I asked around to a man named Yaacov Werker, a CPA from the Tel Aviv Area (Ramat Gan). I met Yaacov, a ncie man in his 70s who very involved in investigating the murder and was giving lectures on the subject… A few weeks previous when Barry told me that he was giving a lecture at the Israel Center in Jerusalem.. I discovered when I went there .. that Barry was not the only person giving lectures on this subject… There was Yaacov, the CPA, who was there at the Lecture podium explaining to the best of his knowledge how Yitzhak Rabin was murdered..
Just by showing up at the lecture I discovered that Barry was not the only person in the country talking about this issue….I actually showed up at the Israel Center wearing the sign that stated the killers are free and of course Yaacov wanted to talk to me .. he gave me his business card... Yaacov and I spoke after the lecture and he came across as a nice guy who was just doing his part to bring honesty and integrity to Israeli society. He was not making money on the subject or trying to make money… It was just a hobby for him.
So I call Yaacov, to tell him that the issue of Rabin fraud is basically going to be solved via the internet.. and the information that is available online… It is nice to give lectures and stuff.. but we are talking about a nationwide fraud…but it was nice to see that I was not alone with Barry in the country as the only ones sticking their neck out
A few weeks later ,, I call Yaacov, asking for advice on getting an attorney .. for this potentially mega case…He gave me two names Yoram Sheftel, the man who achieved fame by representing accused Nazi John Dejuminuk and Chaim Misgav, a somewhat famous attorney with a right wing reputation. I spoke with both.. And both lawyers did not want to take the case. As a courtesy I also called Yigal Amir’s attorney Shmuel Casper, who was representing Yigal Amir in his various court proceedings. Shmuel and I spoke for a while and Shmuel did not want the case and of course I explained to Shmuel that the entire court case is online which is very persuasive that Yigal shot blanks.. Shmuel told me that Yigal was not interested in proving his innocence and getting out of jail , that was that…. From the my phone number being online and getting much feedback.. there was one gentleman who wanted claimed to want to help publicize the case gave me the name of an American/Israeli lawyer who did want to take the case but the Lawyer named Jack Goldberg of Efrat, which is a modern religious city outside of Jerusalem, told me that he spent half the time in the U.S. working So the choice came between Barry’s recommendation or an American guy who spends half his time outside the country.
After waiting a few days for Yoram and Shmuel’s final answer, I decided to give Dov Even-Or a phone call.. Dov knew the case,, via speaking with Barry, but did not know the case from the internet…. Dov’s office was in Kfar Saba,, and he asked me to meet him. The next day I drove Dov’s office and met… Dov was a nice guy, a regular guy. Dov explained to me that he met Barry at a lecture that Barry gave a few years previous and would be honored to be part of history by taking part of this case. Dov was really excited. Dov really did not know that the case was being exposed via the internet.. but I explained at what stage were at .. and that this whole thing is going forward really through a partnership between Pilovitch Shachaf and myself… Dov actually knew Pilovitch for years. Knew his real name… And in an affectionate way said that “Pilo was crazy.” So Dov knew the players, knew the case, and was willing to take it to court… Pilovitch was writing to me.. and urging me to file the lawsuit and promised to do all the leg work of the lawsuit in a professional manner… … and the lawyer would actually be a figurehead.. Just to file the papers that Pilo would be writing …I explained that we have the case under wraps.. Publicity was what was needed to bring this to a climax and we can all go along with our regular lives.. .. and we are honored by history to be in the right place at the right time. Dov told me that it is not who you know.. or what you know.. it is “what they are saying about you,, and the main thing is that you are the topic of conversation at the end of the day. .
Dov understood that we were doing an historical lawsuit.. and he mentioned the lawyer’s name who represented the defendant in the Kastner trial of the 1950s and we concluded that he, Dov, would have the same fame if things work out like Pilovitch and I have planned.. Dov, explained that this will probably be a long, drawn out lawsuit, I mentioned that I want it to go to trial.. break the nationwide cover-up… and make a media boom.. that is the reason for the trial… we have them in a catch 22 .. Shimon Peres cannot apologize.. and if we just keep pushing forward.. something has to break… just push forward..
So every thing we do .. every plea,, will be on rotter.net and publicized by Pilovitch and hopefully other media will pick it up….. that is what the plan was.. Peres would apologize, pay money.. or it goes to trial….. a real no lose situation…
Dov was a long time friend of Barry Chamish and recommended to me that it would be better to include Barry in the lawsuit in that I have no financial losses from Peres calling me a psycho…. .. I sort of agreed. And Dov called Barry on the phone and explained the situation but Barry was adamant that he did not want to spend any money.. or take any financial risk… In the Israeli civil lawsuits.. if you lose the case you must pay the opposing sides legal expenses.. Which of course can be huge.. Especially if the court is corrupt.. They can just make up expenses.. the judge will agree. You will have a judgment against you.. and the judgment eventually gets collected by reposing your car, furniture, and all of your possessions… As well, if the judgment is defaulted …you get your passport pulled and you cannot leave the country… So, of course, Barry did have a valid concern to not want to get involved in a lawsuit.
We had an agreement , to get publicity, the law suit has to be filed by someone .. and that someone was me… the agreement after some give and take was that I would give Dov 10,000 sheckels.. for court expenses and his pay.. as well as 30% of the lawsuits proceeds. I promised to continue with the lawsuit, not accept a quick cash settlement, and do my best to make Dov a famous lawyer throughout history… Dov wanted to be famous and this was his once in a lifetime opportunity.
Dov scribbled the agreement on a receipt and I gave wrote him a check.,..after wards, I got out the digital camera and started taking pictures.. one of Dov sitting, one of him standing. And his secretary took a picture of the two of us shaking hands……
As I am driving back to Jerusalem.. Dov calls me on my cell phone with his brilliant idea.. to include Barry in on the lawsuit, with me assuming the financial risk.. and Barry being entitled to only the winnings of the lawsuit.. Barry was agreeable… and I agreed if that is what Dov feels is the best thing to do then we should do it.
So Dov writes the first official document of the lawsuit in which he demands an apology from Shimon Peres on behalf of myself and Barry Chamish as well as 50,000 shekels to compensate for the pain that we have suffered as a result of the slander. This headline of course was a headline in Rotter.net and the public relations campaign was starting.
As a man, as an American, as a Jew it was pretty ridiculous that this dude, Shimon, said bad stuff about me … What did I ever do to him. Oh well, I was behind the web site www.shimonperes.net that that portrayed Shimon as a killer. I was spending money. But so what, this guy was being called by Barry Chamish a killer for many years. I just built the web site .. and had my name all over the web site with a big bann
